The thesis has addressed one central question: what are the implications of Sino-US relations post 9/11 for Pakistan’s security. The thesis maintains that amicable Sino-US relations would enhance Pakistan’s security, while Sino-US rivalry would erode Pakistan’s security. Within this context, Sino-US competition post 9/11 has diminished Pakistan’s security at the domestic and regional levels. Theories of realism, neo-realism and complex interdependence provide an interesting theoretical framework to explore underlying features of Sino-US bilateral relations post 9/11. Sino-US relations at the strategic, political and economic relations can be explained on the basis of realism, neo-realism and complex interdependence. Ever since the 18th century, Sino-US relations exhibited both conflict and cooperation. In the geo-strategic environment of the post 9/11 era, China’s rise to power in Asia has made Sino-US relations complex. A broad convergence of interests has prevailed in the US-China relations to maintain stability at the international level, yet divergences have developed at the strategic and economic levels in the Asia-Pacific region. Sino-US economic interdependence and trade has marked mutual stakes. Within this context, the US pivot Asia strategy of global forward defence and the Chinese counter balancing move of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has held implications for Pakistan’s security post 9/11. Sino-US relations post 9/11 has had strong implications for Pakistan’s domestic and regional security. At the domestic level, Sino-US competition has eroded Pakistan’s security through increasing political violence and reducing socio-political cohesion in the country. At the regional level, Sino-US competition has diminished Pakistan’s security vis a vis India and Afghanistan. Where India is concerned, Sino-US rivalry has increased Pakistan’s traditional rivalry with India, reduced India-Pakistan deterrence stability and weakened Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir. However, the Indo-US strategic nexus has allowed China to forge a strategic partnership with Pakistan. Pakistan’s security vis a vis Afghanistan has suffered due to the spill-over affect of Afghan instability and militancy into the western border of Pakistan. India-Afghanistan Strategic Partnership has further deteriorated Pakistan’s relations with Afghanistan.

علم الوقف والابتداءپر علامہ سجاوندی

The Qur'an is the verses of Allah, which Allah Himself has taken assurance to keep safe. And there is no any other opinion in saying that the Holy Qur'an is still safe today as the prophet Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم taught to his Companions. Thereafter, it is also obligatory to follow the Qur'anic punctuation and pronunciation during the recitation of holy Quran same as mandatories mentioned in Quran o Hadith and ijma-e-ummah to earnest reading of the Qur'an. The Arabs were linguists, so they stop to the proper place, understanding the meaning. But for the nonArabs, it was a very difficult matter. Therefore, for the   onvenience of the people, Allama Sajawandi put symbols in different places in the mus'haf so that these symbols can be dedicated in a suitable place keeping in mind and avoid spiritual error. Allama Sajawandi not only wrote many books on this topic but was the first to formulate endowment symbols on the Holy Quran. He Divide the symbols into five steps and apply them to the Mus'haf, Which are written still today.

Artificial Immune System Ais -A Soft Computing Based Approach for Electroencephalography Eeg Signal Classification

Human immune system is characterized as a group of cells, molecules and organs which is capable of performing several tasks, like pattern recognition, learning from stored data in memory, detection of diseases and optimize response against diseases. Development of immunological principles inspired computational techniques are being taken up by the researchers. These techniques are being used to solve engineering problems in the field of artificial intelligence. Extensive research has been undertaken to develop and derive algorithms which are inspired by human immune system. These algorithms use computationally intelligent techniques to model the human system and are known as Artificial Immune Systems (AIS). This research focusses on development of a classification system based on Negative Selection Algorithm (NSA) which uses non-invasive brain electroencephalogram (EEG) recorded with the help of electrodes placed on brain motor cortex. Multi-domain features, time domain and frequency domain, were considered to ascertain the classification accuracy. Mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) are commonly used as features for audio signal and speech identification. In this research use of MFCC for EEG signal classification demonstrated the highest classification accuracy and selected as the best feature for EEG signals under consideration. Dimensionality reduction is an important aspect of data preprocessing for improving the computational complexity. Stacked auto-encoder, with two pre-trained hidden layers, has been used for EEG data dimensionality reduction. The multivariate motor imagery EEG signals have been classified by set of detectors (artificial lymphocytes) which are trained and optimized using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The underlying rule for training is the negative selection algorithm (NSA), which is developed after taking inspiration from human negative selection principle for maturation of lymphocytes inside thymus. These detector sets are trained and optimized for each class of motor movement for detection of non-self pattern based on a threshold and detector radius. The radius of detector is optimized using GA such that it does not mis-classify the sample of EEG signal. Finally, a comprehensive Negative Selection Classification Algorithm (NSCA) is proposed in this research for classification of brain EEG signals. The AIS based NSCA exhibits improved performance of multivariate classification as compared to the recent techniques used by researchers.
