ایمان کا ایک بنیادی جز اس بات کا متقاضی ہے کہ نہ صرف اس بات پر یقین کامل ہونا چاہیے کہ حضور اکرمﷺبحیثیت خاتم النبیین اللہ تعالیٰ کے آخری نبی ہیں بلکہ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ آپﷺ کی ذات مبارکہ سے انتہا درجے کا عشق ہونا بھی ضروری ہے اور آپ کی تعلیمات پر عمل پیرا رہنا ہر صاحب ایمان مرد عورت پر فرض ہے۔ بحیثیت مسلمان ہمیں حضور پاک ﷺکی سیرت مبارکہ کے مختلف گوشوں کا مطالعہ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے تا کہ اپنی زندگی میں ان اصولوں کی پیروی کی جائے جو ہمارے لئے اسوہ حسنہ ہیں۔ لین دین کے معاملات سے لے کر حقوق العباد تک، عبادات سے لے کر ایمانیات و روحانیات تک الغرض شعبہ زندگی و عبادات سے متعلق ہر ممکنہ پہلوؤں تک ہماری یہی کوشش رہتی ہے کہ ہم سنت رسولﷺ کی پیروی کریں اور رسول اکرمﷺ کی تمام سنتوں کی مکمل طور پر پیروی کی جائے جو بدعات سے پاک ہوں۔ قرآن کے مطلوب و مقصود کے عین مطابق ہوں اور حضور اکرمﷺ کی اصل تعلیمات و تشریحات پر ہی مبنی ہو۔دین کے ایک طالب علم ہونے کی وجہ سے چونکہ ہم سیرت النبیﷺ کے مطالعہ کی اہمیت سے انکار نہیں  کر سکتے۔ چنانچہ ہماری کوشش رہتی ہے کہ ہماری علمی تراث میں سیرت نگاری پر جتنا لیٹریچر مرتب کیا جا چکا ہے اس کا ایک تاریخی جائزہ لیا جائے۔ مصادر سیرت کے ہر ہر جز کی بنیاد کے فہم کو سمجھا جائے اور ایک عجمی ہونے کے ناطے ہمیں جہاں عربی مصادر سیرت نگاری کا مطالعہ کرنا درکار ہو گا وہیں اردو زبان میں شائع شدہ سیرت نگاری کا ایک تفصیلی و تحقیقی (بشمول...

Rectification is a terminology of Islamic Studies which means corrections of mistakes, completion of deficiency and clarification of ambiguity, it is a very special Quality of Islam due to its impacts and importance. Rectifications of Honourable Muslim Scholars on one another is a source for the innocency of this Ummah, here is the example of Rectification in the era of Sahahaba رضي الله عنهم and Tabieen and later, while the book of Eimam Al Hakim “Al Mustadrak Ala Sahehain” is an example of rectification at the time of Tabieen; in which he collects the narrations missed by Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim in their books Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim. The Honourable scholars follow this way in all the disciplines  of Islamic Studies especially in the field of Tafseer because they had rectifications on one another in their explanation of the Holy Quran. As for example Eimam Al Sayuti (911 AH) and Emam Aalusi (1270 AH) has rectifications in their explanations of Holy Quran on the Tafseer of Eimam Fakhr uddin Al Razi “Tafseer ul Kabeer”, while in our era Shaikh Ghulam Rasool Saeedi (1437 AH) follow the same way, and most of his ratifications in his Tafseer “Tibyan ul Quran” is related to Imam Razi. One thing which is unforgettable is that, these Scholars have maintained respect of personalities and opinions, furthermore they were mostly impartial in their research as well as tolerant while dealing with these issues even having different schools of thoughts etc. Their difference did not make them discourteous or impolite.

Causes and Effects of Crime on Educated Youth in Sindh

The study was conductedto observe and document the population’s perceptions of causes of crime in educated youth, it was also determined the degree of relationship of “crime” with “various social and educational variables”. The purpose was to collect empirical data inductively from the phenomena and to provide stakeholders pragmatic evidences of the situation in order to take necessary steps for improvement as well as valid reasons for legislation to stop crime acquired from society. The population of this research was students of universities in Sindh, lawyers who were working in Sindh province and police officers of rank Inspector, Sub-Inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector in the areas of Sindh province. The overall population for students divided into two clusters; cluster of public and cluster of private universities. The total number of public and private universities are 20; 10 numbers of universities are from public sector while remaining 10 are from private sectors. These all20 universities have different field of specialization e.g. medical, business administration, and engineering, agriculture and general categories. The population of lawyers and police officers were taken from districts in Karachi (5 districts), Hyderabad, Khairpur and Jomshoro. Researcher selected Lawyers and police officers of rank Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector randomly from the population. Four Questionnaires were designed to collect data from ; elderly citizens, students, lawyers and police officers at five points likert scale. Data collected through self-administered questionnaire. The researcher met elderly citizens and visited these universities for collecting data from students personally, and met with lawyers and police officers. Although this procedure was considered time consuming, but it gave up high rate of responses to the researcher. As this study found out the grass-root, level causes and effects of crime on educated youth in Sindh as well asPakistan are; poor education; unemployment; defficint policeing sytem and judiciary. Thus, findings are useful to law enforcement agencies, justices of courts, education practitioner and researchers to understand psychology of the crimes in local context.
