معاشرے کی تعمیر وترقی میں طلباء کا کردار

معزز سامعین اور میرے ہم مکتب شاہینو!آج مجھے جس موضوع پر لب کشائی کرنی ہے وہ ہے:’’معاشرے کی تعمیر وترقی میں طلباء کا کردار ‘‘
جنابِ صدر!
طالب علم معاشرے کا ایک اہم جزو ہے، ایک اہم حصہ ہے، معاشرے کی تسبیح کا ایک اہم دانہ ہے، ایک اہم شمارہے، طالب علم کا وجود گھر کے لیے، خاندان کے لیے، معاشرے کے لیے، ملک وقوم کے لیے ریڑھ کی ہڈی کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔ وہ معاشرہ جس میں طالب علم کا کوئی کردار نہ ہو وہ حقیقت میں معاشرہ کہلانے کا حق دار نہیں ہے۔
صاحبِ صدر!
ایک ہونہار طالب علم جب علمی درسگاہ کے زیور سے مزیّن اور مرصعّ ہو کر خانگی ، معاشرتی، سیاسی اور قومی ماحول میں قدم رکھتا ہے تو اس کا وجود پورے ماحول کو متاثر کرتا ہے، اس کی گفتگو، اس کی نشست و برخاست ، اس کا قیام وقعود معیاری ہوتا ہے، اس کا اندازِ جہاں بانی منفرد اور یکتا ہوتا ہے، اس نے دورانِ تدریس صحت مند اور مفید نصاب کے اوراق اسود کی ورق گردانی کی ہوتی ہے۔
جنابِ صدر!
اس نے اگر منافقت کا باب پڑھا ہوتا ہے تو ریاکاری اور منافقت سے دور رہ کراپنی زندگی گزارتا ہے ،گل سر سبنر کی طرح مضافاتی علاقے کو معطر رکھتا ہے، جو تعلیمی ادارے میں پڑھتا ہے اس پر من وعن عمل کرتا ہے، اس کی زندگی عوام النّاس کے لیے ایک نعمت غیر مترقبہ ہوتی ہے۔

ایک ذی فہم و فراست اور ذی شعور طالب علم ،علم و دانش کے نشتر سے معاشرے کے وجود سے جہالت، نفرت، بغض، حسد، ریا کاری ،نمود ونمائش، اقرباء پروری...
Every branch of art leaves a deep impact on the human psyche, but the immortal fact is that the reason for their creation is also to reduce the tension of the human mind. The most representative theory of humor in philosophy and psychology and even in physics. Is the idea of well-being, comfort or well-being? Broadly speaking, this suggests that humor (which has an obvious physiological effect) has effects on the nervous system and allows different levels of stress to be released. In other words, laughter and good humor have the ability to release stored nervous energy.
Humor is included in human nature and man has a strong desire for this thing that there should be such means for him to express joy and expansion. Because through them, man is blessed with mental and physical peace and comfort. In these things, he considers the survival of his self-respect. Islam not only allows humor, sports and entertainment, but also sets rules and regulations within which human beings can fulfill their natural needs. Its cultural traditions should also be propagated. As the head and governor of the Islamic state, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) made the best arrangements for his state, the taste of the people and their entertainment, and set an example for the rulers that, like other matters, oppression in this not to be taken for granted, fun and humor are part of human nature. He (ﷺ) allowed fun and laughter and He (ﷺ) himself used to be cheerful. Islam admires cheerfulness and cheerfulness, and encourages it so that people can be refreshed and perform their duties in an auspicious manner.
Through this paper, it will be clarified that what are the effects of humor on human psychology and what are the teachings of Islam and the Prophet of Islam in this regard.

The study focused on the evaluation of PhD dissertations on education in Pakistan and the comparison of dissertations conducted under HEC and UGC. The objectives of the research were; to explore the quality of research in Pakistan, to compare the quality of research of HEC and UGC, and to design instrument for the evaluation of research dissertations. All the PhD dissertations of social sciences identified the target population and from that population the researcher selected education discipline. Total PhD dissertations of education consist of 308, the researcher further delimited the study to all those dissertations that were downloadable with required permissions and fulfilled the evaluation criteria of the rubric. After the exclusion of dissertations, a total 178 dissertation were left for evaluation on the rubric. The researcher adapted and developed the rubric from different rubrics developed for evaluation of dissertations. The researcher collected data using 20 points instrument sheet with five point’s categorical scale, namely Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, and Not included scale. For every dissertation one sheet was used, of the 178 dissertations, 131 were from HEC and 47 were from UGC. For the analysis of data the researcher used two methods, one was percentage while the other was statistical software to test the hypothesis which posed in the introduction section. The result of the study showed that in general the performance of HEC dissertation is slightly better than UGC; but statistically the result is not significant. The item wise result shows that there is significant difference on the majority items that prove the hypothesis that the research quality improved after the establishment of HEC in a vi short span of time of 10 Years whereas the number of dissertations increased by more than doubled in just 10 years. Before the establishment of HEC, only one dissertation touched the level of excellent whereas after the establishment of HEC, 10 dissertations were placed in excellent category while a substantial number of dissertations were in good category very close to excellent in a short span of time. The researcher suggests that there should be anti-plagiarism section in every department to avert plagiarism. Every faculty member should be provided anti-plagiarism software to eliminate the chances of plagiarism. The researcher also suggests that HEC should make it compulsory for every research department to publish their research journal. The researcher also feels the need of research on the evaluation of research journals in Pakistan.
