یہ بات کس طرح دل میں اتاری جائے کہ عالم اسلام کی سب سے زیادہ معتبر اورمعروف ومشہور شخصیت حضرت مولانا سید ابوالحسن ندوی اب اس دنیا میں نہیں رہے ہیں، وہ۳۱/دسمبر۱۹۹۹ء کوانتقال فرماگئے ہیں۔ اناﷲ واناالہ راجعون۔ یہ بات اب بات نہیں رہی ہے حقیقت ہوچکی ہے اورحقیقت کوکسی بھی طرح جھٹلایا نہیں جاسکتاہے اورجب یہ حقیقت ہے کہ حضرت مولاناسید ابوالحسن علی ندوی اس دنیا سے ہم سب کو چھوڑ کرچلے گئے ہیں توہمارے لیے رونے کے علاوہ کوئی چارہ ہی نہیں رہاہے۔رونا اس لیے ہے کہ اس دنیا میں ایک وہ ہی ہستی ایسی بچی تھی جوصرف اورصرف اسلام اورانسانیت کے لیے مستعد عمل تھی۔ جس نے اپنی پوری حیات میں اپنے لیے کچھ نہ پا کرپوری انسانیت کے لیے سب کچھ کیا، اپنی تمام ترتوانائیوں کواسلام کی سربلندی اورانسانیت کی بہتری و فلاح کے لیے صرف کیا۔مولانا سید ابوالحسن علی ندوی کے انتقال کوہم بیسویں صدی کاسب سے بڑا المیہ ہی کہیں گے۔اس پرفتن ماحول میں وہ شرافت میں یکتاتھے، انسانیت میں منفرد تھے، اخلاق وتہذیب اورتمدن عالم انسانیت کے لیے فقید المثال تھے، رواداری ووضعداری میں ان کی زندگی ایک نمونہ تھی، تقویٰ وطہارت میں انہیں امتیازی خصوصیات حاصل تھیں۔ سادگی ان کااوڑنا بچھونا تھی، دوسروں کے لیے ان کے یہاں سب کچھ تھا ضرورت مندوں،حاجت مندوں کے لیے وہ بادشاہ تھے، لیکن اپنے لیے وہ کچھ نہ تھے انہوں نے اپنی زندگی کو دوسروں کی خدمت، انسانیت کی فلاح اوراسلام مذہب کی آبیاری کے لیے وقف کررکھا تھا۔ وہ اپنے آپ میں ایک انجمن تھے ان میں اسلامی تعلیمات کی صحیح معنوں میں تمام ہی خصوصیات تھیں۔ان کی ہربات میں اسلامیت جھلکتی تھی۔ وہ دورصحابہؓ کی تمام خصوصیات و اچھائیوں اورخوبیوں کے حامل تھے۔

قرآن و حدیث کی روشنی میں تعمیر کردار و شخصیت اور نصاب اسلامیات: ایک تنقیدی مطالعہ

Islam gives the idea of collective life and tries for human development. The basic idea of the teaching of Islam is that the individual must be true and active worker of society. He must have moral values and principles clearly. In addition, he tries constantly that a Muslim should perform saying of Allah and human rights properly. In this way, Islam tries to work on the behavior, morality, and habits of people and tries his best to properly enhance the different aspects of personality.  For this, the life of Prophet Muhammad? Is a complete code of life. The good characteristics of Muslims are considered praiseworthy that are truth, brotherhood, justice, forgiveness, the oneness of Allah and keepings. In the same way, the things which are condemned by Islam are bride, misery, theft, backbiting, telling lies, blaming others, self-centeredness, close vision, dishonesty, garrulous, greediness, showiness manners, jealousy,  un-obligation, clashes, hatred and etc. The philosophy of character building and personality development in Islam is the Muslims should avoid all bad works and develops good qualities in him as discussed before so that a Muslim should be a very useful and pious citizen of society. And we all know that education especially we can say that Islamic Education is a tool of change. So education is worthless if it does not create change in the minds of people and society. It is useless if it does not build the moral character regarding the personality development of the students. Islam tells us all about the values which are fruitful for humanity and are beneficial to human beings. For this purpose, it is necessary that we should give awareness of Islamic values to the people through Islamic education. It is only possible if the textbooks are designed according to the Islamic concept and values as well as teachers and parents play their effective role in the development of the personality of their children. Pakistan is a Muslim country and has its own religious, moral, political and social values and being a Muslim through an effective Islamic educational system, we can transfer these values to our new generation. Our curriculum is playing key role in the personality development and character building of the students or not is the main question so that this article is being written. In this article keeping in view the aims and objectives of the curriculum of Islamic Studies and following the Quranic verses and Hadith, we will try to analyze whether it is building the personality or character of students or not. After that, the conclusion and recommendations will be given keeping in view the analysis.

Investigation of Effective Parameters for Talc Recovery from Talc-Carbonate Schist of Swat Area by Flotation and Leaching

Talc is hydrated magnesium silicate with chemical formula Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. Pure talc is an extreme rarity and it is mostly associated with undesired minerals, in its natural form. This work is an endeavor to investigate the effective parameters for talc recovery from talc carbonate schist of Swat, Pakistan by flotation and leaching techniques. Detailed characterization of carbonatic talcose rock was first carried out followed by the beneficiation studies. Thorough, investigations were made to find grain size of talc in original rock, petrography, chemical composition, talc content in the original rock and the nature of associated mineral impurities. XRF spectrometer analysis revealed the chemical composition and presence of carbonate minerals, Quartz and muscovite as elemental impurities. Similarly, the existence of detrimental elements in the phases and talc content in the rock was determined through phase analysis using heavy media. Grinding optimization study indicated -45 microns as talc liberation size. This was a pre requisite to investigate and devise beneficiation techniques. Froth flotation and leaching techniques were used in the beneficiation studies to separate talc from associated impurities. Multiple tests were conducted at different parameters. Two step flotation using AF65 (Cyanamid) as frother, Sodium hexametaphosphate as depressant for carbonates, equal mixture of oleic acid and kerosene oil as collector gave encouraging results. It was found that talc can be separated as float at pH (6.0±0.2) in rougher flotation, frother dosage 0.10kg/ton, and in cleaning flotation at collector dosage of 1.2kg/ton. Talc concentrate at recovery of 60% with a grade of 92.50% from an ore containing 55-68% talc was obtained. The concentrate from flotation was further upgraded by leaching with acids to improve its whiteness. Mixture of HCl and SnCl2 as leaching agent was effective and gave better results. It reduced iron content from 3.05% in the concentrate to 2.51% in the final leached product and whiteness also improved up to 82% from 51% of original talcose rock. The process developed through this research would be utilized not only for the up gradation of low-grade talc of swat area emerald mines deposits, but also for the indigenous deposits of such nature anywhere in Pakistan.
