رشید آفریںؔ(۱۹۳۸ء۔پ) کا اصل نام محمد رشید ہے۔ آپ محلہ مجید پورہ سیالکوٹ میں پیدا ہوئے۔ایم۔اے اردو پنجاب یونیورسٹی سے کیا۔ آپ بچپن سے ہی شعر و شاعری کر رہے ہیں۔ اکبر لاہوری سے شاعری میں اصلا ح لیتے تھے(۹۳۳) آپ کا شعری کلام ماہنامہ’’حور‘‘ لاہور ماہنامہ’’شمع‘‘،لاہور ماہنامہ ’’ماہِ نو‘‘ لاہور ماہنامہ’’اقدار‘‘ کراچی ماہنامہ’’رابطہ‘‘ کراچی ماہنامہ ’’نئی قدریں ‘‘ حمید آباد ،ماہنامہ’’ادبِ لطیف‘‘ لاہور ،ماہنامہ ’’ادبی دنیا‘‘ لاہور ،ہفت روزہ’’برمنگھم‘‘ برطانیہ، ماہنامہ ’’اوراق‘‘ لاہور اور دیگر ملکی اور بین الاقوامی رسائل و جرائد میں شائع ہوتا رہا۔ ’’وجہ آفریں‘‘ آپ کا پہلا شعری مجموعہ ہے جسے مکتبہ فردوس سیالکوٹ نے ۱۹۷۲ء میں شائع کیا۔ دستِ ساحل‘‘ آفریںؔ کا دوسرا شعری مجموعہ ہے جسے الحمد پبلی کیشنز نے ۱۹۹۵ء کو طبع کیا۔ ’’دامن احساس‘‘آپ کا تیسرا شعری مجموعہ ہے جسے الرزاق پبلی کیشنز نے ۲۰۰۲ء میں شائع کیا۔ ’’فخر دو عالم‘‘ رشید آفریں کا چوتھا شعری مجموعہ ہے جو نعتیہ شاعری پر مشتمل ہے۔
رشید آفریں غزل کے شاعرہیں لیکن غزل کے ساتھ ساتھ انھوں نے نظم ،حمد ،منقبت،سلام ،نعت اور قطعات بھی لکھے ہیں۔ کشمیریات کے حوالے سے خصوصاً ان کی نظمیں دردو غم میں ڈوبی ہوئی ہیں۔ اور کشمیر سے ان کی محبت کی عکاسی کرتی ہیں۔اس کے علاوہ قومی ترانے ،قومی و ملی نظمیں اور بانیانِ پاکستان کے حوالے سے لکھی نظموں میں وطنیت اور قومیت کا واضح اظہار ملتا ہے۔
رشید آفریں ادب میں مقصدیت کے قائل ہیں ان کے ہاں غیر مقصدی ادب کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں ہے۔ ان کی شاعری میں روایت اور جدت کا امتزاج پایا جاتا ہے۔ ان کا لہجہ پر درد اور موثر ہے۔ انھوں نے اپنی شاعری کو پورے سماج کا ترجمان بنایا ہے۔ ان کی نظموں میں روانی و برجستگی اور خلوص فن کی صداقت کی جیتی جاگتی تصویریں...
COVID-19 is a disease that cause respiratory illness due to novel corona virus. It was reported to WHO on December 31,2019 for the first time. The outbreak of this disease started from Wuhan city, China. Now COVID-19 pandemic is spreading worldwide mostly in Europe and North America, these regions have high prevalence of obesity. In the pathogenesis of COVID-19 disease, obesity assumes a significant job. Theinsusceptible framework, which is official in the pathogenesis of COVID19, assumes asignificant job in weight instigated fat tissue aggravation. In the fat tissue the irritationbrings about metabolic brokenness conceivably prompting dyslipidemia, type 2diabetes mellitus, insulin obstruction, hypertension and cardiovascular sickness. Obesity has been expanded the vulnerability to contaminations. In this pandemic, a large number of obese individual with Covid-19 are reported. Infection rate in obese is greater due to poor immunity, comorbidity and inadequate nutritional needs. Statistical analysis showed that about 41.7% patients reported in New York city were obese. Whereas 40% obese have been reported in United State of America with Covid-19. A report from UK indicated that 38% obese were admitted in ICU with Covid-19. According to Chinese researchers, obese individuals are 3-timesmore prone toward the development of Covid-19. So recent analysis indicated that obesity is the major risk factor of Covid-19. In COVID-19, overweight and obese patients have high danger of metabolic difficultiesand eternal infections that stoutness works. More nutrition care is required for such patients. As nutrition is a key factor for keeping up human wellbeing, for example, denseimpervious framework and satisfactory admission of supplements and dietaryenhancements. Tolerant with COVID-19 create contamination from slight to seriousindications bound to the dietary status. Consequently, assessing wholesome status ofindividuals with contamination turns out to be increasingly significant. The topic of my thesis is the short stories of the contemporaries of Praim Chand. In this respect my supposed research is that in the period of Praim Chand the contemporaries of his age have a distinguished place. In this connection historical and hand written method is adopted. Azam Kurewi, Mahasha Sadarshan short stories, and short stories initial stages critical books and magazines are included. It consists of six chapters: The first chapter consists of Praim Chand period his contemporary’s short stories. Second chapter consists of Mahasha Sadarshan short stories that provides thoughtful detail. Third chapter consists of Mahasha Sadarshan and Praim Chand similarities and dis similarities. Fourth chapter consists of Azam Kurewi skilled short stories. In which his short stories detailed analysis has been provided. Fifth chapter consists of Azam Kurewi and Praim Chand thoughtful and skilled similarities and dis similarities. The chapter six consists of conclusions and recommendations.
