Mainstream of the investors and investment advisory consultants both suggest and focus on standard finance models and do not take into account the neurological dimensions of finance as neurotransmitters and behavioral psychological dimen sions of investors as Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Personality. When investors make investment in the stock market then these aspects of individual investors can cause of several mistakes which may lead to loss due to the unprofitable decisions, etc. In the informed financial system and knowledge base economy, profitable invest ment program is not only imitative as of conventional and standard finance models or concepts but also use of neurology and behavioral psychology in finance. So, this study would be center of attention on shaping the impact of Neurotransmit ters, Emotional Intelligence and Personality measures on Investor Behavior and its eventual rear-ender on investment decisions. This study used the primary data; the data type is the cross sectional and col lected with the help of questionnaire. Population of the study consists of investors in stock market of Pakistan. Sample size composed of 455 investors in the Pak istan Stock Exchanges. The data analysis performed with the help of partial least square base structural equation modeling (PL-SEM), especially hierarchical la tent variable by using reflective-formative types model with the help of two stage approach as guided by (Becker et al., 2012). The empirical evidence of the study reveals that personality dimensions especially openness and consciousness as well as emotional intelligence dimensions especially self emotions appraisal and regulation of emotions have significant relation with the behavioral features of investor especially investment horizon, personalization of loss and control level. Similarly, documented that neurotransmitter’s dimension dopamine and epinephrine have significant relation with investment decisions of individual investors. In view of this, documented that emotional intelligence, neurotransmitters and personality have 13.2% impact on investor behavior and these dimensions have 4.1% impact on investment decisions of individual investor. x The empirical findings of study contribute in the theory that the fight-or-flight response theory and system of reward, theory of multiple intelligence and trait theory have superior grounds towards assessing the tendency of investor behavior and their investment decisions. The study have wider pragmatic use for individual investors, academic researchers, consultants and investment managers of brokerage houses because it is significant for them to know the connection of behavioral and neurofinance concepts with investor behavior of individual and their investment decisions for their individual scheduling the economic decisions in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The empirical findings of the research open new horizon for advancement in field of neurofinance and behavioral finance. So, these avenues will provide supplemented inner view of investor’s behavior and their decision’s in the stock market of Pak istan and demand more and more effort to determine universal latent constructs for combine model of neurofinance and behavioral finance.

After Second World War, when the distances between the East and the West began to reduce and the west paid attention to the eastern knowledge seriously. Especially European countries took interests in Islamic subjects and a new trend was generated which is known as Orientalism and the people who acquire the subjective knowledge are being called orientalists. In this connection the orientalists started shown keen interest in learning Islamic subjects and with that interest their object was not to spread the religion Islam but to negate and cancel the true picture of true religion Islam, fear of dominancy of Islam, spread of Christianity and multiple political nations. That is why the first thing they have targeted was the Holy Quran. While X-Prime minister William Evart Gladstone quoted 1882 ''Till the Quran exists, it is impossible for Europe to down the East''. Since then the new era of publication and translations of Quran took place, in which era the treatise and conversion made in various languages differently in different countries which will be discussed in this research article along with the discussion of orientalists who took part in the compositionor translation.

Qtl Mapping for Metabolic and Molecular Attributes of Drought Tolerance in Hexaploid Wheat Triticum Aestivum L.

Wheat is the main staple food and largest grain crop of Pakistan. Abiotic stress reduces plant’s growth or development. An extended period of water deficits over months or years is the main cause of the drought. Drought arises in plants when the rate of transpiration is greater than rate of water uptake. QTLs (quantitative trait loci) are detected in mapping populations developed from controlled crosses segregating for the trait of interest and are a correlation of DNA marker data with phenotypic information. The research was conducted at PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi , Wheat Wide Crosses and Cytogenetic (WWC), National Agriculture Research Center, (NARC) Islamabad and Cereal Research institute (CRA-CER), Foggia Italy. The double haploid mapping population 5 (DR.MP. 5), with its individuals having pedigree of (Doy 1 // Ae. Squarrosa (458) / 5 / Opata), was planted under control (Field, fully irrigated) and stress (rain shelter) conditions. The parents of mapping population, i.e., SH349 (D genome grounded drought tolerant synthetic hexaploid wheat) and bread wheat (Opata M-85, drought susceptible) were also grown individually in the field and tunnel. The biochemical analysis included osmolytes determination, i.e. soluble sugar; proline and antioxidant included superoxide dismutase activity, cell membrane stability followed by molecular diagnostics including DNA extraction, polymerase chain reaction and capillary electrophoresis. Yield and Yield Components were included Days to heading, Days to physiological maturity, Plant height (cm), Spike length (cm), Number of grains per spike, 1000 Grain weight (g), pubescence, awn color and prostrate vs. erect habit. In this study, STATISTIX software was used for Two Factors Factorial Analysis of Variance, LSD (Least Significant Difference) did a2 comparison of means, and STATISTICA software was used to find out the correlation among different traits under control and stress conditions. For linkage and QTL analyses, JoinMap4 and MapQTL5 were used. Five Drought tolerant wheat lines were identified (18, 34, 54, 56 and 59). A linkage map was built by using SSR markers. One hundred and seventy four SSRs markers were used to screen the parents, (Opata, drought sensitive, and SH349, drought tolerant). Seventy-nine polymorphic markers were identified and applied to drought mapping populations. Interval mapping (IM) and Multiple QTL mapping (MQM) did detection of QTLs. In IM analysis, fifteen QTLs were found for stress condition and thirty-eight QTLs were found in control conditions. In MQM analysis, twelve QTLs were found to control under field conditions and sixteen QTLs were detected in MQM analysis under stress. Eleven Novel QTLs have been identified for different traits, six by IM and five by MQM. In the end the results of this research presented that there are some drought tolerant or resistant alleles have been identified which can be moved to vulnerable genotypes using MAS (Marker Assisted Selection). In addition, this study provided additional evidence that the QTL strategy is useful and able to enhance performance of existing cultivars. Further QTL studies will assist in the contribution of positive allelic diversity in the future.
