شاہ اقبال احمد ردولوی
افسوس ہے کہ ۱۴؍ مئی ۲۰۰۴ء کو شاہ اقبال احمد ردولوی کا انتقال ہوگیا، اِناﷲ وَاِنا اِلَیہ رَاجِعُون۔ دارالمصنفین کے سابق ناظم مولانا شاہ معین الدین احمد ندوی کا وطن بھی ردولی تھا، وہ وہاں کے شرفا کے ادبی ذوق، تہذیبی شائستگی اور نفاست کا ذکر برابر کرتے تھے، اس سے ردولی کے خاص معیار، رکھ رکھاؤ اور وہاں کے لوگوں کی شرافت، وضعداری اور خوش مذاقی کا نقش دل پر ثبت ہوگیا تھا۔
شاہ معین الدین احمد صاحب معارف میں کبھی کبھی اقبال صاحب کا کلام شائع کرتے تھے، ادہر پھر ان کا کلام معارف میں چھپتا تھا اور جب تک قومی آواز لکھنو بند نہیں ہوا تھا، اس کے سنڈے اڈیشن میں بھی ان کا کلام نظر سے گزرتا تھا، اس کی وجہ سے ان کے کمال فن کا اندازہ تھا اور گزشتہ ۱۵ برس سے ان سے برابر خط و کتابت رہتی تھی، دس بارہ برس پہلے مجھے عرق النسا کا عارضہ ہوا، لوگوں سے ان کی ’’فقیری دوا‘‘ کی اطلاع ملی تو پروفیسر علی حماد عباسی مرحوم سابق پرنسپل شبلی نیشنل پوسٹ گریجویٹ کالج اعظم گڑھ میرا خط لے کر ان کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور دوا لے آئے، اس کے بعد شہر کے متعدد لوگوں نے مجھ سے خطوط لکھواکر ان سے دوا منگوائی، میں خط کے پتے پر اگر ان کا نام شاہ اقبال احمد لکھ دیتا تو وہ آزردہ ہوکر مجھے لکھتے کہ میرا ادبی نام اقبال ردولوی ہے، یہی نام پتے اور معارف میں ہونا چاہئے لیکن ان کا اصل نام شاہ اقبال احمد صابری قدوسی تھا اور ان کا خاندانی تعلق حضرت شیخ عبدالقدوس گنگوہیؒ سے تھا، ددھیال کلیر شریف میں تھا اور اس کے سجادہ نشین شاہ عبدالرحیم صاحب ان کے دادا تھے، ننھیال ردولی میں تھا جس کے سجادہ نشین حیات...
The purpose of this study is to analyze the income level of gillnet fishermen <10 GT, to analyze the factors that affect the level of income, and to formulate strategies and solutions to increase income. This research was conducted at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) Pabean Udik, Pabean Udik Village, Indramayu Regency. This location was chosen because the Udik Customs Fish Auction Place (TPI) is dominated by fishermen using gillnet fishing gear who have vessels <10 GT. The method used is the census method with samples taken as a whole. The analysis used in this research is the Logistic Regression Analysis and the SWOT Analysis. Research results obtained by using IBM SPSS, namely for the Sig Value Variable in the Equation is 100%, this value is interpreted by 8 (factors) Independent variables can affect income only educational factors that do not affect income and for the results obtained from SWOT analysis namely to increase the income of gillnet fishermen <10 GT at TPI Pabean Udik, namely the development of technology and fisheries business scale, development of access to capital for fishermen, development of marketing access, development of facilities and infrastructure at TPI Pabean Udik, Development of diversification of fish management and environmentally friendly fisheries management.
This qualitative case study explored the possibilities that a private secondary school offers to a marginalised community for the development of its male and female students' leadership potentials. The school principal, section head, teachers and students (2 male 2 female), two board members and parents of selected children participated in the study. To explore the situations in Excellence Academy, the data was collected using semi-structured interviews, observation and document analysis. The study revealed that shared vision of the school was an influential, and motivational factor that allowed the stakeholders (of the school) to create opportunities for the development of students. Practice of participatory approach towards school leadership by the important stakeholders offers a model for the students to adopt the leadership style in their future life. Students learn that how they will ensure the inclusion of the relevant people in their future life in the leadership roles which they might have to play. This study also found school curriculum as a prevailing possibility for developing students' leadership potentials. This school has well-developed curriculum that asserts that students must acquire specific knowledge and skills and get multiple opportunities to practice them. Curricular and co-curricular activities create opportunities for students that can help them develop the leadership potentials which they can demonstrate inside and outside the school. In the study, a close review of school's processes and the structures around students' participation in school management revealed the equality of opportunities for male and female students. Student Council and election process allowed both the male and female students to contest at the election as representatives of the student body. However, the study also revealed some teachers to be having different expectations from the students on the basis of gender, which consequently might have an implication on students' chances of getting equal opportunities to participate on such
