(1) ڈاکٹر محمد عامر اقبال سے میری وابستگی اور شیفتگی مرشد اقبال کی نسبت سے ہے کہ میں بھی اقبال کی عظیم الشان شخصیت کا گرویدہ اور فکر اقبال کی ترویج و تفہیم کی تحریک کا ادنیٰ کا رکن ہوں اور وہ بھی عشق اقبال کے چوٹ کھائے ہوئے ، ان کی بے نظیر فکر کے متوالے اور اس شاندار اور انقلاب آفریں فکر سے قوم کے نوجوانوں کے قلوب و اذہان منور کرنے میں رات دن کوشاں ہیں۔ انہوں نے فکر اقبال کی ترویج و اشاعت کو وقت گزاری کا مشغلہ اور کمائی کا ذریعہ سمجھ کر نہیں بلکہ مقدس قومی فریضہ سمجھ کر اپنایا ہے۔ میں انہیں اردو ادب اور اقبالیات کے ایک ہر دلعزیز استاد، سلجھے ہوئے نقاد اور اقبال شناس کے طور پر تو بہت پہلے سے جانتا تھا مگر ترویج و تفہیم فکر اقبال کی تحریک یعنی بزم فکر اقبال پاکستان میں، بزم کی سیالکوٹ شاخ کے صدر کے طور پر، ان کی شمولیت سے، علامہ اقبال سے عشق کی حد تک ان کی وابستگی ، فکر اقبال سے ان کی کمال محبت ، اس کی ترویج و تفہیم کے لیے ان کی تڑپ ، لگن اور جدو جہد کا میں دل سے معترف اور گرویدہ ہو گیا ہوں ۔
(۲) اب ایک اور کمال ہوا کہ ڈاکٹر عامر نے اپنی تازہ کتاب پروفیسر عبد الحق : حوال و افکار کا مسودہ، پیش لفظ لکھنے کے لیے، اس فقیر کو بھیج دیا۔ مسودہ پڑھتے ہوئے ڈاکٹر عامر کے علمی ،تنقیدی اور تحقیقی جو ہر بھی کھلنے لگے اور اتنی عمیق، پختہ اور عمدہ تحقیق دیکھ کر میں حیرت کے سمندر میں ڈوبتا چلا گیا کہ:
یہ کلی بھی اس گلستان خزاں منظر میں تھی
ایسی چنگاری بھی یارب ، اپنی خاکستر میں تھی!

وکالت کی تحقیق فقہاء کرام کی نظرمیں

There has been described the meaning of Wakalat and its type. Who can be agent? What are the conditions of it? How it can be used? Where it is used? How it can be eliminated? What is the status of it in Current kinds of Cards? In which things the wakalat will be eligible. Allah has permitted for wakalat as it was mentioned in this article, because it is a necessary need of a human being without it one never can do all around his works, issues and important goods. For Wakalat it is very credible that Wakeel must has experience in the relevant subject without experience he can give countless loss for his Mowakkil, as well as be eligible, trustful, honest, sensible, aware of current affairs. Existence of wakalat has been described by all jurispru-dence and religious scholars divided Wakalat in two types (1) common Wakalat (2) special Wakalat and their command according to the holy Quraan and sunnat. What is the command of wakalat in almighty Allah’s affairs? Is it allowed or prohibited according to the Islamic point of view.  

Study of Divalent and Trivalent Cations Substitution on X-Type Hexagonal Ferrites

In the present research work four X-type hexagonal ferrites series with compositions Ba2-xMgxCo2-ySryFe28O46, Sr2-xCaxNi2-yBayFe28O46, SrBaCu2-xCoxCryFe28-yO46 and SrBaZn2-xNixAlyFe28-yO46 where x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and y= 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 have been synthesized by sol gel auto-combustion method. The characterization of the entire compositions has been done by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), x-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dielectric measurements, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermo-gravimetric investigation reveals that hexagonal phase begins to form at a temperature ~1050 ºC and is completed at 1250 ºC for X-type hexagonal phase formation, which is also complimented by the XRD studies. The average crystalline sizes of four compositions were found within the range of 19-40nm. The variations in the lattice constants were in accordance with the dissimilarity in ionic radii of the host and substituted ions. FTIR analysis of entire synthesized compositions was observed in the range of 400-800cm-1 which indicated the existence of two vibrational bands appeared due to the octahedral and tetrahedral stretching vibrations. SEM images showed the hexagonal platelets structure which is best for microwave applications. The dielectric measurements of all synthesized composition were evaluated as the function of frequency and their behavior was described on the basis of Maxwell-Wagner and Koop’s theories. The obtained results revealed that dielectric constants, tan loss and the conductivities were found to be increased with the increased ratio of Mg-Sr, Ca-Ba and Co-Cr substituted synthesized samples. While the decreased trend in the dielectric constant for Ni-Al substituted samples are observed. Electric modulus studies were done to examine the relaxation behavior for all samples. To ensure the influence on magnetic characteristics of different divalent and trivalent cations substitution in synthesized compositions, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used. The variation in saturation magnetization, coercivity and remanence was observed on the basis of allocated cations in the different hexagonal lattice sites. The linear increase in saturation magnetization, remanence and coercivity in Co-Cr and Ni-Al substituted hexaferrite made them useful as permanent magnets while the decrease in saturation magnetization and coercivity in Mg-Sr and Ca-Ba substituted samples proposed these materials best for magnetic recording media as well as for microwave devices.
