24. Al-Nur/The Light

24:01
This is a Surah that WE have sent down, and made its Injunctions mandatory to be applied in matters of ethics, mannerism, and morality,
and WE have sent down Clear Messages in it so that you may contemplate and enact.
24:02
The adulterous and fornicator female and the adulterous and fornicator male, where both are equally guilty of engaging in an extramarital relationship, flog each one of them a hundred lashes.
And let no compassion, pity, or sympathy for both of them keep you away from executing the command of Allah’s Religion, if you truly believe in Allah – the One and Only God of everyone, and the Last Hour.
And ensure that a group of believers witness their punishment.
24:03
After the punishment has been executed the adulterous or fornicator male will not marry anyone but an adulterous or fornicator female, or a polytheist female.
And the adulterous or fornicator female will only marry an adulterous or fornicator male, or a polytheist male.
But marrying someone guilty of adultery or fornication is forbidden for the believers.
24:04
And those who falsely accuse a chaste/respectable lady of an extramarital affair on circumstantial evidence but then do not bring four eye witnesses in support of their accusation,
then flog them eighty lashes,
and never accept their testimony ever again.
And those - they are the ones who have overstepped the limits.
24:05
Exceptions are those who later repent and reform themselves,
for sure, Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate.

Today the big challenge for NEWS organization to well organize the news and well categorize the news in automatically no need the data entry people to enter and select the category and then based on the category and its sub-category they will be manually selected and enter the details and then after this the analysis will later on used for different aspects. The news is almost every second used in different sources of media in soft and hard. We use the both sources of the Pakistan News in dual languages English and Urdu both and process them and prepare them for machine learning and based on the Machine learning trained data we build a very effective and efficient model that can predict the title category of the news and category of description of the news. We use different machine learning algorithms and different features extraction finally we build the model using the machine learning algorithm with 89% accuracy with logistic regression.
The curriculum being the main instrument of education can not be static. As the frontiers of knowledge expand with time, the curriculum should be updated and restructured to enhance the quality and standard of education. Curriculum analysis and change has been a burning issue in Pakistan during the recent past. The present study was designed to analyze the curriculum of mathematics for class 9 th prescribed by the Punjab Text Book Board Lahore. The major objectives of the study were: 1) to analyze the policy objectives of the Mathematics curriculum at secondary school level in Pakistan, 2) to analyze Mathematics curriculum process with special reference to objectives, content, methodology and evaluation, 3) to critically review the subject matter of the Mathematics in order to point out the strengths and weaknesses at Secondary school level in Pakistan, 4) to explore the opinion of the curriculum experts about the worth of Mathematics Curriculum at secondary school level in Pakistan, and 5) to suggest measures for the improvement of secondary school Mathematics curriculum in Pakistan. Population included all the experts of national curriculum in the subject of Mathematics working in the Ministry of Education Islamabad, Curriculum Bureau in Provinces and working teachers of the Mathematics at secondary school level in Pakistan. One thousand and eighty mathematics teachers from 540 secondary school of Punjab were randomly selected, whereas 30 curriculum experts/educationists were contacted for their opinion. A questionnaire for teachers and an interview schedule for experts were used to collect data. Data was collected personally as well as through contacts and mail. Percentage and Chi Square test were used for statistical treatment of the data. The study xwas delimited to mathematics curriculum of 9 th class and the teachers were selected from the public secondary schools of Punjab province only. The opinion, suggestions made by the respondents were tabulated and analyzed. Discussion, recommendations were given in the light of the findings of the study.
