اہلیہ محترمہ مولانا سید سلیمان ندوی ؒ
کراچی کے ایک مکتوب سے یہ المناک خبر ملی کہ استاذی المعظم حضرت مولانا سید سلیمان ندویؒ کی اہلیہ محترمہ ۲۳؍ جولائی ۱۹۸۷؁ء کو اپنی اولاد کو آنسوؤں کے سیل رواں میں چھوڑ کر عالم جاودانی کو سدھاریں۔ اِنَّا ﷲ وَاِنَّا اِلیہ راجعون۔
یہ تعزیتی تحریر دارالمصنفین کے احاطہ میں اس گھر میں لکھی جارہی ہے جہاں حضرت استاذی المحترم نے اپنی زندگی کے بہترین بلکہ بہار آفریں اور مشک آگیں دور گزارے ہیں، وہ یہاں کے کتب خانہ میں اپنی میز پر سیرۃ النبیؐ، معارف کے شذرات، علمی، مذہبی اور ادبی مضامین میں اپنے علم و عرفان کے مروارید، نظر و فکر کے زمرد اور ادب و انشا کے درشا ہوار بکھیر کر داخل ہوتے تو پہلے اپنی سب سے چھوٹی اولاد کو اپنی آغوش شفقت میں لیتے، پھر ان کی اور اولادیں ان کے یمین ویسار میں سما جاتیں، جس کے بعد علمی میز پر ان کو جو تکان ہوتی وہ یکایک دور ہوجاتی، اور ان کے چہرے پر بشاشت، ان کی ہر ادا میں نزہت اور ان کی بزرگی میں روحانیت دکھائی دیتی، وہ اپنے بچوں کے شگفتہ چہروں کو دیکھتے تو ان کی آنکھیں جنت بن جاتیں، ان کی معصوم باتوں کو سنتے تو ان کے کان فردوس گوش بن جاتے، پھر فضا میں پدری مہرومحبت کی کوثر و سلسبیل نظر آتیں، اسی فضا میں ان کی اہلیہ محترمہ نے بھی زندگی گزاری، اس گھر میں وہ تقریباً ۱۰ برس رہیں۔
سید صاحب اپنی گھریلو زندگی میں بہت ہی نفاست پسند تھے، ان کی ہر چیز بہت سلیقہ، صفائی اور ستھرائی سے رہتی، مرحومہ بھی فطری طور پر بہت ہی سلیقہ مند، مہذب، عبادت گزار اور باوقار تھیں، جس سے سید صاحب کو اپنی زندگی میں بڑی مدد ملتی رہتی، دارالمصنفین کی قلیل آمدنی میں دونوں...

When we study about the life of Holy Prophet (ﷺ), his life demand from Muslims to protect the dignity and honour of their Muslim brothers. They not only protect or care the right of their Muslim brothers in their life but also protect their dignity after their death. In the light of Holy Prophet Life the circle of human rights is so vast. In this, his life teaches us the turidicul, rights, marriage, settlement different between good or evil, isonomy and the verses of martyr and the noble behaviour with Jews and Christians. There is a big role of ethics on the human personality. The ethics is the tester of good or bad person Human with the noble ethics the Muslims. To be remembered as staying up all the night and to fast. The ethics play important role in the life of Human. In the life of Prophet (ﷺ) we know about his good deeds and noble behavior with non Muslims. The success of the Holy Prophet preaching is only because of his ethics and truthness. Islam Universal Religion. It’s Teachings and pregnative system is the everlasting. In this modern period there is no way except Islam to get Rid the unsolved problems of the age. The beloved Prophet (ﷺ) “Sira Mubarak” the way of light only. There is aspect of the life without the real pregnative system. Peace and the War both are in the teaching of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ). Peace, progress contentment, satisfaction, true, unity, brotherhood in the lightment of the “Uswa Hasna”. Let’s seek the real way in our beloved Prophet (ﷺ). Teachers Perceptions of Quality and Quality Management Systems at Higher Education Level in Pakistan.

The basic purpose of conducting this study was to explore teachers‟ “perception” of quality and quality management systems at higher education level in Pakistan, by giving a deep focus upon a case of a public sector university of Pakistan „The Karakoram International University Gilgit-Baltistan‟. The basic objectives of the study were to investigate teachers‟ perceived understanding of academic quality a concept, theory and practice in their existing teaching practice at university level and to know, how their perception of quality are being articulated in the university practices by managing quality management systems and formulating the appropriate measures to improve the academic quality in the university. And further to designing a proposed roadmap of quality management system for the university of focus in particular and to all public university of Pakistan in general. The research conducted by using Qualitative Research Method and case study approach of qualitative research design. The purposive sampling techniques were used to identify a sample, and a representative sample was identified relating to the purpose and criteria for the sample of this study from the overall population of the case. Semi-structured interview guide and focused group discussion tools were used mainly to collect the data from the sample of the study. Researchers‟ field notes of observation and written reflections about the everyday experience of field visits were also used as data. The data was transcribed and categorized by creating relevant codes from the repeated expressions of the data. The selected codes were merged into relevant themes to formulate main findings of the study that addressed the objectives. Each theme was then analyzed separately and got the meaning from their expressions and elaborated their perceptions into a discussion and extracted the finding of this study. The study identifies a clear lack of quality meaning and understanding of the concept among the staff. Even though a quality enhancement cell was functioning as matter of obligation from the HEC, but majority of teachers are not even aware of its‟ basic function and significance. The study finds out a huge confusion of quality management with other aspects of teachers‟ professional competencies i.e. Knowing of content information and delivering it to students in the classroom. Majority of the participants of this research were not aware about the basic purpose and the concept of „academic quality management systems‟ in a university to make sure the quality of university teachers‟ performance, as accordance with the certain acceptable standards. Based on the literature review and findings of this study a structure of quality management system is proposed to improve the quality management functions at the public universities in Pakistan.
