4اپریل1979ء کو لیاقت باغ راولپنڈی میں چئیر مین بھٹو شہید کی غائبانہ نمازِ جنازہ میں شامل ہو نے والے یہ لوگ ان بہادر لوگوں میں شامل تھے جنہوں نے پھانسی کے بعد مارشل لاء کے ڈر ،دہشت اور خوف کے باوجودلیاقت باغ کے ارد گرد پولیس اور فوج کے حصار کو توڑا اور بندوقوں کے سائے تلے چئیرمین بھٹو شہید کی نمازِ جنازہ ادا کی ۔سلام ہے ان بہادروں کے قبیلے سے تعلق رکھنے والوں کو، ان میں سے جو لوگ زندہ ہیں وہ کسی بھی تمغہ شجاعت کے حقدار ہیں ۔میری حالت ایسی تھی کہ اس مجمع میں شامل ہو نے کے باوجود مجھے نہیں پتہ کہ کب صفیں باندھی گئیں اور کب جنازہ ختم ہو ا۔میرا دماغ شل تھا ۔ذہن جیسے کام کرنا چھوڑ گیا تھا ۔میرے پاس کوئی ٹینک توپ نہیں تھا کہ جنرل ضیاء الحق کے گھر آرمی ہائوس پر چڑھ دوڑتا خود بھی مر جاتا اور سب کو جلا کر خاک کر دیتا ۔بی بی سی نے رات کو خبر دی تھی کہ کل صبح لیاقت باغ چئیر مین بھٹو کی نمازِ جنازہ ادا کی جائے گی ۔میں جو پوری رات سو نہ سکا تھا ۔چیئر مین بھٹو شہید کی رہائی کی تحریک میں بھر پور شر کت کے باوجود ہم اپنے لیڈر کو بچا نہ سکے ۔جب راولپنڈی کے کمیٹی چوک میں کار کن اپنے آ پ پر پٹرول چھڑک کر آگ لگاتے مجھے افسوس ہوتا کہ کاش یہ اپنے آپ کو آگ لگانے کے بجائے سپریم کورٹ اور اور آرمی چیف کے گھر کو آگ لگائیں ۔لیکن کیا کرتے نہتے کار کن اپنے قائد کو چھڑا نہیںسکتے تھے ۔پھانسی لگتا ہوا دیکھ نہیں سکتے تھے ۔خود سوزیاں کر کے اپنی جان اپنے قائد پر نچھاور کر دیتے یا بھٹو کو رہا کرو جیوے جیوے...

Allah selected Muhammad ﷺ trained by wahi provided it with all the knowledge required for any creation. Either it is any kind of Science, engineering, medical, war strategy, defense plan or any known/Unknown direction of human guidance. At last one must have to say that any precise or authentic yield of the research/effort just turn the page of Hadith or a verse of Quran no more than this. The war strategy of Muhammad ﷺ is wondering throughout the world even in such an advance time, mostly is depends upon. Initially Muhammadا started journey with the preaching of Islam, people were expecting it is too poor. How will be fruitful. It is help of Allah, constant efforts & strategy that prove whole story. This world became more stay able and more secure, was never before in the history of the mankind. Now in this age deviation from the way of Muhammadا will bring the world closer to an irreversible explosion, all the Muslim/Non-Muslim collectively believe in.

Peak to Average Power Ratio Reduction in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing Systems

One of the major drawbacks of OFDM has been the high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) that is characteristic of signals with multiple sub-carriers. The high PAPR requires additional back off to achieve linear amplification at the transmitter end which results in inefficient power consumption. This inefficient power consumption is the major impediment in implementing OFDM in portable device. Previous efforts to address this problem have been principally directed at two areas, the reduction of signal PAPR and various methods of achieving linear and efficient power amplification (PA). However, all approaches suffer due to various deficiencies such as complexity, computational time, memory requirements, data rate loss and high distortion. Therefore, this thesis aimed at finding the solution of power control problem by reducing the PAPR of the signal. Two novel techniques are proposed in this thesis. One of the techniques is based on distortion class named as Zero Forcing Peaks (ZFP) and the other is based on Selected Mapping (SLM) technique from probabilistic class. In this thesis a new concept of using Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) along with SLM has been introduced which is named as LVQ-SLM and can be considered as a major contribution of this thesis. Further two different architectures are proposed for LVQ-SLM and their practicability is investigated by synthesizing these architectures on Field Programmable Gate Arrays FPGA. Result obtained using second technique is quite encouraging. An efficient implementation of SLM is achieved by using LVQ network as it reduces PAPR with minimal computational complexity. The only constrain which has been noted when the number of sub carriers and modulation order increase, the on-chip memory to store prototype vectors and computational requirements also increase. High capacity low power Content addressable memory (CAMs) based hardware can be used to solve this constrain which has also been proposed in this thesis.
