مولانا حکیم محمد مختار اصلاحی کا انتقال ۱۱؍ جون کو ہوا مگر کچھ پتا نہیں چلا، ممبئی کے اخبار یہاں نہیں آتے، وہاں سے آنے والوں نے بھی اس کا کوئی تذکرہ نہیں کیا، ان کے عزیزوں اور صاحبزادوں کو اتنے جاں کاہ حادثے میں ان کے اس دور افتادہ قدرداں اور نیازمند کا خیال نہیں آیا، جولائی کا ترجمان اصلاحی ۱۱؍ جولائی کو آگیا تھا مگر اسی روز میری چھوٹی بہن نسیمہ اﷲ کو پیاری ہوگئی تھی، کئی روز بعد گھر سے آنے پر اسے کھولا تو سرورق پر حکیم صاحب کی تصویر کے نیچے یہ مصرعہ درج تھا:
؂ آسماں تیری لحد پر شبنم افشانی کرے
دل کا عجیب حال ہوگیا، بہن کا غم تازہ ہی تھا کہ اب اس مسیحا نفس کی بات بھی گئی۔
موت برحق ہے، کسی کو اس سے مفر نہیں، حکیم صاحب تو عمر طبعی کو پہنچ گئے تھے مگر ان کے جیسے کرم فرما اور اپنے سے اس قدر ٹوٹ کر ملنے اور چاہنے والے کا صدمہ ناقابل برداشت تھا، ان کی یاد بھلائے نہیں بھولتی ؂
آئی جو یاد ان کی تو آتی چلی گئی
ہر نقش ما سوا دل سے مٹاتی چلی گئی
وہ ضلع جون پور کے مشہور مردم خیز قصبہ صبر حد میں ۱۵؍ جون ۱۹۱۵؁ء کو ایک متوسط زمیں دار گھرانے میں پیدا ہوئے، ان کے والد ممبئی میں رہتے تھے، اردو اور فارسی کی تعلیم دادا کے زیر نگرانی گھر پر ہوئی، اعلاتعلیم مدرستہ الاصلاح سرائے میر میں حاصل کی، جہاں مولانا شبلی متکلم ندوی اور مولانا امین احسن اصلاحی وغیرہ سے درس لیا، جماعت اسلامی ہند کے سابق امیر مولانا ابواللیث اصلاحی ندوی ان کے ہم سبق تھے۔

In an Islamic state, the leader is obliged by the Quran to run the affairs of the people using ‘Shura’ (consultation). He is elected based upon confidence to lead, not on his policies, because he is obliged to derive laws based upon the Quran and Sunnah، and has no option to not implement the clear laws cont-ained therein, even if not convenient for gov, which provides full protections for people’s rights at all times. In a (Western) secular Democracy, the leaders are not obliged to consult the people in running the affairs (nor fulfil their promises). They derive laws from what is convenient, and may (and do) take away people’s rights using that justification. In Islam, the leader remains in power until he becomes unjust or incompetent. In a (Western) secular Democracy, the leader remains in power despite being unjust or incompetent, and may get elected again if he can lie to the people to persuade them he is the lesser of two evils. An Islamic State is based upon sovereignty to the Creator, who doesn’t change his mind, it not prone to prejudice, bigotry or ignorance. A (Western) secular Democracy is based upon sovereignty of the Individual, who does change their mind, is prone to prejudice, bigotry and ignorance. Coexistence Management in Wireless Networks

The rapid proliferation of wireless networks poses a great challenge to effective coexistence management amongst a plethora of wireless communication protocol users that are co-located and contending for the ever-scarce spectrum available. In particular, low-powered ad-hoc networks such as WSNs which are an integral part of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) landscape, will be highly susceptible to cross-technology interference. This jeopardizes the envisaged performance and reliability of IoT and IIoT applications comprising many safety and mission-critical applications. For effective spectrum utilization and optimum performance of existing wireless networks and the realization of new wireless networks, coexistence management of the wireless spectrum is the key to ensuring the optimal performance of multiple wireless networks operating in close proximity. We propose a two-step approach to attaining coexistence starting with wireless interference identification as spectrum awareness would be of keen importance in identifying concurrent transmission and subsequently applying suitable interference mitigation techniques to ensure coexistence and prevent communication blackout. Our work uses deep learning to identify the presence of WSN, WiFi and Bluetooth single-label signals. Furthermore, we aim to identify multi-label concurrent signal transmissions that are significant in the context of interference management. Moreover, a wireless coexistence management framework for WSNs is proposed which is an interference-aware and coexistence-friendly modification inspired by the WSN LEACH architecture that uses the proposed wireless interference identification for detection of the type of interference and the affected nodes. Depending upon the interference type, the coexistence framework assigns specific countermeasures that best counter the interference with good throughput and optimal energy consumption. In this work, we have proposed a coping mechanism against WiFi interference using an adaptive backoff time period and an in-depth study of the node interference levels
