شاہ عزالدین پھلواروی علمی اور دینی حلقوں کے لئے محتاج تعارف نہیں، اپنے مواعظ اور تصانیف کی وجہ سے خاصے معروف ہیں، ابھی چند ہی مہینہ کی تو بات ہے جب انھیں عربی زبان اور اسلامی علوم میں مہارت کی بناء پر حکومت ہند نے اعزاز عطا کیا تھا، اور معارف نے اس سلسلہ میں انھیں مبارکباد دی تھی، کسے معلوم تھا کہ وہ اتنی جلد اس دنیا سے رخصت ہوجائیں گے۔
ادھر کچھ عرصہ سے ان کی صحت مضمحل رہنے لگی تھی، اس لئے انھوں نے سفر ترک کردیئے تھے، لیکن پورنیہ کے کچھ لوگ ان کے بے حد معتقد تھے، ان کی آرزو تھی کہ وہ اپنی تشریف آوری سے انھیں عزت بخشیں اور انھیں اپنے مواعظ سے مستفید فرمائیں، شاہ صاحب نے ناسازی مزاج کا عذر کیا، مگر جب معتقدین کا اصرار جاری رہا تو آمادہ ہوگئے تاکہ ان کے دلوں کو ٹھیس نہ پہنچے، مومن کے دل کو خوش کرنا بڑے ثواب کا باعث ہے، انھیں اس سلسلہ میں آقائے دو جہاںﷺ کی ہدایات یاد تھیں، اس لئے اپنی تکلیف کو نظرانداز کرکے آمادہ سفر ہوگئے، راستہ بخیر گزرا، پورنیہ پہونچ کر بھی ایک آدھ دن طبیعت ٹھیک رہی لیکن پھر ضعف کے ساتھ درد سینہ کی شکایت محسوس ہوتی، جو برابر بڑھتی رہی، جب مقامی دوا دارو سے طبیعت قابو میں نہ آئی، تو لوگ کسی بڑے ڈاکٹر کو بلانے کے لئے شہر گئے، مگر ساری تگ و دو بے کار ثابت ہوئی اور بالآخر وطن سے دور عزیزوں سے مہجوری کے عالم میں جان جان آفریں کے سپرد کردی، نعش پھلواری لائی گئی اور خاندانی قبرستان میں سپردخاک کئے گئے، وہ مجھ سے عمر میں چند سال بڑے تھے، تعلیم میں بھی دو تین درجے آگے تھے، لیکن طلبائے ندوہ کی انجمن الاصلاح میں میرا ان...
This study addresses the issue of interpersonal communication patterns in establishing a harmonious family. Communication is emphasized in the holy Qur'an as a crucial aspect of human life, particularly for Muslims. Poor communication is one of the factors that can lead to marital disharmony or discomfort within the family. Therefore, effective communication is essential for a healthy family life. To achieve a harmonious and content family, it is essential to understand the patterns of interpersonal communication within the family. This will lead to a peaceful and comfortable environment for all members. The authors aim to discuss effective communication techniques, both in general and within a religious context, to establish a happy family. The research focuses on examining theories related to positive communication patterns within the family. The methodology employed for this research is library research. A balanced communication pattern is essential for forming a harmonious family. Additionally, precise subject-specific vocabulary should be used when it conveys the meaning more precisely than a similar non-technical term. This involves open communication where each member has an equal opportunity to express their opinions about family life. It is important to avoid any biased or emotional language and to use clear, objective, and value-neutral language. LMBR1 gene is consisted on a protein membrane and in human body it is re responsible for the limb development. As it is the promising gene for the limb development so recently many research is in process for exposure of potential application of this gene. The rapid increase of limb deformation in humans has led to more interest on the study of this gene from researcher and scholars. In this study we had taken the blood samples of 42 individuals including two families of limbs deformed were collected, age range of the patients was from 3 years to onwards, and had symptoms from moderate to severe from different areas of District Bahawalnagar. Physical sings were used as the selection criteria. 3.5-4ml venous blood was drawn and stored into 50ml tube containing 400?l EDTA, labeled with code number. The results obtained through different characterization e.g. (inorganic method, DNA estimation, sequencing of PCR product and electrophoresis) for LMBR1 gene exon 3 and 4. Thermo-cycler programs for the amplification of primers were not show any mutation in premier exons. Gel was visualized and in trans-illuminator and hence to ensure the amplified product. No further mutation has been observed in DNA strand. The DNA strands shows similar behavior of LMBR1 exon 4 and 3 for effected and normal individual. The mutation in this specified LMBR1 gene is not responsible for Limb deformity. Therefore LMBR1 gene is not accountable for any mutation caused limb deformity in an individual.
