5مارچ 1985ء ناصر بلوچ کی پھانسی اوور کوٹ لکھپت جیل میں الذوالفقار سازش کیس میں 54چیئر مین بھٹو شہید کے جیالوں کو سزائے موت پھر عمر قید میں تبدیلی ۔
(پاکستان کی سیاسی تاریخ کے سب سے بڑے سیاسی مقدمے کا آغاز بھی تین سیاسی کارکنوں ادریس بیگ شہید عثمان غنی شہید و ادریس طوطی شہید کو پھانسی لگا کر کیا گیا فیصلے کے دن بھی ناصر بلوچ کو پھانسی دی گئی ۔
4/5مارچ 1985ء کی درمیانی شب تھی صبح ہماری ملاقات کا دن تھا ۔جوکہ ہفتے میں ایک بار 30منٹ کے لیے ہوتی تھی ۔میں اپنیسیل میں بیٹھا سر پر تیل کی مالش کر رہا تھا کہ ثقلین شاہ (چیف چیکر جو جیل کے تمام احاطوں کا انجارج ہو تا ہے )معمول کی گشت پر میرے کمرے کے سامنے سے گزرتے ہوئے رک گیا ۔ثقلین شاہ جیل کے اچھے افسروں میں شامل تھا ۔وہ چیئر مین بھٹو شہید کا ہمدردتو تھا ایک واقعہ کے بعد گرویدہ ہو گیا یوںکہ ہمارے مقدمے کی سماعت کے دوران محرم کا مہینہ آ گیا ۔
ہم 54ساتھیوں کو پھانسی پہرہ بلاک نمبر دو سے سپیشل ملٹری کورٹ لے جایا جا تا تھا جو کہ جیل کے آخری کونے میں جہاں فیکٹری تھی وہاں خصوصی طور پر نئی تعمیر کی گئی عمارت تھی ۔ایک بہت بڑا ہال جس میں بیٹھنے کیے لیے لکڑی کے بینچ اور سامنے جج ایک برگیڈئیر ایک کرنل ایک مجسٹریٹ اور اس کا عملہ ۔درمیان میں دس فٹ کا جنگلہ تاکہ ہم جج پر حملہ نہ کر سکیں ۔برگیڈئیر سے بات کر نے کے لیے سپیکر اور مائیک کا استعمال ہو تا محرم الحرام میں جب ہمیں فوجی عدالت میں لے جا یا جا تا تو 54قیدیوں کو بیڑیاں لگی...
There is a high human value to benefit the people, especially by a business person or an organization that contributes to society with his income. This is called "Corporate Social Responsibility" in the business term. On the other hand, considering the teachings of religion Islam, it is clear that Islam is the name of well-wishing for others. Allah Almighty motivates his believers to spend a part of their wealth for the welfare of society , and Zakat is the most prominent one these orders. This research article mentions the zakat issues related to family business. It consists of nine Zakat issues that a family business faces them. During my ongoing research on family businesses, I looked at the problems faced by family businesses and then presented their solutions. During giving solutions to these problems, strong arguments are added to prove That Islam has provided the strongest and best foundation for CSR in the shape of Zakat.
Interactive shape design is a fundamental tool in the areas of computer aided-design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), computer aided design and drafting (CADD), computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided geometric design (CAGD). In this thesis, piecewise rational spline interpolants have been developed for the designing curves and surfaces where each curve segment of a piecewise spline interpolant is represented by two conic curve segments. Shape parameters used in the description of spline interpolants have been investigated. It has been demonstrated that the properties like convex hull, variation diminishing, global and local control of rational cubic and rational trigonometric cubic splines can be characterized by the rational quadratic and rational trigonometric quadratic splines. Practical examples have been used to identify that the techniques based on conic-like structures (rational quadratics) provide an extra degree of freedom for shape manipulation. It is noted that corresponding conic-like structures are computationally less expensive and achieve equivalently pleasing results as compare to rational and trigonometric cubic spline interplants. The method extends naturally to the design of surfaces.
