مصری نوجوان ان دو شخصیات کے ممنون ہوں نہ ہوں دریائے نیل کی ممنونیت سے انکار نہیں کر سکتے ۔دریا کے کنارے سرکار نے بیٹھنے کے لیے خوبصورت اور آرام دہ جگہ بنائی ہے یہاں نیل کی تازہ ہوا کے جھونکے کی سر مستی میں یہ نوجوان لڑکے اور لڑکیا ں ایک دوسری سے محبت کی پینگیں بڑھاتے ہیں ۔مصر میں مرد و زن کے اختلاط پرکوئی سرکاری یا سماجی پابندی نہیں عورت اپنی زندگی کا ساتھی بڑے اعتماد کے ساتھ نا صرف چن سکتی ہے بلکہ اس کا اظہا بھی برملا کر تی ہے ۔ میرے خیال میں شاید ہی کسی دوسرے مسلم ملک میں عورت کو یہ اختیار حاصل ہو جو مصری عورت کو حاصل ہے ۔دریائے نیل کے کنارے جوان جوڑوں کی بیٹھک دریا کے حسن میں اضافے کا موجب بنتی ہے ۔مصری لڑکیاں جدید مغربی لباس کے اوپر خوش رنگ کوٹ زیب تن کر کے اور سر پر دوپٹے کی جگہ سکارف پہنے انتہائی جاذبِ نظر دکھاتی دیتی ہیں ۔تھوڑے تھوڑے فاصلے پر بیٹھے ان جوڑوں کے درمیان سوڈان او ر دوسرے غریب افریقی ممالک کی خواتین گھومتی نظر آتی ہیں جو ہاتھوں میں خوش رنگ گلدستے لیے ان محب اور محبوب کی خوش گپیوں میں مخل ہو کر رنگ میں بھنگ ڈال کر مطالبہ کرتی ہیں کہ ہم سے پھول خرید کر اپنے دوست کو پیش کرے ۔میں نے سوڈانی خاتون سے پوچھا کہ دن میںکتنے گلدستے فروخت کرتی ہو ،بولی دن اچھا ہو تو سو جنین کے پھول نکل جاتے ہیں میں نے  دکتور محمود سے پوچھا کہ آپ نے کبھی کسی کے ساتھ نیل کے کنارے پر لطف وقت بتایا ہے ،بولے ہائے میرے نصیب میری غربت اس راہ میں بڑی رکاوٹ ہے ۔میں نے پوچھا اس پر لطف وقت کے لیے...

This article defines principles of pragmatism and text. It endeavors to elements of interpretation of text as well as relation which plays its vital role for connecting both; text and pragmatism with each other. It goes on to describe a mechanism of reading and understanding of text along with elaboration of its interaction with text. It is so because Arabic based structure and text is having multi-coloured aspects and meanings. It has several ups and downs like surface and depth, metaphor, imagery and allegory in addition to exploitation and adaption. Interpretation of text is the grass-roots of productive cognition. Because the ambiguity in word, sentence even in structure weather it is shorten or long is interpreted in addition to the interpretation of meanings of structures which are ordinarily defined and recognized through involving context and situation of context, bearing in view the original meaning; lexical meaning alongside interpretation with its significant principles and elements. However, all the description said before locates frequently infinity of text meanings.      

Exploring the Perceptions and Practices of District Officers Education Elementary Doees Regarding Effective Primary Schools in One of the Districts of Sindh, Pakistan

This research study aims to explore the perceptions and practices of District Officers Education Elementary (DOEEs) regarding effective primary schools in one of the districts of Sindh, Pakistan. The focus of the research study was primarily to identify as to what are the perceptions and practices of DOEEs about effective primary schools. The research study was conducted in the context of rural Sindh through a case study approach within the qualitative research paradigm. The research study shows that there are so many hindering and helping factors for DOEEs in exercising their powers. The data shows that though the district education system is running under the same management, but the ground realities regarding effective schools are very different in urban and rural schools. Urban schools run on double shift bases with more teachers and less enrollment of students; whereas, rural schools run on single shift basis, with a very high enrollment rate and minimum number of teachers, or only one teacher for all the classes. Furthermore, the interference of political persons and teachers union are the major factors that hinder the DOEEs in exercising their roles and responsibilities effectively for running the schools efficiently. Other common hindering factors include the lack of basic facilities or their poor condition (teaching material, drinking water, functional washrooms, shortage of teachers, etcetera) and very low budget (Rupees 20,000/= for three years per primary school) to meet the regular expenses of the schools. The helping factor for DOEEs is, there is a well-organised administration structure, which is helpful in the smooth running of the schools in the district. The findings of the research study will be helpful to the existing DOEEs and of the future ones in exercising their powers. The research study will also provide a potential resource for future researchers to explore more about the different aspects of how educational leadership becomes an effective method in managing the quality of education in their jurisdictions.
