اصطلاحات سازی کے فروغ میں انجمن ترقیِ اردو پاکستان کا کردار

1857ء کی جنگِ آزادی نے جہاں برصغیر پاک وہند کی تاریخ میں ان مٹ اثرات مرتب کیے وہاں اردو زبان و اب پر بھی گہرے نقوش چھوڑے۔ 1857ء کی جنگِ آزادی کے سبب پیدا ہونے والی ابتری حالت، مایوسی اور ناامیدی کا ایک ہی حل تھا کہ ایک طرف تو انگریز سرکار سے مثبت تعلقات کشید کیے جائیں تو دوسری طرف جدید علوم و فنون پر مضبوط گرفت حاصل کی جائے۔ مذکورہ اغراض کے تحت سرسید احمد خاں نے محمڈن ایجوکیشنل کانفرنس منعقدہ علی گڑھ کی بنیاد ڈالی۔ محمڈن ایجوکیشنل کانفرنس میں مذید توسیع کے لیے علی گڑھ میں 31 دسمبر 1902ء کو تیرھویں سالانہ کانفرنس منعقد کی گئی ۔ یہ کانفرنس مورخہ 31 دسمبر 1902 تا 4 جنوری 1903 جاری رہی۔اس کانفرنس میں متفقہ طور پر محمڈن ایجوکیشنل کانفرنس کے مذید تین شعبہ جات( سیکشن سوشل ریفارم، سیکشن امورِ متفرقات ، لٹریری سیکشن )کی منظوری دی گئی۔ ان تین نئے شعبہ جات میں سے لٹریری سیکشن کو بعد میں انجمن ترقیِ اردو ھند( دھلی) کے نام سے جانا جانے لگا۔ انجمن ترقی اردو کے قیام کے بارے میں مولانا شبلی نعمانی لکھتے ہیں کہ :
"انجمن 4 جنوری 1903 ء کو سالانہ محمڈن ایجوکیشنل کانفرنس میں قائم ہوئی " (1)
ابتداء میں تو یہ محض ایک علمی شعبہ تھا مگر تاریخ نے یہ ثابت کیا کہ یہ ایک متحرک مجلس تھی جس نے اردو زبان و ادب اور دیگر جدید علوم میں کے فروغ میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ انجمن ترقی ِ اردو کو دھلی صدر مقام پر جنوری 1903 میں قائم کیا گیا ۔

Based on the 2013 curriculum 2016’s revision, there are subject materials that demand about local content in English subjects at the level of SMP Class VII. Teachers need many researches and practices integrating and implementating these subjects. Basically, it needs to be done in-depth study in the form of content analysis. This research was conducted on content and learning English in SMP Negeri 5 Sigi. This study aims to find out 1) how many percentage of local content in English lesson material Class VII SMP in the curriculum 2013 revision 2016; 2) how to integrate local content in English subject matter in SMP Negeri 5 Sigi; 3) how the implementation of material with local content in English learning in SMP Negeri 5 Sigi, and; 4) how to integrate local content in effective and efficient English lessons in SMP Negeri 5 Sigi. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the method of collecting document studies, interviews, and observation. The research results are 1) the proportion of local content that can be integrated into English language learning material SMP is 95%; 2) the integrity of local content in English learning materials in SMP Negeri 5 Sigi can be found in the lesson plan; 3) implementation of materials with local content in English learning attached to KTSP, Syllabus, lesson plan and learning resources enrichment book.
It is said that 21st century will be the century of Asia. The South Asia, particularly, is often quoted in the political and academic circles of the West as one of the world’s highly sensitive conflictual regions. There is now a larger consensus that Asia’s importance has grown manifold in the global arena. Obviously, it plays a strategic and more assertive role in both regional and global politics. Its economic and strategic environment has substantially transformed particularly in the last decade. And this process is likely to unfold even more vigorously for several decades to come, contributing to its dynamic strength. As an emerging powers China and India are very important in this region. Pakistan relations with them are the main concern of the researcher and policy makers of Pakistan. In many turns of the history, changing Geo-politics have effected the triangular relations of these three countries. Their policies are also affected by the involvement of big powers in the region. In Asia, Pakistan-China-India is an important triangle, having complicated relationship with each other. The interlinked policies of all the three countries shaped the security environment of the region. A policy adopted by one country has immediate impact on the other two countries of the triangle and they responded accordingly. This thesis mainly discusses the history of Pak-China-India relations, the geo-political change in post cold war and post 9/11 and their changing policies according to the change circumstances regionally and globally. Also focus on their future prospects that how their relation will turn in future, could they will be able to solve their mutual disputes, whether they will integrate economically and politically by having friendly relations or vice versa. This is the time of fittest, those will survive who will fit. This thesis also discusses that in this most competitive environment effective policy options for Pakistan, that how she can use her relations for best serving her national interests.
