گزشتہ ماہ مولانا قاضی زین العابدین سجادؔ میرٹھی اور جناب میکشؔ اکبر آبادی رحلت فرماگئے، قاضی صاحب میرٹھ کے ایک علمی و دینی خاندان کے فرد اور دارالعلوم دیوبند کے ممتاز فضلا میں تھے، وہ عرصہ تک جامعہ ملیہ اسلامیہ کے شعبۂ دینیات و تاریخ اسلام کے صدر رہے، تحریر و تصنیف کا ذوق مولانا تاجورنجیب آبادی کی صحبت میں پیدا ہوا، ابتدا میں مصطفی منفلوطی کے عربی افسانوں کا اردو ترجمہ کیا، کئی برس تک میرٹھ سے ’’الحرم‘‘ نکالتے رہے، جس کے کئی خاص نمبر شایع ہوئے اردو عربی لغت میں بیان اللسان اور قاموس القرآن ترتیب دی، ندوۃ المصنفین دہلی کی کتاب ’’تاریخ ملت‘‘ کے بعض حصے مرتب کیے، دو تین برس قبل ان کی کتاب ’’شہید کربلا‘‘ شایع ہوئی، جمعیۃ علمائے ہند اور دارالعلوم دیوبند کی سرگرمیوں میں بھی حصہ لیتے رہے، کئی برس سے بیمار تھے ۸۸؁ء میں آخری بار دہلی کے مدنی سیمینار میں ملاقات ہوئی تو بہت کمزور ہوگئے تھے، طبیعت میں نفاست تھی، خوش وضع، خوش پوش اور خلیق و ملنسار شخص تھے، اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کی مغفرت فرمائے۔ (ضیاء الدین اصلاحی، مئی ۱۹۹۱ء)

Almighty Allah created Ãdam and made each and every thing of this Universe in his order to take interest and use it well. But he also made some laws also to follow that he can avoid many mishaps. He sent Prophets for proper guidance of mankind and empowered them with Books containing the laws and instructions according to the need of hours. But Islam is the complete code of life and it has to remain in the world till the last day the Day of Judgment. Islam protected the life and honor of men & women in each and every stage of life. Islam has given all the rights to a woman which a man enjoys at any stage of life. Islam is the supporter of equality among the all human beings and wants to reduce differences made by men themselves so it allows relationships between followers of all religions. Especially among religions. So allowed to get merry with women of other religions like Jews & Christians, the followers of sacred books. By this action it wants to reduce gap among human beings. Islam also allows those women who got married with Muslims to act in their personal lives according to their own religions.

Peak to Average Power Ratio Reduction in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Systems

One of the major drawbacks of OFDM has been the high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) that is characteristic of signals with multiple sub-carriers. The high PAPR requires additional back off to achieve linear amplification at the transmitter end which results in inefficient power consumption. This inefficient power consumption is the major impediment in implementing OFDM in portable device. Previous efforts to address this problem have been principally directed at two areas, the reduction of signal PAPR and various methods of achieving linear and efficient power amplification (PA). However, all approaches suffer due to various deficiencies such as complexity, computational time, memory requirements, data rate loss and high distortion. Therefore, this thesis aimed at finding the solution of power control problem by reducing the PAPR of the signal. Two novel techniques are proposed in this thesis. One of the techniques is based on distortion class named as Zero Forcing Peaks (ZFP) and the other is based on Selected Mapping (SLM) technique from probabilistic class. In this thesis a new concept of using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) along with SLM has been introduced which is named as LVQ-SLM and can be considered as a major contribution of this thesis. Further two different architectures are proposed for LVQ-SLM and their practicability is investigated by synthesizing these architectures on Field Programmable Gate Arrays FPGA. Result obtained using second technique is quite encouraging. An efficient implementation of SLM is achieved by using LVQ network as it reduces PAPR with minimal computational complexity. The only constrain which has been noted when the number of sub carriers and modulation order increase, the on-chip memory to store prototype vectors and computational requirements also increase. High capacity low power Content addressable memory (CAMs) based hardware can be used to solve this constrain which has also been proposed in this thesis.
