بہاول نگر توں ٹامیوالی مرشد نے بھجوایا
ساوی مسجد ڈیرا لاء کے دین اسلام پھیلایا
قرآن شریف تے فقہ فقر دا نالے درس حدیث پڑھایا
وعظ کلام انہاں دا سن کے توبہ کردے اوگن ہار

ایڈا چرچا شہرت ہوئی ہر کوئی آپ نوں بھالے
دین اسلام دے آپ حضور نے ہر جا دیوے بالے
کفر و شرک مٹایا آپ نے ہر جا تھئے اجالے
دینی جذبہ ویکھ کے لوگ ہو گئے تابعدار

سادے کپڑے سادہ کھانا خوش اخلاق بتہرے
جس تے نظر کرم دی پاندے کردے دور اندھیرے
واہ نصیب انہاں دا جینہاں کیتے درشن تیرے
یاد تہاڈی بڑا ستاندی دل روندا زار و نزار

ظاہر باطن پاک انہاں دا رزق حلال کماندے
آل اولاد تے آن والا نوں رزق حلال کھواندے
ہر اک نوں تاکید سی کردے جو در سرکار تے آندے
نہ اوہ محفل نہ اوہ رونق کتھے ٹر گئے ہو سرکار

قادری سائیںؔ یاد انہاں دی دل وچ ورمی بہہ گئی
ایڈا درد وچھوڑے والا کیویں ایہہ جندڑی سہہ گئی
رب راضی تے ہر کوئی راضی جگ وچ گل انہاں دی رہ گئی
پر وچھڑے یار نہ بھلدے بھاویں گزرن سال ہزار

قضية الترادف اللفظي والاتحاد المعنوي في اللسان العربي

In this article meaning of Taradif (synonymity) and identical meanings are treated from diverse aspects. Its implications in Arabic language have been particularly focused one. The article deals with different thoughts of lexicographers in this regard. There are some lexicographers who of the opinion that there does not exist any taraduf and different words are used for different meanings. For instance they do not believe that Saif(ÿ) and Sarim (rju>) have any Taraduf between them. In fact, according to them they are used for two different meanings and hence they do not give identical meanings. There is another group of lexicographers who are supporters of the existence of taraduf in Arabic language. In this regard they present the examples of existence of about 100 words for the meaning of "LION". Such as asad (J-I) Ghazanfar (>~ÿ) and daraghim etc. They also argue that denial of taradufcan lead to many linguistic problems. Such as how one can/would translate the phrase (v V) without need of rephrasing to the phrase of (v eiiV)

Determinants of Personal Well-being with mediating Role of Workaholics: A Study of Non-Compulsive

Workaholics from Universities of Multan District One of the significant sources of competitive advantage for an organization is its human capital. Focusing on human capital, the purpose of the study was to explore the effect of intrinsic motivation, self-esteem, and external and internal locus of control on the personal well-being through the mediating effect of workaholism. A person when working for the organizational well being is a possibility that he/she may become workaholic but when they are working for their personal well-being do they get demotivated on work through workaholism or not. Exploratory factor analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were carried out to test the hypothesized relationships in the data provided by 348 administrative staff of the Universities of Multan District. This study provides novel insight into the understanding of role of Workaholism towards personal well-being. Initially as literature commends the role of Workaholism was considered to be more well-being oriented than its negative out comes on life satisfaction of employees. This study adds new evidences which report that Workaholism nullifies the positive impact of important predictor of well being. The new relationships add significantly to the understanding Workaholism.
