خاص خالق کی عطا ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ
اُمَّتی ہوں آپؐ کا ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ!

آسمانِ وقت پر ہے کہکشاؤں کی طرح
نقشِ پا کا سلسلہ ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

ہوتی جاتی ہے اگر معدوم شاہوں میں سخا
آپؐ کے منگتوں کو کیا ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ!

آپؐ کے کہنے پہ کنکر ہو گئے محوِ سخن
آپؐ ہیں معجز نما ، خیرالبشر ، خیرالوریٰؐ

ظلم کی تاریکیوں میں ابنِ آدم کے لئے
روشنی کا سلسلہ ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

انبیاؑء تو باقی سارے لے کے آئے معجزات
ہیں سراپا معجزہ ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

انبیاؑء میں آپؐ کا ہم مرتبہ کوئی نہیں
اے امام انبیائؐ ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

مظہرِ پیغامِ حق ہے ، جلوہ گاہِ نور ہے
آج بھی غارِ حرا ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

منتشر اجزائے ہستی کو سلیقہ دے گیا
نقشِ پائے مصطفیؐ ، خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

وادیٔ طائف کے پتھر ، اہلِ مکّہ کے ستم
در گذر کی انتہا! خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ

منصبِ محمودؐ پر عرفانؔ جچتا کون ہے؟
’’تاجدارِ انبیائؐ! خیرالبشرؐ ، خیرالوریٰؐ‘‘

تصوف میں تزکیہ نفس کی ضرورت واہمیت قرآن وحدیث کی روشنی میں

This article elaborates the essence and value of Tazkia. The importance of Tazkia (The purification of Soul) may be known from the fact that Allah Ta, ala in the Holy Quran, emphasizedit with seven oaths and said: (He has succeeded who purifies it). Moreover, all the prophets (Peace be upon them) invited the people towards the same thing (The purification of Soul). For example, Moses told Pharaoh:   (Would you (be willing to) purify yourself?). Allah said in the Holy Quran, regarding the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon Him): (2(It is He who has sent among the unlettered a Messenger from themselves reciting to them His verses and purifying them and teaching them the Book and wisdom although they were before in clear error). The purification of Soul (Tazkia) is the source of high degrees and perpetual blessings. The Holy Quran clarifies: But whoever comes to Him as a believer having done righteous deeds, for those will be the highest degrees. Gardens of perpetual residence beneath which river flow, wherein they abide eternally, and that is the reward of one who purifies himself.) The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) also would pray: (O my God: give my soul righteousness and purify it, because You are the best one who can purify it, You are its Protector and Lord.

Exploring the Organizational Factors That Influence Creativity: A Study on Advertising Agencies of Pakistan

The overriding purpose of this study was to highlight the factors from both the theory and empirical research for understanding the factors which influence creativity in advertising agencies of Pakistan. ?KEYS to Creativity and Innovation? assessment tool was used to identify factors affecting creativity. A survey of 30 advertising professionals from account management, creative and design departments of different advertising agencies of Islamabad were interviewed using a semi structured interview guide to understand the organizational factors influencing creativity in advertising agencies of Pakistan. The main insights from the study were that the top management in advertising agencies encouraged their employees to be creative by offering financial rewards and verbal encouragement. However, the clients they were working for, generally did not accept creative ideas to market their brand because of unwillingness to take risks and limitations in budgets. There were also limited researches to understand the market which made it difficult to assess whether the creative advertising would be successful. The findings from the research can help the branding agencies and brands to work together for creating an environment that fosters creativity in their organizations which can then be reflected in the advertisements. The research was first of its kind to understand factors affecting creativity in ad agencies of Pakistan using a theoretical and empirical base. It presented a research model of factors affecting creativity in ad agencies of Pakistan after data analyses. The direction for future is to test the proposed model of the study on a larger scale by targeting multiple advertising agencies in Pakistan of different sizes and from different cities of Pakistan.
