امتیاز اوجھلؔ

{امتیاز اوجھلؔ (۱۹۴۲ء۔۲۰۱۱ء) کا اصل نام رحمت علی اور اوجھلؔ تخلص کرتے تھے۔ وہ کوٹلی لوہاراں ضلع سیالکوٹ میں پیدا ہوئے۔ آپ ساحرؔ، عدمؔ ،جوشؔ اور فیضؔ سے بہت متاثر ہیں۔ ان کے کلام میں چاروں شعراکا رنگ اور اسلوب نظر آتا ہے۔ ان کا ابتدائی شعری کلام ماہنامہ’’گلِ رو‘‘ کراچی میں شائع ہوا۔ آپ ترقی پسند تحریک سے بھی منسلک رہے۔ (۹۶۹) ان کا پہلا شعری مجموعہ ’’نویدِ سحر‘‘ ۱۹۹۵ء میں شائع ہوا۔ دوسرا شعری مجموعہ ’’اجاڑ جنگل اداس موسم‘‘ ادارہ تخلیقات لاہور نے ۱۹۹۹ء میں شائع کیا ۔ تین شعری مجموعوں کے مسودے راقم الحروف نے انٹر ویو کے دوران ان کے پاس دیکھے جن کے نام ان دنوں زیر غور تھے۔

امتیاز اوجھلؔ غزل کے شاعر ہیں لیکن انھوں نے دیگر اصناف سخن میں طبع آزمائی بھی کی ہے۔ امتیاز انقلابی اور مزاحمتی شاعر ہیں۔ ان کی شاعری میں قدیم روایات سے بغاوت نظر آتی ہے۔ روشن خیالی کا اچھوتا پن ان کی شاعری میں بدرجہ اتم موجود ہے ان کی شاعری میں فکری گہرائی، حیاتِ تازہ کی طرف بلانے والی رہنمائی ،ہوش و خرد میں لپٹے ہوئے جذبوں کا والہانہ اظہار اور فرسودہ معاشرتی طرزِ زندگی پر ایک تعمیری ،مـثبت اور تنقیدی تبصرہ ملتا ہے جو تاریک اور خاموش سناٹوں میں لہراتی ہوئی روشنی کی گونج دار لکیر کی طرح اپنے وجود کا منظر پیش کرتا ہے۔آپ لفظوں کی نئی نئی ترکیبیں ،بندشیں اور استعارے اپنے من چاہے روپ میں ترتیب دیتے ہیں۔ فکری شاعری میں فلسفہ اور جدید سائنس کے متعلقہ پہلوؤں کو نظم کرنا خاصا مشکل مرحلہ لگتا ہے۔ اس کوشش میں امتیازاوجھلؔ کی یہ کوشش اردو شاعری میں ایک قیمتی اور درخشندہ اضافہ سے کم نہیں۔وہ جدید فلسفے کاایک اہم اور مشکل موضوع جدلیاتی مادیت اپنی شاعری میں بڑے خوبصورت انداز میں نظم کرتے ہیں:

EMPATHY DAN DESIGN THINKING DALAM INOVASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA DISRUPTIF

Abstract the phenomenon of the current disruptive era makes technology develop fast paced. The rapid progress must be matched with the ability of human resources as the executor of the organization. This study aimed to find out the management innovation in Islamic education institution that nowadays becomes a serious concern to face the global competition. The abilities of empathy and design thinking are the skills that need to be had by headmasters in facing the disruptive era. Innovation in Islamic education management is essential to do considering that the success of education goals is seen from how to manage an organization. This study is the result of literary research sourced from indexed scientific journals, books, and news on the internet. The procedures used included three phases, namely organize, synthesize, and identify.  The result of content analysis showed the concept of design thinking as the process to obtain problem solving which is relevant to the education field namely the formulation of new policy and analysis towards a problem by collecting analyses so that it is helpful to obtain right and effective decision making. Abstrak Fenomena era disruptif saat ini menjadikan teknologi berkembang serba cepat. Pesatnya kemajuan harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan SDM sebagai pelaksana organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali inovasi manajemen di lembaga pendidikan Islam yang saat ini menjadi perhatian serius untuk menghadapi persaingan global. Kemampuan empati dan design thinking adalah skill yang harus miliki oleh kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi era disruptif. Inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam penting dilakukan mengingat keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan dilihat dari cara mengelola organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil riset kepustakaan dengan referensi jurnal ilmiah terindeks, buku dan berita di internet. Prosedur yang digunakan meliputi 3 tahap, yaitu organize, synthesize dan identify.  Hasil analisis isi menunjukkan konsep design thinking sebagai proses menghasilkan problem solving relevan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya perumusan kebijakan baru dan analisis terhadap suatu permasalahan dengan mengumpulkan analisa-analisa sehingga membantu dalam upaya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan efektif.

A Comparative Study of Self-Perceived Employability Among Employees and Organizational Performance in Selected Private and Public Sector Organizations Pakistan

This study analyzes Self-Perceived Employability attributes among employees and its impact on Organizational Performance of private and public sectors in respect of key supporting variables i.e. personal attributes, occupational attributes, subjective career success, professional commitment, and internal and external labour markets. The twenty first century recognizes tremendous benefits of Self-Perceived Employability Attributes as a key of success for employees’ better performance as well as for organizational development. After presenting a theoretical frame work; a conceptual model is proposed and tested with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) statistic technique to examine the impact of self-perceived employability attributes on organizational performance. Disproportionate stratified random sampling method was used to collect data from employees of private and public sectors’ organizations of twin cities, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan through a structured questionnaire. The sample size (n= 464) is selected from total population of this study. This empirical investigation uses regression analysis, Tukey Test for mean difference, and mean and standard deviation for data analysis with SPSS 15.0 version. The findings validate the proposed model with significant correlation between self-perceived employability attributes and organizational performance either in internal or external markets. This study, therefore strongly advocates the implementation of self-perceived employability attributes among employees for better organizational performance by means of improving employee’s performance either in private or public sectors. The self-Perceived Employability attributes have a remarkable and immense importance in developing countries and especially in Pakistan so that growing human inventory can be trained and effectively used for sustained growth and human development. Findings of the study support educational qualifications that play vital role to enhance self-perceived employability attributes. Furthermore, as qualification increases, the self-perceived attributes also boost up and then business education contributes more as compared to other categories of education. Eventually, organizational performance will also be enhanced significantly. In the light of regression analysis, the findings of the study significantly maintain training, especially during service, which plays a dynamic role not only to enhance Self-Perceived Employability Attributes but also organizational performance. It is generally observed that feminine gender shows better attributes than masculine gender. Table 4.70 favours that private sector considers Self-Perceived Employability more important for better organizational output than the public sector. Thereupon, the findings of the study support self-perceived employability attributes which significantly enhance organizational performance for achieving sustainable development and competitive advantage.
