معزز سامعین اور میرے ہم مکتب ساتھیو!
آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرنا ہے وہ ہے:’’فضول خرچی ایک برائی ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
دولت اگر حلال ذرائع سے میسر آجائے تو وہ ایک نعمت غیر مترقبہ سے کم نہیں ہے، دولت کے حصول کی خاطر انسان شب وروز ایک کر دیتا ہے، دن رات محنت کرتا ہے، انتھک جدوجہد کرتا ہے، غیر معمولی مساعی کرتا ہے، اس کی جملہ توانائیاں صرف اور صرف اس مقصد کی خاطر صرف ہوجاتی ہیں اور پھر ایک وقت ایسا آتا ہے کہ وہ شہر خاموشاں کا رخ کر لیتا ہے۔
محترم صدر!
مال و دولت کمانے کے لیے خون پسینہ ایک کرنا پڑتا ہے اور خواہ کتنا خرماں نصیب ہے وہ شخص جو اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس انعام کو بے دریغ خرچ کرتا ہے۔ لہو و لعب میں اپنی کمائی ضائع کر دیتا ہے۔ عیش وعشرت میں زندگی گزارتا ہے اور اس طرح اس کے لمحات حیات گزرتے رہتے ہیں۔ فضول خرچ انسان نہ صرف اپنا نقصان کرتا ہے بلکہ اپنے خویش و اقارب کے لیے سم قاتل ثابت ہوتا ہے۔

ارشادِ باری تعالیٰ ہے کہ بے شک فضول خرچ شیطان کے بھائی ہوتے ہیں اسی طرح دیگر مقام پر آیا ہے کہ شیطان انسان کا کھلا دشمن ہے اور دشمن کا بھائی بھی دوست نہیںہوسکتا اس سے بھلائی کی توقع نہیں کی جاسکتی اور پھر مسلمان ہونے کے ناتے فضول خرچی نہ صرف عیب ہے بلکہ گناہ بھی ہے اور مسلمان کبھی گناہ کو پسند نہیں کرتا۔ ہمیشہ ایسے ذرائع استعمال کرتا ہے کہ جس سے اس کو سکون میسر آئے اور روحانی تازگی نصیب ہو، فضول خرچ بھی طمانیت...
Youth is asset of a nation and it’s our luck that Muslim Ummah and specially Pakistan consists of 60% youngsters. Therefore, we thank to Almighty Allah but with great the passage of time due to our lack of intrest this asset is going to deteacked, which is a great loss of Muslim Ummah.. This article is an effort to determine the difficulties and issues of Muslim youngsters and then their solution in the light of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the prophet (r). As well as this study also points out the solutions of the current issues of youngsters. If we try to know the reasons of the difficulties of youngsters bared on ignorance and illiteracy and we should give them prior importerne. We cannot ignore the significance of the role of youngsters in the development of Islamic society. This paper tells the Islamic knowledge, Islamic education and love to Allah and his kind prophet (r) as role model and ethical grooming on the basis of faith, Islamic worships and morality are necessary tools for that grooming and reformation. Side by side we cannot forget the role of family system, mosques and madrasas, friends and the society in character building of youngsters and specially the role of mosques to educate the society, especially youngsters.
Multi-Agent robotics is the concept of multiple robots coordinating to complete one or more tasks. Such robotic systems are normally used when a single robot is not capable of accomplishing a task or group of tasks. Such systems have a lot of application in Field Robotics, both for civilian (agriculture, firefighting, etc.) and military (surveillance, reconnaissance, etc.) applications. We seek to cater to the problem of the availability of multi-agent robotic systems by introducing a multi-agent robotics’ platform for learning and research purposes. The aim is towards designing a platform that stands shoulder to shoulder with the existing multi-agent robotics’ systems, at a much lower cost with minimum reduction in capabilities. The primary focus in designing this platform is towards user-friendliness and scalabilty of the platform. Therefore, a high level of abstraction to the underlying hardware is maintained along with a modular design to ensure ease of usage and scalabilty. One key feature of the platform is that it is based on an open source meta-operating system, ROS, which promotes it as anyone can learn and operate the system without having to pay for learning the system’s software dynamics. The technical topology of the project comprises of multiple robots along with a monitoring server, all of communicate through a decentralized communication protocol. The reason for using the decentralized approach is to ensure that the platform is not completely dependent on the server, making sure that the system does not shut down completely in case there is a fault in the monitoring server. The robots in this platform have limited computation capacity and perform only simple tasks like data acquisition, communication and hardware actuation on board. All computationally intensive tasks like SLAM, Navigation and Path Planning are managed on the monitoring server. The currently implemented prototype is able to perform SLAM and Navigation on multiple robots, along with running autonomous exploration and multi-robot map merging algorithms on the platform. The project can be taken forward by constructing several more nodes for the system. These nodes should be able to execute standard multi-robot algorithms. In addition to this, implementation of a variety of multi-robot algorithms like exploration, convergence, etc. and bench-marking their performance against existing platforms can also be done
