المبحث الثالث:هل الشعر الحر نوعٌ من النثر؟
وھناک بعض الأدباء والشعراء اعتبروا الشعر الحر نوعاً من النثر وقالوا بأن معانیہ تافھۃ لا معنی لھا، والبعض قالوا بأن جذورھا وُجدَت في الموشحات الأندلسیۃ، وأن البند کان معروفاً ولکن أسلوبہ کان مجھولاً، ولم ینظمہ إلا شعراء العراق، ولکن نازک الملائکۃ استنکرت ھذا الشيء، وقالت أنھا لم تسمع بالبند قبل سنۃ 1953م۔ وقالت نازک الملائکۃ في موضع آخر عن الشعر الحر: "ولعل أبرز الأدلۃ علی أن الحرکۃ کانت ولیدۃ عصرنا ھذا، وأن أغلبیۃ قرائنا ما زالوا یستنکرونھا ویرفضونھا، وبینھم کثرۃ لا یستھان بھا تظن أن الشعر الحر لا یملک من الشعر إلا الإسم فھو نثر عادي لا وزن له" .
هل کانت حركة الشعر الحر قوية أ م لا ؟
ھذہ الحرکۃ الجدیدۃ(حرکۃ الشعر الحر) کانت قویۃ راسخۃ ثابتۃ متحمسۃ ولکن في بدایۃ الأمر کأي حرکۃ جدیدۃ زلّت وتخبطت ولکن بعد فترۃ من الزمن استکملت أسباب نضجھا فأصبحت حرکۃ مشھورۃ مستسلمۃ. وأخذت ھذہ الدعوۃ الشعریۃ الجدیدۃ تنتشر حتی کونت لنفسھا مکانۃ قویۃ، وبدأ بعض الشعراء الأفاضل یھجرون أسلوب الشطرین ویستعملون أسلوب الشطر.
أما نازک الملائکۃ فقد کانت ذکیۃ جداً، فبذکاءھا استطاعت أن تأخذ الریادۃ والمیزۃ المنفردۃ من بین الشعراء الأفاضل۔ فقد کانت واعیۃ وذات طموحات عالیۃ، قدمت نازک الملائکۃ الأدلۃ والبراھین حتی جعلت الشعراء والأدباء والنقاد والقراء أن یستسلموا لھذا الأمر۔

البعد الأخلاقي في سياسة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم

The Arab’s tribes were diverse and were scattered all over Arabia. They were alien to any system, were unfamiliar of any rules and regulations. When the prophet PBUH came to them, He gently handled them, made them lenient, gathered them at the one true platform and eventually he was succeeded in uplifting them into the bondage of brotherhood. He guided them towards the political structure so that they can live under its shadow and follow its rules and regulations. He trained amongst them Preachers, judges, leaders and politicians. He sent his messengers to all the rulers of the worlds. These messengers were able to shake the Persians and Roman thrones which were considered the greatest empires of that time. They all got united against this newly arising force which later brought the greatest revolution in the history of humankind. The solutions presented by the Prophet PBUH while confronting the challenges in spreading his message,  enjoy the political wit, which is considered far better than the wit of political scholars and political tycoons. His ability of prior reading of the incidents, uncovers his huge potential in his prior dealing of the matters and suggesting its solutions and substitutes. His policies played a vital role in establishing the prior relations with Njashi, and later to facilitate the Muslims during their first immigration towards Abyssinia from the cruelty of the idolaters. Moreover, He chose the best time for the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah and Conquest of Mecca. He chose among his companions the one who knew the International languages and sent them as his Ambassadors to the rulers and tribal chiefs along with his written or verbal messages. He addressed the each with the method appropriate to him and suited him the best. He made best use of alliance, as he alienated the Arab tribes, from Jews and the others. In this way he was able to take a huge time to concentrate on those nations and was able to make a lot of allies. In his internal policy matters, he always tried to solve his problems, developing the society and to sabotage the malicious intentions which were planned by hypocrites, who were considered as his most dangerous enemies. His policy towards them was to admit apparently and leaving their unrevealed intentions to ALLAH. He treated them well, because he was anxious on preserving the freedom of all and the unity among his companions. When their malicious intentions started turning to become a threat to the security of Islam and started harming the interests of the society, He had not reply them strongly and dissuasively. He demolished the Mosque through which they were planning to harm the Muslim community. Moreover, he drew a line to their plans of aggression without harming anyone. He was very witty in his policies through which he was able to defeat them in the end. In this way he was able to change the course of the whole history on mankind. In this research we will try to deal with his moral wit which is considered the main characteristic of his policy.

Delay- Adaptation in Fpga Based Asynchronous Micropipeline Architectures

Digital asynchronous designs are gradually attaining attractions of designers due to their potential for high-speed, low-power and no clock skews, however, their implementation is not an easy task. Asynchronous systems exist in full custom domain like ASIC, however, rare attempts were made for their implementation on reconfigurable test bench e.g. FPGAs platforms. This is mainly due to the difficulty of producing coordination between processing of data and the respective control signals. Processing of data being considerably slow compared with the speed of control signals, especially if the later are generated independent of processing. Attempts were made to synchronize them by inserting predefined delay pads in the control path which not only slow down the systems but run those on fixed delays, an approach close to the synchronous processing. Further, the approach was not much successful in improving the efficiency of the systems because accurate modeling of the precise needed delay, itself being a cumbersome job, is impractical at pre-synthesis stage as the routing tools may generate a different ratio between control and data paths thus altering the needed delays. On the other hand, in ASIC, the designers can implement any needed digital as well as analog circuits, e.g., the need was generation of a control signal at completion of execution. In ASIC, the completion detection circuit can be implemented by sensing the amount of current flowing in a circuit because of transitions, which when cease the current drops to almost zero. Although current sensing has its own implications, neither such circuits are available nor could be built in FPGAs, and the designers have to use only the provided resources. Moreover, conventional vii FPGAs and their programming tools are made for synchronous systems and provide a little facilitation towards asynchronous designs implementation. This thesis presents, a logic-based execution completion detection circuit that detects the completion of execution by processing blocks to store only the valid results. This circuit eliminates the need of estimation of delays and placing delay pads in control path. It also permits the designers the use of auto place-and-route, mapping and auto-optimizing tools for the implementation of asynchronous designs on conventional FPGAs. The completion detection circuitry not only caters to the logic and interconnect delays dynamically but also generates the control signals as sequence controller for smooth functionality of the processor catering to the synchronization problem. It also acts as inter-stage latch in a micropipeline based asynchronous systems. Based on the proposed concepts, a delay-adaptive micropipeline model is presented that can contain any sequential or combinational circuit. The micropipeline based on the proposed concepts was implemented as RISC processor. It was observed that the RISC processor exhibited smooth functionality and over 10% improvement on power-delay product in comparison to its synchronous counterpart. The same concepts also demonstrated their ability to make technology-independent asynchronous systems. This thesis is an attempt to provide solutions to hindrances towards the design and implementation of asynchronous systems on reconfigurable platforms that will open up new doors of research in this field.
