The aim of the study was to investigate whether organizational justice, job satisfaction and affective commitment are the important determinants of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in KP Police and to check whether the relationship of organizational justice and OCB is mediated in serial by job satisfaction and affective commitment. Multi stage cluster sampling technique which is a type of probability sampling was employed and eight police stations were finally selected and considered as clusters. Questionnaires were distributed among all the available 386 policemen working in these eight police stations. 300 dully filled questionnaires were received making an active response rate of 78%. SPSS and PROCESS softwares were used data. The results of the study confirm previous findings that organizational justice, job satisfaction and affective commitment are related to OCB however, the relationship between organizational justice and OCB is partially mediated by job satisfaction and affective commitment in serial. The study found KP Policemen highly dissatisfied with the extrinsic factors such as duty hours, and working conditions, etc. In order to promote OCB among KP Policemen, concrete steps shall be taken to improve working conditions and justice perceptions among KP Police.

Principles and Rules of Jihad: A Juristic Approach

Jihad is a sacred term and a sacred endeavor as well, but unfortunately it has been misunderstood and misused in many cases, therefore its elaboration and explanation is needed from various aspects. This article deals with the principles and rules of Jihad. At the beginning, the concept of jihad has been expounded, then motivations of war of the period of ignorance have been discussed. Those  motivations have been brought in to focus which Islam has recognized. For instance defending of religion and faith, safeguarding the territory of Muslims, eradication of persecution, eradication of Internal enemies, support for the oppressed Muslims etc. The purpose of jihad has also been discussed, while principles and rules of jihad make the next part of the article. In this regard views of a well-known medieval Hanafi jurist Imam Hasan al- Shaybani   with  the commentary of contemporary  scholars have been produced.

On Certain Subclasses of Analytic Functions in Geometric Function Theory of a Complex Variable

On Certain Subclasses of Analytic Functions in Geometric Function Theory of a Complex Variable In this thesis, we define some new subclasses of analytic functions using the techniques of convolution, differential subordination and the concepts of conic domains, bounded boundary rotation and bounded radius rotation. We study these new classes thoroughly and investigate several coefficient results, radii problems, convolution preserving properties, inclusion results, integral preserving mapping properties along with various other useful applications. Most of these results are sharp. Various known and new results are also derived as special cases from our results.
