افسوس ہے کہ خواجہ غلام السیدین بھی دنیا سے رخصت ہوگئے، ان کی موت علمی دنیا کا اندوہناک حادثہ ہے، وہ علی گڑھ کی بہترین پیداوار اور اس کا مثالی نمونہ تھے، اﷲ تعالیٰ نے ان میں علم و فضل، فکر و نظر، تقریر و تحریر، تالیف و تصنیف بہت سے کمالات جمع کردیئے تھے، اردو اور انگریزی دونوں زبانوں میں ان کو بڑی قدرت تھی، تعلیم کے ماہر خصوصی تھے، ان کے خیالات میں گہرائی کے ساتھ بڑا اعتدال و توازن تھا اور وہ مغربی تعلیم اور مشرقی تہذیب کا سنگم تھے، وہ نئے دور کی پیداوار تھے اور جدید علوم و افکار میں مہارت کے ساتھ راسخ العقیدہ مسلمان بھی تھے، ان کے دل میں اپنے مذہب و ملت کا درد تھا، اگرچہ بعض مسائل میں وہ جدید خیالات سے متاثر تھے، لیکن اسلام کی ترجمانی کا پورا حق ادا کرتے تھے، انھوں نے قلم و زبان دونوں سے مذہب و ملت کی خدمت انجام دی، ان کو ہندوستان اور اس کے باہر بڑے بڑے علمی اعزاز حاصل ہوئے اور مختلف علمی، تعلیمی، مذہبی اور ادبی موضوعات پر انگریزی اور اردو دونوں زبانوں میں تصنیفی یادگار چھوڑیں، ان کی تصانیف بڑی فکر انگیز ہیں، اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کی مغفرت اور دنیا کی طرح آخرت کی سربلندی سے بھی سرفراز فرمائے، یوں تو آئے دن موتیں ہوتی رہتی ہیں، مگر جب کوئی معاصر اور ہم عمر اٹھتا ہے تو اپنا وقت بھی قریب نظر آتا ہے۔

The present study work is about importance of plants in the light of Quran, A hadith and modern science Plants are an important means of survival. Without them, life is not only difficult but impossible. The very first tree was mention by Allah when the Hazrat Aadam Eli Hisslam was in the heaven a number of plant was mention by Quran o Hadith and other botanical books. Plants are main source of nutrition for human being, animals and curative plants are beauty of our planet. Their medicinal values are mention by Quran and Prophat Hazrat Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم proved by modern science. Many books and research paper have been written on plants with the passage of time the direction of research has also changed, as in the case of epidemics, likewise Corona has opened a new avenue of research that has resorted to herbal remedies, among other therapies. Such current research work is part of a series that sheds light on various aspects of plants.
Involvement of employees in politics within organization is not a new occurrence. Therefore, in history there are many events noted in which faculty and administration have actively participated in demonstrations of strikes, marches and media activities that were very frequently happenning in Universities of Sindh. This study investigates perception of politics in universities of Sindh and its negative effects on employees work related attitudes including job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intentions and work-related burnout. It explores the involvement of university teaching faculty and administrative staff in politics growing the trend of politicizing the educational systems and manipulation of education for political interests. Moreover, it has been argued by many scholars that the presence of organizational justice can reduce the occurrence of political games among workers. Therefore, this study also examines the mediating role of organizational justice to check whether the presence of organizational justice and its dimensions can reduce the negative effects of politics or not. A survey has been conducted through a well-structured questionnaire among 500 respondents as well as teaching and administrative staff from different pubic universities of Sindh Province.The study concluded that there is significant relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational justice. The main effects of analysis have also revealed that perceptions of politics have significant relationship with most of outcomes studied in this research. As for mediating effects of OJ on outcomes relationship, the results have shown significant mediating effects of organizational justice (OJ) with organizational politics (OP) for all outcomes except one (work related burnout).
