صحت وصفائی
اسلام ایک پاکیزہ دین ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ کا پسندیدہ دین ہے، یہ طہارت و نظافت کو بہت اہمیت دیتا ہے اور اپنے پیروکاروں کو پاکیزگی اور صفائی کی بہت تلقین کرتا ہے، جو شخص صفائی اور نظافت کا خیال رکھتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اور اس کے محبوب کریم صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہٖ وسلم اسے از حد پسند کرتے ہیں اور ان کے نزدیک وُہ قابل تعریف ہے، اسلام جہاں قلبی و باطنی تعلیمات دیتا ہے وہاں ظاہری صفائی کے احکامات بھی جاری کرتا ہے۔
بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ بہت زیادہ توبہ کرنے والوں اور صاف ستھرا رہنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے۔(القرآن)
پاکیزگی اور صفائی ایمان کا حصہ ہے۔ (الحدیث)

جہاں تک خوبصورتی اور حسن و جمال کا تعلق ہے وہ بغیر صفائی کے کبھی پیدا نہیں ہو سکتی ، صفائی و صحت کا لفظ ظاہراً چند حروف کا مجموعہ ہے لیکن اس میں معانی و مفاہیم کا ٹھاٹھیں مارتا ہوا سمندر موجود ہے۔ صحت و صفائی لازم وملزوم ہیں۔ صفائی صحت کے لیے بڑی اہمیت کی حامل ہے۔ مقولہ ہے کی صفائی ہے تو خدائی ہے۔ آج ایک صحت مند معاشرے کے قیام کے لیے جتنی صفائی کی ضرورت ہے کسی اور چیز کی نہیں ہے۔ انسان کی صحت درست ہوگی تو دماغ بھی درست ہوگا اور اگر صحت درست نہ ہوگی تو دماغ بھی درست سمت کا تعین نہیں کر سکے گا۔ جس ادارے میں صحت مند طلباء کی تعدادزیادہ ہوگی اس کے نتائج بھی دیدنی ہوںگے۔ روزانہ غسل، مسواک اور صاف ستھری وردی پہن کر آنے والا طالب علم پورا دن چاک و چوبند رہتا ہے۔ پورادن مستعد رہ کر اپنی پوری توجہ اسباق میں دیتا ہے، ہوم ورک با قاعدگی سے کرتا ہے، اس کی صحت...
Islam where considers the superiority of law, provision of justice and equity, building and purification of civilization and emphasis on the welfare of society, there ensures the first priority to humanity, peace and prosperity in the external relations. Islamic state keeps relations on the basis of equality with the world and non-Muslim citizens living within the state. On this belief and ideology Islam invites the world to set together. Islam on these principles of Islamic ideology and belief sets the foundation of collectiveness. On this principle the whole philosophy of life and living system are embraced, and the same Islamic law is the foundation of nations, on this behalf the Islamic state organized the relation with other states. In this way Islamic state on these principles keep relations with other states and within the state relations between Muslim and non-Muslim citizens on the basis of brotherhoods, equality, mercy and the principles of dignity of human being. Along with peace Islam set the principles of war which comprise ethical and prison limitations, duties and ethics amongst warrior, difference between the rights of fighters and non-fighters, treatment with pact holders and prisoners, and specified the way of better treatment with the defeated nations. He thought the manners of war to bloody man who consider everything right during the war. Islam lays great stress on equality, social justice, brotherhood and peace not only in state but across the boarders too. In this article a deep study is done to explain the relations of an Islamic state with other states. Islamic foreign policy emphasizes on the principles of equality among all the human beings and all the races and nations. Islam builds international relation on humanitarian basis.
Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) was first acknowledged in the world in 1981. Highly Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was recognized as a cause of AIDS in 1983. By that time, nearly 96,000 people were living with HIV in Pakistan. The epidemic is of great public health concern because HIV is infectious and causes severe morbidity and death at last. However, successful treatment of HIV/AIDS requires high levels of adherence to prescribed medications. Epidemiologically, there are two approaches to control widespread disease—prevention and treatment. Although there is no cure, treatment exists that has transformed this disease from an acutely lethal infection into a manageable chronic illness. Therefore, the vision of this thesis, to build up mathematical models that can explain the spatial division of HIV/AIDS in Pakistan and gives assurance of treatment adherence within the country. For this purpose, we will study spatial cluster and autocorrelation analysis including trend surface analysis, semivariogram and different types of kriging etc. with the help of ArcGIS 10. We are also interested to study the HIV infection rate in Pakistan using mathematical statistics techniques that will be very helpful to produce maps of risk areas. Multilevel models will be performed using WinBUGS(c) for the significant spatial effects and relative risk factors in explaining the variation of HIV/AIDS. Thus, the areas with high risk can indicate typically and it is to be helpful for health policy makers, manage quick risk assessment and resource allocation. We will also try to make a model to express some major drug with their side effects and high levels of adherence to prescribed medications by using fuzzy matrix theory which is one of the best tools to analyze raw data involving elusiveness. Lastly, examines the biological consequences and public health implication of poor adherence in order to highlight the severity of this problem. We are also interested to make a comparative study model to improve the understanding level of the people about intervention of the disease and motivate them to change their risk behavior and social norms. Awareness to disease can help people to adopt suitable preventive procedures to keep themselves away from the risk.
