Customer churn prediction helps in identifying those customers who are probable to stop a subscription, product or service, and is therefore very essential for any business. Churn prediction can be very valuable for customer retention, as it helps in predicting customers that are at risk of leaving. It is more challenging to put forth churn prediction in banking sector, as there is no contractual agreement between a customer and the bank regarding the duration of services. Loss of customers can be very costly as it is very expensive to obtain new customers in this age of competition. There are many churn prediction techniques however; K-Means, Local Outlier Factors (LOF) and Cluster-Based Local Outlier Factors (CBLOF) have not been used so far for this purpose. In this research, I have applied these techniques for customer churn prediction. The results are evaluated and analyzed using Precision (Pr), Recall (Re) and F1 measure to justify the efficiency and effectiveness of this research.

Muhammad - The Recipient of The Qur’an

Muhammad -
The Recipient of The Qur’an

Muhammad was the only child of his parents – Sayyed ‘Abd-Allah bin ‘Abd Al-Muttalib Al- Hashemi and Sayyedah Aminah bint Wahb Al-Zuhriyya. He was born in Makkah, a commercial metropolis and a pilgrims’ hub in the Arabian Peninsula. His father passed away before his birth, and the mother when he was six. A shepherd in early life and a successful merchant in adulthood, he married Sayyedah Khadijah bint Khuwaylid at the age of 25. The happy couple became the parents of two sons and four daughters.

Muhammad ibn Abd-Allah was reputed to be a friendly and trustworthy gentleman with an impeccable character. He was admired for his generosity as well as his wisdom. The mutually hostile factions often called upon him to act as an arbiter. At home, he was known for his caring and helpful attitudes.

As he was attaining maturity, he was getting deeply disturbed by the social and moral environment around him. He found the idolatry and fetishism unholy and social injustices distressing. He increasingly began to search for a response to his own agony at the injustice and chaos around him by resorting to meditation and seclusion. He would go away from home for several days in a row and stay in a small cave on Mount al-Noor, it is a cave hiding in shyness and seclusion with a difficult access, named Hira.

One midnight, during the last week of the month of Ramadan that the Cave lightened up. It witnessed the presence of rows over rows of angels led by the Arch Angel, Gabriel. Muhammad got bewildered. It brought him awe, fear and foreboding. It was an experience unique of its kind; unique...

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Integritas Laporan Keuangan (Studi Pada Perusahaan BUMN yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2020- 2022)

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of managerial ownership, audit committee, audit quality and company size on the integrity of financial reports. The objects in the research are state-owned companies registered on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period, totaling 20 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results explain that simultaneously managerial ownership, audit committee, audit quality and company size have a significant influence on the integrity of financial reports. While managerial ownership and company size have a negative and significant influence, the audit committee has a positive and significant influence, audit quality has a positive and insignificant influence.

Subdivision Schemes and Their Applications in Geometric Modeling

Subdivision is a basic tool to describe smooth curves and surfaces in computer aided geometric design. Since no single subdivision scheme can be adequate for every situation so, there is always a space to present new schemes. The main purpose of this dissertation is to introduce different kinds of subdivision schemes for curve and surface designing based on arity and complexity. Several explicit formulae for generation of mask of subdivision schemes are presented. Many well known existing schemes are special cases of our proposed schemes. Convergence and smoothness of stationary and non-stationary subdivision schemes are evaluated by using Laurent polynomial method and asymptotic equivalence technique respectively. Some of remarkable properties of proposed subdivision schemes like Hölder regularity, support of basic limit function, error bounds, total absolute curvature, artifact, shrinkage effect, limit stencil, convexity preservation, affine invariance and reproduction are discussed. The applications of the schemes developed have also been depicted through different examples.
