ناول کے عناصر ترکیبی:

                ناول ادب کی ایک صنف ہے۔ناول اور داستان میں نمایاں فرق ہے ایسی مخصوص خصوصیات جو ناول کو داستان سے ممتاز کرتی ہیں وہ حقیقت نگاری ،فلسفیانہ گہرائی اور کردار کی اہمیت ہے۔جہاں تک حقیقت نگاری کی بات ہے تو حقیقت نگاری داستان میں بھی پائی جاتی ہے اور اسی طرح ناول بھی تخیل سے محفوظ نہیں ہے اس میں بھی تخیلاتی تصورات پائے جاتے ہیں۔ جس طرح داستان میں طویل قصے اور بے شمار کردار پائے جاتے ہیں اسی طرح ناول میں مختصر واقعات کے ساتھ ساتھ کرداروں کی بھرمار سیکنارہ کیا جاتاہے۔ داستان میں کہانی کا صرف ایک رخ سامنے آتا ہے اس کے برعکس ناول سوچ و تصور کی باز یافت یا ممکن حد تک ترتیب وتشکیل کے فرائض انجام دیتا ہے۔جہاں داستان میں مافوق الفطرت کردار پائے جاتے ہیں خارجی رشتوں جبکہ ناول میں خارجی کے ساتھ ساتھ باطنی حقیقتوں کا بھی گہرائی سے فلسفیانہ تکنیک کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے مطالعہ کیا جاتا ہے۔ناول میں کچھ خاص عناصر مقرر کیے جاتے ہیں جن پر ایک ناول اپنی بنیاد رکھتا ہے اس میں کہانی کے ساتھ’پلاٹ‘‘جو کہ نہایت مضبوط ہوناچاہیے۔اسی پہ ہی تمام کہانی کا دارومدارہوتاہے پھر’’حالات وواقعات‘‘جن کو بنیاد بناکر کہانی لکھی جاتی ہے۔کردار جو کہ معاشرے کے حقیقی کرداروں سے قریب تر ہوتے ہیں۔جن میں حقیقی زندگی کاعنصر موجود ہوتا ہے۔’’زمان ومکاں‘‘جو کہ کہانی کو ایک نیا موڑ دیتے ہیں۔پھر جو بہت ضروری عنصر جس پہ ناول کو اہمیت کا حامل سمجھا جاتا ہے وہ اس کا’’اسلوب‘‘ہوتاہے۔اسلوب بیان جو دل میں اتر جاتا ہے اور دماغ میں ایک دیرپا تاثر چھوڑجاتا ہے۔اسلوب کے بعد ’’نقطہ نظر‘‘ کی باری آتی ہے۔مصنف نے ناول میں جس بات کو مدنظر رکھ کراور جس نقطہ نظرسے لکھا ہوتا ہے اسے اہمیت حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ڈاکٹر احسن...

Islam is an entire way of life. It illuminates every facet of daily existence. There is no problem for which Islam has not provided a remedy. Every aspect of beliefs and ethics, including human affairs, has also been examined. Islam is the only religion on earth that can be compared the height of Western culture and civilization. People have become its slavish disciples in the most literal sense. To stay up with the rest of the world, they are creating new interpretations of Islam for this reason. Accepted wisdom is a benefit, but only within the bounds of Sharia. Otherwise, it is Shaytan's legacy. ۔(شیطان) One of the most significant and crucial stages in a person's life is the nikah. It is expressly covered in the Qur'an and Hadith. It is created necessary for sustaining human existence. It is referred to as the culmination of human life and one of the Prophet's (ﷺ) required Sunnas. However, one of the most despised actions is the dissolution of a marriage. Islam, however, differs from other faiths. It contains the entire procedure/laws for dissolving a marriage. The appropriate discussion of Talaq and Khula is illustrated by the jurists' use of Estihsan and Qayas. Recent years have seen various crises and a collapse in Pakistani society. Smear and family system disturbance are the main issues among them. "Nikkah" is the fundamental element of a family system; in reality, a family system is based on Nikkah. If this Nikkah is intact, the entire family system is stable; nevertheless, if this Nikkah is broken, not only is the family system traumatised, but the entire society begins to suffer. The summary of this thesis explains that the Islamic Ideological Council's recommendations have been reviewed in light of the non-Sharia practises of the judicial authorities in relation to Khula and judicial powers related to Khula, as well as an analytical study of the remarks and opinions of commentators and jurists, including future jurists, regarding Khula. فلاح انسانی: خطبہ حجۃ الوداع اور عالمی چارثر 1948ء کی روشنی میں

Betterment of Humans in the Light of Khutbah Hajjat-ul-Wadah and the Universal Declaration of 1948 (A Comparative Study) Human rights are the most complicated issue and challenge for 21st Century. Islam has granted some fundamental rights for the whole humanity, without any discrimination that needs be practiced under all situations. The west claimed to be founder of Human rights due to which the people of the world are blessed with all human rights otherwise they were steped in ignorance. The question arises are human rights absolute and bestowed on men by God or they caused by development of society on created by the society itself. Basically to answer this question, the present research is conducted by making a comparative study of the human rights granted by Allah Almighty through Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in his last sermon and contemporary human rights practiced in the west specially documented in universal declaration of 1948. The objective of the study is to compare both document, their origin and development. After detailed study it is clear that Islam has laid down a comprehensive charter of universal fundamental rights for humanity 1400 years ago. This charter granted a very note worthy profound declaration of rights. Furthermore it is concluded that there is no substantial difference between some of the fundamental principles set forth in the west and the Islamic precepts, whereas, there is difference in their approaches. On the basis of the research it is concluded that the inherent dignity of man and his fundamental freedom tracing its origin back to God or Divine inspiration. The main purpose of this study is to reveal and disclose the similarities and dissimilarities in respect of social human rights and freedom in universal declaration on human Rights (UDHR 1948) from the Islamic political perspective by defining the concept of human rights and its characteristics in both Islam and western perspectives, studying the UDHR with a view to extract the social human rights and freedom contained therein and finally stating the similarities and dissimilarities between the last sermon and declaration in respect of such rights alongside the description on how such rights supposed to be in the declaration in particular and in the western ideology in general in the light of Islamic social reforms.
