Requirement traceability is the set of practices used to trace changes in requirements during development process. It ensures that each step of development is correct and confirms to the needs of prior and next steps. In agile methods like Scrum, there are short development cycles and the product owner creates product backlog and shares with Scrum team. In the distributed Scrum, teams are distributed across different geographic locations and team members discuss requirements, create designs, code and documentation. Co-located teams can discuss and trace the requirements easily but it becomes difficult for teams to gather, trace and manage requirements in the distributed Scrum. Sometimes requirements are repeated in different artifacts, which create requirement redundancy that cause requirement conflicts and interpret different meanings for the same requirement. Redundant requirements are difficult to trace, locate and create links. Many other studies discussed requirement traceability tools and frameworks but these tools didn?t focus on resolving requirement traceability in the distributed Scrum. To resolve the requirement traceability conflicts in the distributed Scrum, this study proposed a requirement traceability model. The proposed model is consisting of five steps including identifying the redundant requirements, remove redundant requirements, assigning unique IDs to requirements, storing requirement information and resolving the requirement traceability conflicts in the distributed Scrum. The study helped to locate, prevent and remove requirement redundancies and resolve the requirements conflicts in the distributed Scrum software development. A survey was conducted in software industry and the results of survey were analyzed and presented in the form of graphs. The most of the companies participated in survey were large in size. The survey results were analyzed using the SPSS tool and presented in the form of graphs. The survey results suggested that requirement traceability conflicts can be resolved by assigning unique IDs to requirements, removing inconsistent and redundant requirements, involving users into requirement elicitation process, proper communication with different stakeholders, using tools like JIRA. The proper planning in Scrum meetings with the whole team can avoid requirements conflicts. The proposed model is more beneficial in terms of removing redundant requirements and resolving requirement traceability conflicts in the distributed Scrum.

MIND THE GAP DISCRIMINATION AND MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES AMONG FEMALE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS

Gender matters and has an impact, and it is intended to encourage readers to think about this important issue in clinical practice, education, research, and a wider context of public health1. Due to the dearth of gender theoretical knowledge that has been discovered within the field of physiotherapy, there are still many difficulties that women must overcome in today's world of gender equality and feminism for women's rights2. Historically, women are predominated in the physiotherapy profession, although this has gradually changed throughout the years3. According to Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) data for both practicing and non-practicing physiotherapists, the gender split changed from 76% female to 24% male to 74% female to 26% male between 2017 and 2020. Although women make up more than 50% of the physiotherapy workforce globally, they make up fewer than 50% of executive positions in national physiotherapy associations3.

Language is a means of communication. Language is the recognition of a nation and the custodian of the culture in a society. Among the various languages of Pakistan, Urdu enjoys a unique status as national language. It is not only a lingua franca but also a means of unifying the whole nation as well. Urdu is taught as a compulsory subject up to higher secondary level. Teaching of Urdu language has been a very chronicle problem since long. A general outcome shows that Urdu is taken for granted as an easier subject, so no extra measures and arrangements are made in its teaching. There was a dire need to review this problem in order to find out the remedial measures. This research is an effort to find a clue for the said purpose. The research study includes both pedagogical and linguistic aspects keeping in view the ground realities. The first chapter deals with a comprehensive introduction and teaching importance of Urdu language whereas the second chapter relates to the pedagogical concepts associated with its teaching. Third chapter deals with the skills covering listening, speaking, reading and writing problems faced by the learners residing in all the areas of this country. Fourth chapter follows the art of written mode, punctuation, annotation and pronunciation problems. Fifth chapter deals with teaching of prose, poetry, grammar and composition. An overall summary and analysis has been given in the last chapter. Besides this, it includes conclusions and recommendations for the improvement of existing situation and further research. I hope this research may prove a useful addition in the realm of teaching Urdu as a language.
