To make competitive, robust and secured software applications, organizations tend to adopt modern, better and more responsive software development methodologies. Agile is one of the promising frameworks that has potential to meet dynamic needs of the competitive software market. Due to vibrant nature of agile methodology, many companies wish to adopt agile methodology. However, notable number of such companies fail to successfully adopt agile methodology. A prominent reason of this failure is that the companies overlook the need to identify the difficulties before adopting agile in order to find solutions for problems during agile adoption. This research work identifies administrative, technical and procedural challenges using case-study method and propose solutions to overcome these problems. Data is collected from a sample of employees working in various roles in ?Pro-Tech? company through interviews and a focus group. The study analyze collected data using thematic network analysis. The issues thus identified are consolidated into suitable categories based on similarity. Moreover, the study propose appropriate solutions for each identified issue that might reduce the failure ratio and facilitate successful agile adoption. This study can be further expanded in future to implement the suggested solutions and assess their effectiveness.
