مولانا محمد مبارک علی صاحب جن کی عمرچھیاسی برس کے قریب ہوگی حضرت شیخ الہند کے شاگردِ خاص اورآپ سے بیعت بھی تھے اورحضرت کی اسارتِ مالٹا کے بعد حضرت الاستاذ مولانا مفتی عزیز الرحمن صاحب ؒ سے تجدیدِ بیعت کرلی تھی اور حضرت مفتی صاحب کے خدام خاص میں شامل ہوکر حضرت موصوف ہی سے طریقہ نقشبندی میں اجازت بیعت و ارشاد حاصل کی۔ایک عرصہ تک ٹونک میں صدر مفتی رہے اورریشمی خطوط کی تحریک سے بھی تعلق خاص رہا۔ غالباً ۱۹۱۹ء میں مدراس (پرناہٹ) تشریف لے گئے تھے اورپھر بریلی کے قدیم مدرسہ مصباح العلوم میں صدارت درس کی خدمت انجام دی۔اب کم وبیش اڑتیس سال سے دارالعلوم دیوبند میں نائب مہتم کے عہدہ پرفائز تھے۔اہتمام و انتظام میں دسترس کے علاوہ کبھی کبھی حدیث کی کسی کتاب کادرس بھی دیتے تھے۔ تقویٰ وطہارت اوراخلاق وشمائل کے لحاظ سے سلف صالحین کانمونہ اورمثال تھے۔ صدحیف!دنیا اب ایسے حضرات سے خالی ہوتی جارہی ہے۔تغمد ھمااﷲ بمغفرتہ ورحمتہ ۔ [ستمبر۱۹۶۸ء]
Qur’an and Prophetic traditions (Hadith) are the fundamental sources of Islam. Muslims believe that Qur’an is the word of God (Allah). Hadith (Prophet’s Sayings, actions and silent approval and disapproval for something) likewise is based on divine revelation. Qur’an affirms also this view: (God says) Your Companion (Muhammad) has neither gone astray nor has erred. Nor does He speak of (his own) desire. It is only a Revelation revealed. Al-Qur’an (53: 2-4). Allah Almighty Himself took the responsibility to guard His word (the Qur’an): (He says : ) verily, we, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. The Qur’an) and surely, We will got it (from corruption). (Al-Qur’an: 15: 9) on the contrary the responsibility to guard the prophetic traditions (Hadith) was put on the shoulders on the Muslim Ummah. The scholars of Islam (Ulamas) try their utmost to collect and save the Prophetic traditions and guard it from any alteration. To achieve this purpose, they introduced different hadith sciences to distinguished between the true and the fabricated hadith. The authentic Sunnah is contained within the vast body of Hadith literature. Different scholars have compiled the books which contain a large numbers of authentic Ahadith (Ahadith Sahiha), one of them is Imam Ibn e Khuzaima. In this article we will discuss the Imam Ibn e Khuzaima approach towards “Ahadith al Sahiha” in his book “Sahih Ibn e Khuzaima”.
In this ever changing and developing world the importance of education cannot be overemphasized. However, the importance of education and its links with all facets of development in technological advancements all over the world are yet to be fully explored, especially in the developing countries. The dynamics and the ways through which education intervenes through its different levels in daily life to bring changes are complex. The following research study is an attempt to explore the link between education and socioeconomic development. It focuses on higher education and its impacts on socioeconomic development in Pakistan. This research aims to give an insight into higher education system in Pakistan and its direct impact on development in this millennium of technological advancement. It also provides analysis of the higher education system in Pakistan and its outcomes, education policies at national level with implementation problems, presenting global scenario by giving examples of higher education systems in developed and developing countries and their roles in national development. It finally suggests a model of higher education called University- industry linkage ‗Triangular Model of Higher Education‘ to boost economy in Pakistan.
