افسوس ہے دارالعلوم دیوبند کے ایک دیرینہ استاذمولانا سید اخترحسین صاحب کا ۸۱ برس کی عمر میں گذشتہ ماہ ذی الحج کی پہلی تاریخ کو نمازفجر کے بعدانتقال ہوگیا۔ اناﷲ واناالیہ راجعون۔ مرحوم حضرت مولانا سید اصغر حسین صاحب کے سب سے بڑے صاحبزادہ تھے، صورۃً وسیرۃً الولد سّرلابیہ کے مصداق تھے۔ نہایت خاموش،بے حد متورع اورمتقی اور اوراد وظائف کے پابند تھے۔حضرت میاں صاحب کی طرح اُن پرعالم جذب طاری رہتا تھا۔کم و بیش ۵۵ برس دارالعلوم کی درسی خدمات انجام دیں۔ سالہا سال سے طبقہ علیا کے مدرس اورناظم تعلیمات بھی تھے، اُن کاوجود مدرسہ کے لیے خیروبرکت کاموجب تھا۔ اُن کااصل نام سید محمد عباس تھا لیکن اپنے عرف سید اخترحسین سے اس درجہ معروف ہوئے کہ کسی کو اُن کااصل نام کاپتہ بھی نہ تھا۔۲۳/رجب۱۳۱۶ھ کوبروز پنجشنبہ بعدعصر پیداہوئے تھے۔اﷲ تعالیٰ مرحوم کو صدیقین وشہدا کے مقام جلیل وعظیم سے نوازے۔آمین [دسمبر۱۹۷۷ء]
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) was sent to establish justice. He made use of law and good conduct to achieve this great target. Complete investigation and transport exploration is of universal value that holds fundamental significance in legal system. This research article presents insight, broadness and transparency of investigatory system established by the Prophet (PBUH). It also highlights rules and laws in the light of valid research references. All these features are evident in Prophet’s personality. In this regard, keeping in view the nature of topic, the guidance has been sought from the commands of The Quran, Hadith and different incidents of the life of Muhammad (SAWW). A discussion has been premeditated to explore Prophet’s tactics regarding law of investigation. This research article, having research outlook and logical link, touches upon the rules and principles which the Holy Prophet (PBUH) has given us for the recognition of the real culprit of good judgment, clues and witnesses. Investigative departments are radically important for the protection of Islam, maintenance of peace, internal stability and the protection of life, honor and property of people living in the society. The charter of these agencies is to abolish oppression, establish justice, impose the writ of law, and punish the guilty and to bring lawbreakers within the grip of law. The officer who performs the above duties is known as Naazir e Jaraaim1 in Islamic jurisprudential terminology. Further duties which fall within the remit of this officer are: Investigation of charges, production of the accused before a court of law, getting proven criminals sentenced by the court, executing the sentence handed down, releasing the accused in case evidence is not sufficient and getting wrongful accusers punished properly.
The assessment of planting dates and nitrogen fertilization is a vital and practical approach for predicting crop performance in terms of seed development, yield and yield components and quality improvement in all cropping system. A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of four planting dates and four nitrogen levels on agronomical, physiological and qualitative parameters of two wheat varieties during 2008-9 and 2009-10. Wheat varieties Pirsabaq-2005 and Khyber-87 were planted on four different dates with 20 days interval from October 24th to December 24th with four nitrogen levels of 0,100,130 and 160 kg/ha at New Developmental Farm, University of Agriculture, Peshawar. The experiment was carried out in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) having split plot arrangement. Planting dates individually or in interaction with nitrogen significantly affected the seed developmental profile, yield and yield components and seed quality parameters of both varieties. Early planting dates of October, 24th and November 15th performed better in all agronomical, physiological and qualitative parameters in both varieties. A steady decrease was observed in yield and yield components, physiological attributes and qualitative traits (germination and vigor) with delayed planting. Nitrogen application at the rate of 100 and 130 kg/ha gave maximum yield components, whereas further increase in nitrogen dose had an adverse effect on all yield, physiological and quality parameters. Split application has a profound effect over single application and improved the yield and quality (germination and vigor) of both varieties. Variety Khyber-87 performed better in early plant date of October,24th with the lowest dose of nitrogen (100 kg/ha), whereas the performance of variety Pirsabaq-85 was better in early and as well as in normal planting date along with the application of (100 kg N). Therefore, it is concluded from this study that farmer’s should practice/prefer early planting for obtaining maximum grain and biological yield at 100 kg N/ha as compared to late November and December sowing. Delayed planted crop treated with 160 kg N/ha had detrimental effects on crop performance in all yield and quality parameters (germination, seedling dry weight, electrical conductivity and field emergence).
