۳؍ جون کو مولانا سید علی احمد شاہ شرف عالم ندوی نے داعی اجل کو لبیک کہا وہ خائقاہ پیردمڑیا خلیفہ باغ بھاگل پور کے سجادہ نشین تھے، ۸؍ مارچ ۱۹۲۶ء کو اپنے نانہال لکھنو میں پیدا ہوئے، آبائی وطن بھاگل پور میں ابتدائی تعلیم حاصل کی اور قرآن مجید حفظ کیا، درالعلوم ندوۃالعلما لکھنو سے علوم عربیہ کی تحصیل کی، اس کی مجلس انتظامیہ کے رکن تھے، میری ان کی ملاقات یہیں ہوتی تھی، ان کے ساتھ ایک جم غفیر ہوتا تھا، وہ دارالمصنفین کے قدرداں اور معارف کے خریدار تھے، قرآن مجید اچھا پڑھتے تھے، خانقاہ کی مسجد میں امامت اور رمضان میں قرآن سناتے تھے، مریدین کی اصلاح و تربیت پر پوری توجہ دیتے، طبیعت میں اعتدال تھا، ہر شخص سے بشاشت سے ملتے تھے، اﷲ تعالیٰ غریق رحمت کرے اور پس ماندگان کو صبر جمیل عطا کرے، آمین۔ (ضیاء الدین اصلاحی۔ جولائی ۲۰۰۵ء)
Abstract The purpose of this study is to assess the potential of social media platforms to build a successful marketing campaign for the private health-care industry. This will be accomplished by studying the current trends, audiences, and marketing tactics that are applied to these channels. In addition, the research will make a contribution to this understanding by investigating the efficacy of various types of marketing strategies that are used in the private health-care industry, such as influencer marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising, and how these strategies can be leveraged to create marketing strategies that are more effective. This research project will also focus on identifying any bottlenecks that could be hindering the utilisation of these channels and providing solutions to improve their effectiveness in the marketing mix. This will be done as part of the overall goal of improving the effectiveness of the marketing mix. At the end of the day, the purpose of this research is to develop an understanding of how social media channels can be utilised successfully as an important instrument in marketing for the health-care industry.
Background:
For proper development of every child, hearing plays a vital role, especially for children who are younger than 5 years, because it is said to be the most crucial time period for speech and language development. Hearing impairment can cause emotional, social, and academic problems. Early screening, diagnosis, intervention, and management have positive effects on the child’s emotional, social, familial as well as on the academic performance.
Objective:
To find out the academic performance of hearing impaired children who received early intervention in Lahore.
Methodology:
The study included randomly selected 97 hearing impaired students aging between 4-12 years with sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), using hearing aids/cochlear implant studying in hamza foundation, Lahore. Data was collected by visiting selected special institutes/schools, teachers of participants filled a questionnaire to evaluate school performance and academic reports of final grade examination were collected. Data obtained was analyzed through SPSS version 25.
Results:
Results indicate that children with hearing impaired who received early intervention had good results in English, Science and Maths ranging between 80 to 99 % while had fair results in Urdu and Islamiyat in between 70-79 % grades. Hence, we can say that hearing impaired children (age 4 to 12) have good academic performance in many subjects.
Conclusion:
Children with hearing impairment have complications in some areas of academics, especially in listening and imitation of subjects like Urdu (structure of words) or Islamiyat (due to Arabic talafuz) but also have great academic performance in Math, English, Science and Social studies with overall grades between 80 to 90 %.
