This paper is a study about heterogeneity in wage returns to education for different levels of wages in Pakistan. The variation of wages for individuals across the wage distribution is important to be studied so that we have targeted public policies and pertinent educational reforms. This paper contributes to the literature by studying the returns on education in Pakistan by using quantile regression method through multiple point intra-temporal analysis. Contray to the results for the developed countries, our results show that for people with education wage return at lower end of wage distribution is higher than the ones at the higher end. The returns are also observed as per region, gender and marital status
