a. WE are going to recount to you some of the narratives of Moses and Pharaoh truthfully, for a people who believe.
28:04
a. Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land of Egypt, and
b. divided its citizens into different ethnic and social factions,
c. seeking to oppress one faction among them - Descendants of Jacob – and depriving them of all human rights and civil liberties,
d. and, slaughtering their baby-boys at birth, while sparing their women/baby-girls.
e. He - Pharaoh - was truly of the oppressors and tyrants.

a. However, WE wanted to empower those very people who were being oppressed in the land
of Egypt – Descendants of Jacob, and
b. to make them the leaders and to make them the inheritors.

a. And to empower them in the land by giving them political power and religious authority,
b. and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their armies - through them - the very thing that they had dreaded - and trying to prevent.

Many people propagate about the Islamic Hudūd i.e. Punish against crimes stated in the Holy Quran. They are of the view that the Islamic Hudūd punishments are more severe, cruel a brutal. Although it a propaganda against Islam. This negative propaganda is an obstacle, hindrance in the way of enforcement of Hudūd. If the Islamic Hudūd are compared with the other Religions, punishments for different crimes, which have been mentioned in their books and Religious history, they are either similar or more sever and brutal than Islamic Hudūd, i.e. Punishment. It show that more sever & cruel punishments against crimes were present in heavenly and man-made Religious before Islam. The research under consideration is about the comparison and contrast between Islamic punishments and the punishments present the international or worldly Religions so that it may be cleared to the whole world that only Islam is a Religion in the world that no other Religion can compete regarding prevention of crimes. It will highlight the sublimity and loftiness of Islam and also make it clear the fact of hollow, attractive slogans of the present modern time.
This study evaluates how compensation system attributes (CSAs), affect the performance of teachers serving in universities in Pakistan through the lens of social exchange theory, which is an over-arching theory used for the current study. Teachers’ performance (TP), and its relationship with the four CSAs (e.g., pay increase policy, pay levels and mix) have been described in this research. The idea is to apply a methodological approach to determine the role of psychological capital (PsyCap) and psychological contract fulfilment (PCF) as mediators and the role of the social capital (SC) as a moderator. In this regard, a nationwide survey of 608 teachers from 52 higher education institutes in Pakistan was conducted using a simple random sampling technique. Survey responses were compiled and analysed using quantitative research methods, including correlation, regression and PROCESS, to check for mediation and moderation.This study reveals that the CSAs positively impact TP. The results also confirm that SC serves as a moderator between the CSAs and TP. The study also suggests that PsyCap and PCF positively mediate the link between CSAs and TP. The findings of this research are fairly aligned with the conclusions drawn under earlier research performed in other areas. PCF is observed to be a strong mediator. However, the partial mediation of PsyCap in relation to the CSAs and TP may be attributable to a lack of adequate focus on its development at the leadership level as well as individuals linking hope, confidence, and resilience to spiritual beliefs, thus making it relatively indifferent with respect to CSAs. Apart from bridging the literature gap in the context of establishing linkage of PCF, PsyCap and SC with TP, this study also provides practical guidelines and suggestions for the policy and decision makers in HEIs by mainly pointing towards existing compensation restructuring with a consequential improvement in TP.
