سیداخلاق حسین دہلوی
شمع اردو کاایک اورچراغ بُجھ گیا،اردو کے ممتاز اہل قلم اورادیب ونقاد علامہ سید اخلاق حسین دہلوی اپنی رہائش گاہ لال محل بستی حضرت نظام الدین نئی دہلی میں تقریباً چھ ماہ کی علالت سے گذرتے ہوئے اٹھاسی سال کی طبعی عمر میں انتقال فرماکر اپنے مولیٰ کے حضور میں حاضر ہوگئے۔انا ﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون ۔
مرحوم انتہائی دیندار اوربلند پایہ کتابوں کے مصنف تھے ان کی سوانح عمری میں یہ مرقوم ہے کہ انہوں نے ۱۶ سال کی عمر میں ایک تحقیقی کتابچہ ’’عشق ‘‘ مرتب کرکے شائع کیاتھا۔ اس کے بعدتوان کی کئی کتابیں منظر عام پر آکرعلمی دینی اور ادبی حلقوں میں داد تحسین حاصل کرگئیں۔ ’ ویدک دھرم اور اسلام‘ ان کی کتاب علمی اورتاریخی دنیا میں بڑی شہرت وسراہت کاباعث بنی۔
حضرت علامہ سید اخلاق حسین دہلوی کوعلماء کرام سے بڑی ہی عقیدت تھی، مفکر ملّت حضرت مفتی عتیق الرحمن عثمانیؒ سے انہیں والہانہ لگاؤ وانسیت اور محبت تھی، اکثر ادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین دہلی کے دفتر میں مفتی صاحب ؒ سے ملاقات کی غرض سے آتے اور بڑی دلجمعی کے ساتھ ان کے خیالات سے استفادہ کرتے، مجاہد ملّت حضرت مولانا حفظ الرحمن ؒ اورسحبان الہند مولانا احمدسعیدؒ سے بھی ان کا خصوصی تعلق وربط تھا۔
دہلی کی تہذیب وتمدن کی نمائندگی کے جیتے جاگتے نمونہ تھے۔آہ !ایسی زندہ دل، متین ومخلص شخصیت بھی اب ہمارے درمیان سے اٹھ گئی:
’’اب اسے ڈھونڈ چراغ رخِ زیبا لے کر‘‘
مرحوم علامہ سیداخلاق حسین دہلوی ملّی کاموں میں بھی پیش پیش رہتے تھے۔ ان کے برادرِ خوردحکیم سید حسین دہلوی جن کا انتقال تقریباً ڈیڑھ دوسال پیشتر اپنے برادرِ کلاں کی حیات میں ہی ہوگیاتھا۔دہلی کی معاشرتی اورادبی زندگی کی جان تھے۔خلوص وایثار کے پیکر مجسم!

تواریخ ادبیات اُردو کا فروغِ ادب میں کردار History is political, cultural or literary, is a social and social study. History writers have a great significance. If they are not unbelievable or not aware, then there are many misconceptions in the future. Therefore, history writers should always be obscurely, self-confident and powerful. The history and research capabilities of the writer in history are estimated. If a historian is not a researcher, then he is unable to present the truth. Similarly, a history trader does not have critical ability, he can try to review the facts. The historian not only parses events, but also offers a unique map of culture and culture. History of literature is especially described by culture and culture. History of the History of Urdu, it is known that historian literature is an important role in the promotion of Urdu. If the dates are removed, the understanding of literary literature will be impossible, that is why historians also play an important role promoting literature.
There exist many image processing methodologies while most of them do not provide accuracy when images are corrupted with Random Value Impulse Noise (RVIN). Therefore removal of RVIN from the degraded images is believed as preprocessing step in nearly all of the image processing applications. Identification and removal of RVIN from the digital gray scale images is an operational vicinity of research as the detection of RVIN is hard on various noise ratios. In this research a framework has been proposed which leads to the de-noising of RVIN from the digital gray scale images. The detection of noisy pixels provides significant basis for the de-noising process. This proposed framework consists of two main stages. First stage introduces four statistics based features to illustrate the characteristics of the noisy and noise free pixels in the digital image and the Support Vector Machine classifier used to classify the noisy and noise free pixels. In the second stage, modified version of the LPG-PCA algorithm is used for the de-noising of the noisy pixels while preserving the local image structure. The accuracy of this proposed methodology has been compared with the peak-signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), a well-known performance measure. Simulation results show that the proposed filters provide better accuracy and performance of de-nosing the random value impulse noise in most of the situations.
