The study examines the impact of systematic (proper) dairy farm management on milk production with reference to analysis of dairy farming patterns in Sindh. In this context, the approach of Micro Dairy Farm Environment (MDFE) and Macro Dairy Farm Environment (MDFE) was developed and on the basis of that loom the Cattle Feeding Management (CFM), Cattle Housing Management (CHM), Milk Marketing Management (MMM), Dairy Farm Human Resource Management (DFHM), Cattle Health Management (CHM), Cattle Record Keeping Management (KRKM), and Breeding Management (BR), Government Control on Milk Price (GCMP), Financial and Institutional Support to Farmers (FISF) such as Veterinary Services (VS), Regular Farmers Awareness Programs (RFAP), Cattle Breeding Centers (CBR), Milk Marketing Facility (MMF), Mitigating Monopoly of Middleman (MMM), Dairy Investment Policy (DIP) Dairy Farmers Union (EDFU) were selected as a research parameter. Moreover, the standards of dairy farm management were divided into systematic (proper) and unsystematic (improper) dairy farm management. In the last stage the impact of systematic and unsystematic dairy farm management on milk production is measured. In this questionnaire, field notes and observational method base study the data was collected from 500 dairy farmers of upper, central and lower Sindh province of Pakistan, whereas milk collectors (middleman), milk wholesalers, milk retailers, livestock directorate, and veterinary staff was also sampling subject. The data has been analyzed through wilcoxin sign rank, wilcoxin sum rank, one way ANOVA and Pearson correlation tests. It is concluded that Micro and Macro Dairy Farm Institutions in Sindh are very poor which effects on milk production, market value of milk and damages precious dairy resources which worth approximately more than 3 billion dollars. The mismanagement prevails in various forms in dairy farming; farmers are unaware from cattle housing management; about 91% farmers fed their livestock at low nutritional value (LNV) such as 37% low protein, 42.3% low level of minerals and carbohydrates, 19% less quantity of balance ration which illustrates to Poor cattle Feeding Management (CFM). The limited space for cattle, filthy milk collection lay, nominal or no use of disinfectants, poor sanitation, unavailability of separate milking room are common problems on each dairy farm in Sindh. The prevalence of Endo and Ecto parasitic diseases is widespread, 99.8% dairy farmers are unaware from Cattle Health Management (CHM), Vaccination, Deworming, Cattle Record (CR) keeping, and Calf Rearing Techniques (CRT). The dairy farmers of Sindh has drastic problem in Milk Marketing. This phenomenon highlights that dairy farming patterns are traditional in Sindh. Accordingly, per cattle milk yield in unsystematic dairy farm management is about 3.9 liters Per Milking Time (PTM) where as in systematic dairy farm management per cattle milk yield is 5.8 liters PTM in same age and milking cycle of cattle. Hence, the systematic dairy farm management has significant positive impact on milk yield. Thus, the traditional farming can be converted into systematic dairy farming through application of “management functions” in all components of dairy farming mainly farmers training, financial support, easy access to veterinary services, establishment of cattle breeding centers and importantly developing an organize milk marketing channels in Sindh.

امیر شریعت خامس کی رحلت
امیر شریعت خامس مولانا عبدالرحمن کی وفات ہندوستان خصوصاً بہارو اڑیسہ کے مسلمانوں کا نقصان عظیم ہے۔ قوم و ملت اپنے ایک بزرگ رہنما عالمِ دین اور عارف باﷲ سے محروم ہوگئی۔ وہ واقعی عالم باعمل اور اس دور میں زہد و اتقا، عمل و اخلاص اور اتباعِ سنت میں منفرد و یگانہ تھے۔ ان کی زندگی دین کی خدمت و اشاعت دعوت و تبلیغ ، وعظ و ارشاد، نفوس کی اصلاح و تزکیہ اور مسلمانوں کی فلاح و بہبود میں گزری اور ان سے بے شمار لوگوں کو فیض پہنچا۔
حضرت امیر شریعت کی علالت کا سلسلہ کئی ماہ سے چل رہا تھا، افاقہ نہ ہونے کی بنا پر مدرسہ حمیدیہ گودنا (چھپرہ) سے پھلواری شریف لائے گئے اور سجاد میموریل اسپتال کے علاج سے کسی قدر حالت بہتر ہوئی مگر پھر مرض نے شدت اختیار کرلی تو حی کلینک پٹنہ میں داخل کئے گئے مگر وقتِ موعود آگیا اور یہیں ۲۹؍ ستمبر ۹۸؁ء کو رشد و ہدایت کا یہ چراغ ہمیشہ کے لیے بجھ گیا۔
۳۰؍ ستمبر کو ۱۱ بجے دن میں قائم مقام امیر شریعت نے پھلواری میں جنازہ کی نماز پڑھائی جس میں مختلف اضلاع کے ہزاروں سوگواروں نے شرکت کی۔ اسی روز جسد مبارک مدرسہ حمیدیہ گودنا (چھپرہ) لایا گیا جہاں عصر بعد نماز جنازہ ہوئی اور متعدد اضلاع سے آئے ہوئے ہزاروں عقیدت مندوں کی موجودگی میں مسجد کے قریب ان کی تدفین ہوئی۔

Perempuan dalam Perdebatan: Memahami Peran dan Tantangan Berpolitik dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam

Penelitian ini membahas peran dan tantangan perempuan dalam konteks politik berdasarkan perspektif hukum Islam. Abstrak ini menyajikan analisis mendalam mengenai bagaimana ajaran Islam mengakui partisipasi politik perempuan serta kendala-kendala yang mereka hadapi dalam masyarakat yang kadang-kadang konservatif dan patriarkal. Melalui tinjauan terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Quran, hadis, dan interpretasi ulama, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Islam memberikan dasar kuat bagi partisipasi politik perempuan. Namun, kendala dalam bentuk tradisi kultural, interpretasi yang konservatif, dan norma sosial patriarkal menghambat partisipasi mereka.Penelitian ini juga menyajikan strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, termasuk pendekatan pendidikan yang inklusif, pelibatan komunitas, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan. Dengan mengeksplorasi perspektif hukum Islam, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana ajaran agama dapat membuka jalan bagi partisipasi politik perempuan. Kesimpulannya, melalui peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, edukasi, dan perubahan sosial, perempuan dapat memainkan peran yang lebih signifikan dalam politik dengan mendukung prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan dan keadilan dalam kerangka hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merangsang pertimbangan lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana masyarakat dan lembaga-lembaga dapat memfasilitasi partisipasi politik perempuan dalam mendukung demokrasi dan kesetaraan gender.

Pharmacological Screening of Nsaid’S for Their Probable Central Nervous System Effect and Their Role in Neurodegenerative Diseases

Inducible cyclo-oxygenase (COX) expression in the brain is associated with acute neurotoxicity, such as seizures and ischemia. On the other hand COX 1 and 2 both are related to delayed pro-inflammatory activities, which are ought to exacerbate the neuronal damage in neurodegenerative diseases. It was postulated in last decade that non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which are widely used in clinical situation as anti-inflammatory, analgesics and antipyretic drugs by inhibiting COX pathway in brain can prevent neurodegeneration. However it is still unknown whether NSAIDs have effect on the development on the central nervous system and play a major role to prevent and treat neurodegenerative disease. Previous clinical, epidemiological and experimental data revealed that repeated and long term use of NSAIDs prevent neurodegeneration by inhibiting brain COX isoenzymes and recommended as a new emerging approach. In the present study we aimed to evaluate the effect of diclofenac, ibuprofen and celecoxib on behavioral and biochemical parameters as well as disease severity assessment not only in parkinson’s patients but on chlorpromazine induced parkinson rat model. A single blind clinical study was conducted in four groups of 40 parkinson’s patients. The cognition was measured by MMSE and MoCA test, depression assessed by HDRS test, daily living functioning judged with ADCS-ADL scale and disease severity by Hoehn & Yahr staging and descriptive UPDRS scale. The outcomes were better among patients treated with NSAIDs than control patients. NSAIDs treated patients showed significant improvement in MMSE, MoCA and ADCS-ADL scores after 2 month treatment period from baseline score. However insignificant results were also observed after 2 month treatment with respect to depression and disease severity. The most frequent adverse events during 2 month treatment period were nausea, dyspepsia, elevated hepatic enzymes, and hypertension. NSAIDs showed significant increased SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin levels but no significant change in GGT and alkaline phosphatase after 2 month treatment was noted. NSAIDs showed significant increased levels of urea and creatinin after 2 month. We found elevated Cortisol levels at baseline in all parkinson patients after taking NSAID we observed slightly reduced levels of cortisol from baseline as compare to control patients but results were insignificant. Behavioral and histopathological examination of NSAIDs treated rats after chlorpromazine induced parkinsonism was observed. NSAIDs were administered after 30 minutes of 3mg/kg ip injection of chlorpromazine up to 21 day. After 21 day we observed significant motor impairment in CPZ treated rat in open field, catalepsy and wire hanging test while NSAIDs treated rat showed significant improvement comparable to standard L-dopa/carbidopa group. NSAIDs treated rats showed significant improved cognitive behaviors in radial arm maze, water maze and passive avoidance test as compare to control and CPZ group. Depression was marked with CPZ group on forced swimming induced test and cage crossing test while NSAIDs treatment improved depression after 21 days. NSAIDs treated rats slightly reduced their weight after 21 days as compare to control and CPZ group while CPZ group significantly increased body weight. Anxiety was assessed by using elevated plus maze. NSAIDs showed anxiety like behavior after 21 day treatment but CPZ treated rats showed anxiolytic effect. Histopathological examination of brain tissue of NSAIDs treated group revealed minimal neuronal destruction and gliosis as compare to CPZ group. In conclusion results of this clinical and experimental study explain that NSAIDs treatment show moderate improvement in parkinson associated cognitive decline, motor impairment and in their daily life function. Adverse drug events were also observed, hence prolong use can only be recommended after extensive study.
