پورا دن گزر گیا اور شام ہونے والی ہے۔ دریائی پانی کے بہاو پر شفق کے عکس کی چادر تن گئی ہے۔ بوڑھا ماہی گیر، جس کے ماتھے کی شکنیں مزید گہری اور ایک دوسرے کو کاٹنے لگ گئیں۔وہ تھکن کے احساس سے بڑبڑانے لگا۔"آج کا دن ہی کچھ منحوس تھا۔کوئی بڑی مچھلی ہاتھ نہ آئی"۔ بوڑھے ماہی گیر کا معاون، اٹھارہ برس کا کھلنڈرا جوان ہے۔جسےاس کی بوڑھی بیوہ ماں نے، مچھلیاں پکڑنے کے گر سیکھنے کےلیے اس کے پاس چھوڑ رکھا تھا۔یہ انتہائی جذباتی، متجسس اور ہر وقت اپنی ذات کے اندر بے تکے سوالوں کی ٹر ٹر لگائے رکھتا تھا۔ وہ ہر لمحہ کچھ نہ کچھ سوچتا ہی رہتا،خود ہی سوال اٹھاتا اور خود کو ہی جواب دے کر مطمن کر دیتا۔ لیکن پچھلے کچھ عرصے سے خدا کا منطقہ اس کے ذہن میں یوں اٹک گیا جیسے گلے میں ہڈی پھنس جاتی ہے۔سارا دن یہ سوال مسلسل پوچھ پوچھ کر اس نے اپنے استاد کا سر کھا لیا۔استاد اسے بےوقوف لڑکا سمجھتے ہوئے کئی طرح سے ٹالتا رہا۔ لڑکے نے آخری بار پوچھنے کا فیصلہ کرتے ہوئے ذرا تیکھے پن سے کہا:
"استاد! اب بتاو ہی دو، یہ خدا کس بلا کا نام ہے؟"
استاد نے جال سمیٹے اور تیوری چڑھاتے ہوئے، اسے دیکھا اور بولا۔"بکو مت، یہ کیا بکواس کر رہے ہو سنو ۔ خدا نظر نہیں آتا، لیکن رحم و کرم سے بھرپور اور انسان سے محبت کرتا ہے۔" لڑکے کے ذہن میں اٹکا یہ معاملہ جیسے سلجھ گیا ہو۔ وہ پہلے زیر لب مسکرایا، پھر ہنسا، پھر قہقہے لگانے شروع کر دیے اور رواں گہرے پانی میں چھلانگ لگا دی۔ شاید اس نے یہ سوچا ہو گا کہ مجھے بھی نظر نہیں آ...
*یاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اَطِیْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَ اَطِیْعُوا الرَّسُوْلَ وَ اُولِی الْاَمْرِ مِنْكُمْۚ* On a wide scale There is a need for an ideal leader and his leadership. If a believer talks about leadership, he will only have the concept of Islamic leadership. To which the verses and hadiths indicate, in this category there will be leaders and leaders who will be able to lead their supporters and followers towards physical and spiritual development. All kinds of leadership were given to the Prophet ﷺ. Whatever qualities he had within him were of a perfect level. The principles of Islamic guidance that the Prophet ﷺ had explained were followed by the Companions and the pious people and any leadership in the whole universe that we see. have also adopted it in full stubbornness, they emerged as the Ameerul Momineen and Caliphate of the Muslims of that time, and the principle of following the leadership of the Prophet ﷺ, an Islamic state and society, equally for both Muslim and non-Muslim minorities.While the principles and laws of the current situation are completely opposite. The question is what are the goals and demands of the leadership of the present age and how is prophetic leadership helpful in the improvement of the current leadership?Are following the principles of leadership mentioned by Karim ﷺ? In the paper under discussion, contemporary leadership principles and their analyzes will be examined in the light of Prophet Muhammad keeping in mind the requirements of the time.
We are living in an age characterized by challenges where nations must not only accept the challenges of today but also make through foundation to confront those expected to come in future. To meet these challenges and realize ideas, our education system has to work at full potential, providing services of highest quality. The utmost contribution of the system in this regard is to develop a curriculum that is comprehensive, rigorous, futuristic and consistent with the needs of the nation. However a critical analysis of the prevailing curriculum tells a sorry tale. The course designed almost two decades back had the set characteristics but much development has occurred in various domains of knowledge and needs of societies have changed during the time. The curriculum on the other hand remained unchanged and has become dysfunctional. This research is a critical study of instructional topics and their effectiveness in the subject of Education taught in colleges at graduate level vis-à-vis our current needs and the advancements in this field through research in all over the world. It also emphasized the importance of curriculum review and revision to explore the obstacle in the process of curriculum amendments. The methodology of this study is a survey based or enquiry into the need and scope of subject of Education in our society. Secondly the existing curriculum has been analyzed form data interpretation. The target population for this study is the teachers and the students of all those colleges in Karachi that offer Education as a subject at graduate level. Out of those, 24 government colleges and 7 private colleges have been selected for the survey questionnaire. The collected data will be interpreted and evaluated through various statistical tools. In the light of results researcher will present some suggestions and recommendations to update the curriculum and adjust to the changing trends of this modern and growing world.
