The basic purpose of software testing process is executing a program with the intent of finding software bugs. Software testing ensures that software would work as it was expected by the target customer and likely to fulfill the assigned functionality. Testing provide mechanism through controlled dynamic execution of software and comparing the result against the pre-determined criteria to ensure the evidence of software quality. Software testing involves the execution of software and observation of failure and fixing the fault that causes the failure. In this research work, conceptual framework is proposed for Testing as a Service (TaaS) to measure the scalability of e-learning and e-commerce applications. It can be provided as fully automated service in cloud having elastic resources that can be granted or ceased on demand for real software. TaaS will reduce cost by providing resource sharing during the test for large information technology (IT) companies. It will provide the scalable and virtualized environment to address the Software as a Service (SaaS) scalability. The goal is to provide on demand testing. E-learning and e-commerce applications will be validated through our web service. As in automated testing there are some licensing issues and human interactions required, but in case of Testing as a Service code will be automatically tested for developers and end users to validate the software and to get certificate for reliability and scalability of software. An Agent based Cloud Testing as a Service (ACTS) framework is developed for testing e-commerce and e-learning applications. Different agents collaborate to facilitate the software testing as a service in cloud environment. Different software agents are grouped together to perform specific testing type with in the integrated framework.

Before Islam, women were victims of slavery, humiliation, oppression, and exploitation. Islam came and liberated women from slavery, humiliation, oppression, and exploitation. Islam abolished all the evil customs which were against the human dignity of women and gave them the rights which they deserved. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) endowed women with their rightful status and human dignity on both social and domestic levels. In the light of Islamic teachings, men and women have equal status as human beings. In that sense, no one is superior to another. Just as Islam calls men honorable and respectable, so too in the eyes of Islam women are honorable and have an important role to play in society. The biography of the Holy Prophet is a beacon for us. He proved by his practical life that a woman is pitiable and respectable in respect of mother, daughter, sister, wife, and other relationships. In Arab society, he proved by raising her four daughters that a woman is also a human being, therefore, she should also be given rights. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has left out such enlightening teachings on women's social rights that by following them, women can be granted their social rights. But even today, women are being deprived of many of their social rights. There is a need to bring the social issues of women before the society in the light of Sīrat-un-Nabī. Also mention the restrictions facing women in the present. The question arises, what is the social status of women in the light of Sīrat-un-Nabī? And what are the challenges facing women today? This article is written to answer these questions. In pre-Islamic society, women were not given any importance or status in any relationship. Socially, women's rights were completely taken away and some Arab families did not even have the right to live.

Principals Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles and Job Satisfaction of College Teachers

Leadership style is the general way a leader behaves towards his subordinates for attaining objectives. Leadership styles play very important role in the success of an organization. There are two major dimensions of leadership i.e. transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Objectives of the study were (1) to find out the relationship between leadership styles of principals and job satisfaction of public college teachers, (2) to determine relationship between transformational leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of public college teachers, (3) to find out the relationship between transactional leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of public college teachers,(4) to compare the leadership styles of male and female public college principals, (5) to compare the job satisfaction of male and female public college teachers. As the nature of the research was correlational, survey method was used for investigating about the Principals’ Transformational and Transactional leadership styles and job satisfaction of the college teachers. The population for this study comprised all teachers of public degree colleges of Punjab. By using multistage random sampling technique 10% out of 439 colleges were taken as sample. There were 2150 teachers (male 950 & female 1200) in 43 colleges. Over all 10 % (male 95 & female 120) teachers were selected as sample. To collect data from teachers two questionnaires (MSQ & LSQ) were used. Percentage, Pearson r, t test and Mean were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study show that there is a significant relationship between leadership styles (transformational and transactional) and job satisfaction. However, there is significant relationship between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction rather than transactional leadership and job satisfaction. There is no significant difference between male and female principals’ leadership styles, whereas job satisfaction, male teachers are less satisfied than female teachers. It is recommended that model of transformational leadership style may be considered by Principals in college sector.
