Thesis title: Career Development in a Learning Organization This study is focused on identifying the facilitating role of the learning organizations in the process of individuals’ careers development. The research has undertaken the study of the part of the process of Organizational Development, where capacity development in terms of Career Development of the staff is carried out to enhance the capabilities of the organization. The study establishes the fact that if the objectives of the two processes are merged together then a synergetic effect is created which enhances the pace of both the process. The theoretical framework of this study has taken career development as dependent variable, Organizational Development strategies is the Independent Variable. This study analyzes the reliance of the introduction of knowledge sharing strategy of OD on the individual capacity development. The main construct of this study is to see the significance of the correlation between the processes of career development and Organizational Development. The theoretical frame work has been studied in two different context i.e the learning organizations’ and the conventional organization and a comparative analysis of the two have been carried out establishing certain results. Keeping in view the qualitative nature of the study, three different tools have been employed by this study including Participant Observation, Questionnaire and Structured interviews. The conclusion of the study indicated that the Learning Organizations context is more supportive to the process of career development as compared to the Conventional context. It was also concluded that the management of both the organizations are undoubtedly clear about the positive contribution of the capacity development process to organization’s benefit but the role performed by the management in these two different context is different from each other. The recommendations of this study include a model for integrating HR activities of the organization with the career development process.
ملکی وسائل اور ان کا استعمال دنیا کے تمام ممالک اپنے اپنے وسائل رکھتے ہیں اور ان وسائل کے صحیح استعمال سے ان کے باشندگان کی گاڑی شاہراہِ حیات پر رواں دواں ہے۔ ہر ایک کے وسائل مختلف ہیں اور ہر ملک ان وسائل کا استعمال مختلف انداز میں کرتا ہے۔ پاکستان بھی ان وسائل سے مالامال ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان گراں قیمت وسائل سے پاکستان کی سرزمین کو بھر پور کر رکھا ہے۔ کسی ملک کی ترقی کا راز اپنے وسائل سے آشنائی ہے اور مزید برآں یہ کہ اپنے وسائل کا صحیح استعمال ہے۔ ہمارے پاس اللہ تعالیٰ نے تیل، کوئلہ، لوہا اور نمک کی صورت میں معدنی وسائل کا ذ خیر و فراہم کیا ہوا ہے، اسی طرح قدرتی گیس بھی موجود ہے لیکن ان سے کما حقہ فائدہ صرف اسی طور پر اٹھایا جاسکتا ہے کہ ان کا استعمال سائنسی بنیادوں پر ہو، ان کے استعمال میں شعوری اور فکری قویٰ کو بروئے کار لایا جائے۔ سائنسی بنیادوں پر اس کا استعمال کرنے سے ان کی افادیت بڑھ جاتی ہے، ان کی فراہم کردہ سہولتوں میں متعدد اضافہ ہو جاتا ہے۔ تیل کا اگر صحیح استعمال کریں گے۔ اس سے وسیلہ قدرتی کی افادیت سے کما حقہٗ فائدہ اٹھائیںگے تو اس سے ملک کی خوشحالی میں اضافہ ہوگا۔ ملک میں چلنے والے کارخانے اپنی پیداوار میں اضافہ کریں گے، انسان کی مجموعی پوزیشن بحال ہوگی۔ اس کی عظمت رفتہ عود کر آئے گی۔ قدرتی وسائل سے مالامال قوم جب اس کا استعمال سیکھ جاتی ہے تو پھر اس کا شمار ترقی یافتہ اقوام میں ہونا شروع ہو جا تا ہے۔ اس کے بچے، نوجوان اور بوڑھے ایک مثالی کردار ادا کرتے ہیں، بعض وسائل ایسے ہوتے ہیں جو زمین کے اندر ہوتے ہیں اور بعض وسائل ایسے ہوتے ہیں جو زمین...
Dawah is scenario-based and it varies with respect to time, place and person. Owing to this fact dawah and daee are given different names in the Holy Quran that could be regarded as their scenario-specific synonyms and substitutes. In this article lexical interpretation and dimensions of dawah and daee are taken into account in context of the holy Quran.
Stylistic Analysis of Selected Poems of Sylvia Plath's Ariel Those critics who regard Sylvia Plath's poetry, specifically those poems included in Ariel as exhibitionistic and self-pitying definitely ignore some important facts about her language and style. This research provides an insight into her style by analyzing stylistically the text of her selected poems included in 'Ariel'. Stylistic analysis intends to provide a detailed description of the transmitted text of the work in question. It inevitably prompts and deepens the process of interpretation. According to Henry Reed it works as dialectic between precise description of the details of linguistic form and less precise intuitions about meaning of the poem. The present research offers a detailed analysis of certain stylistic features employed by Plath in `Ariel'. It includes textual analysis of her poetry particularly her use of imagery, symbolism, metaphors and simile. It also encompasses her implications of extra regularities and extra irregularities in her poems. The research intends to find out certain answers to questions related to the volume. The research follows the doctrine that linguistic and critical aspects of literary studies are complementary. A stylistic analysis intensifies our awareness and deepens our understanding of the text. The work has been planned for the readers who want to see Sylvia Plath's poetic art through the perspective of language.
