رشوت ستانی ایک جرم ہے۔ایسا جرم جو مجرم کو امید دیتا ہے بلکہ یقین کہ وہ بالکل بے قصور ہے۔ اس میں ایک فرد کی تیسرے فریق کو عام طور پر جو کوئی اتھارٹی رکھتا ہے،(کسی سرکاری بندے کو یا نجی ادارے) کو رشوت دیتا ہے تا کہ وہ اس کے ذریعے فائدہ اٹھا سکے۔اس طرح وہ رقم مختلف قسم کے تحائف ،جاندار یا بے جان تحائف یا مختلف اقسام کی صورت میں دی جا سکتی ہے۔ صرف اور صرف ذاتی مفاد کے لیے اگلے کو خوش کر دینا بلکہ اس کے گلے میں اپنی رشوت کے ذریعے گھنٹی باندھ دینا۔رشوت دینے کا مقصد یہی ہوتا ہے کہ رشوت لینے والا ایسی کاروائی کرے اور ایسا کیس بنا کر پیش کرے جس میں قانون کو بھی اندھا ثابت کرنے میں کوئی کسر باقی نہ رہے اور معاملہ فرد کے حق میں ہو جائے۔بعض اوقات رشوت دینے کا مقصد خود کو ٹھیک ثابت کرنے کا نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اس لیے بھی ہوتا ہے کہ ہم پر حکومت کرنے والے ہمیشہ کے لیے ناکارہ ہو جائیں اور ہر عمل سے پہلے رشوت دینے والے کا سوچیں۔
ایک مستقل سرگرمی جس میں اگلے کو اپنا غلام بنا لیا جاتا ہے،اسی کی وجہ سے معاشرتی مسائل بڑھتے جا رہے ہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ آج ہر شعبہ زندگی میں سفارش،رشوت اور لوٹ مار کا بازار گرم نظر آتا ہے۔دوسروں کی دل آزاری کرنا، اس کی حق تلفی کرنا نہ صر ف حقوق العباد کی نفی کرتے ہیںبلکہ اس کے ذریعے ہم حقوق اللہ سے بھی انصاف نہیں کرتے۔افسوس صد افسوس اسلام کے معیار کو بھلا کر معاشرے کی اقداروں کو نظر انداز کر کے آج ہم اس رشوت جیسے جرم کو مزید اضافے کی طرف لے جا رہے ہیں۔

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency and to provide new innovations in the development of MSMEs based on Creative Economy (Ekraf) and Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which describes and describes facts according to the phenomenon of how development is seen from the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (SWOT analysis) with the aim of providing an Creative Economy-based MSME development strategy and the Gig economy in Gorontalo Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of MSMEs against informants from three business fields, namely the Food Business Sector (dodol processed food), clothing (Sulaman Karawo) and handicrafts spread across three existing sub-districts in Gorontalo Regency. The results showed that the creative economy-based and gig economy-based MSMEs in Gorontalo Regency have not been fully implemented by MSME actors because they have limited capabilities and experience problems in their business development, this is due to several problems faced such as limited capital, raw materials and the use of simple production equipment, limited marketing media due to the absence of a MSME center, the types of products offered, quite a lot of transaction costs, less skilled labor, and product copyright registration problems for that from the results of the SWOT analysis of the diversification strategy at a more precise value to be applied, because it is considered more appropriate to the current conditions in Gorontalo Regency. In addition, the use of the gig economy is a part-time worker who is competent and innovative for MSMEs that are progressing and ready to compete.
Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) crop has gained attention of the arid region farmers across Pakistan because of the low water requirement. Meanwhile, the chickpea is poor competitor of weeds in its early growth stages due to its slow growth rate and leaf area development. Taking under consideration the negative impact of weeds on chickpea crop, field, pot and laboratory studies were conducted during 2012-13 and 2013-14. During field studies, the effects of different chickpea seeding rates and different weed control techniques were tested against chickpea weeds under rain-fed conditions. The results of the field experiments showed that during both the years the lowest weed density (115.18 and 64.40 m-2) was recorded in Stomp 330 EC followed by Dual Gold 960 EC. The maximum seed yield (1226 and 1411 kg ha-1) was recorded in Stomp 330 EC for both the years, respectively followed by the application of Dual Gold 960 EC and manual weeding. Among the chickpea seeding rates, the maximum number of branches plant-1, 100 seed weight, biological yield and seed yield kg ha-1 were observed for 70 kg ha-1 seed rate during both the years. The economic analysis exposed that the maximum net profit to the farmers in case of added cost was obtained from the application of pre-emergence herbicides i.e., Stomp 330 EC and Dual Gold 960 EC as compared to the other weed control techniques. In pot studies the sensitivity of chickpea was tested against two pre-emergence herbicides (Stomp 330 EC and Dual Gold 960 EC) and three post-emergence herbicides (Topik 15 WP, Puma Super 75 EW and Isoproturon 500 EW). In pot studies, chickpea was more sensitive to pre-emergence than post-emergence herbicides in terms of their toxicity. All the studied parameters of chickpea showed a significant response to the herbicides applied except nodules fresh and dry biomass. Moreover, the least chickpea plant height (cm), number of nodules plant-1 and protein content (%) in seed were recorded under the pre-emergence application of Stomp 330 EC. In the third experiment, the allelopathic potential of five common weeds including Parthenium hysterophorus L., Cyperus rotundus L., Datura stramonium L., Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. and Convolvulus arvensis L. was examined against the different chickpea varieties (Karak-I, Karak-III and Sheenghar) under laboratory conditions. The results of the lab. studies demonstrated that among the chickpea varieties the “Karak-III” showed more susceptibility against the phytotoxic effects of weed extracts. However, among the tested extracts, C. arvensis showed more allelopathic effects in terms of germination failure in chickpea and just gave 43.33% germination as compared to control treatment (97.50%). However, the extract of P. australis showed a little stimulatory effects on all the tested chickpea varieties. Hence, it is concluded that an integrated weed management approach involving cultural practices and herbicides is needed to develop an effective and economical weed control technique and to achieve maximum chickpea yield.
