Training and technology come together to devise new methods. These are referred to as the technology-based training in the human resources. The technology based training is conveyed in all the teaching institutions and the organizations all over the world. Also, many people, groups and the institutions have adopted as expended resources. The organizations are making use of the customized methods of the technology-based know- how for the training of their employees and enhancing their own growth. The aim of this research is to explore the impact of technology-based human resource practices with a confined focus on their employees training through the organizational performance, especially of the customer- focused employees in mediating environment by intriguing some guidance from earlier endeavors. The present study explores the nature of the technology-based HR trainings practices with a focus on the banking sector in Pakistan. The study was carried out in the twin-cites of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Random sampling technique was adopted and population mainly was categorized into six Islamic banks and 6 conventional Banks. Total seven hundred and fifty copies of the questionnaires were distributed among the employees of the Banks. The turnover was five hundred and seven scoring 67.6% response rates. The study found that technology- based training was highly positive and it significantly affected the customer-focused employees. The study further investigated that the technology-based training had a significant and positive impact on the customer-orientation and, at the same time, the customer-focused employees were highly positive and significantly added to the organizational performance. The study also detected that the impact of the technology-based trainings on the customer-focused employees in the Islamic banks was greater than in the conventional banks. The study strongly recommended that defining the right human resource service delivery by aligning the human resource investment in the relevant technology is essential to achieve the cherished organizational performance. The organizations should relate the administrative operation by simplifying and automating the human resource technology-based training to get the desired organizational performance and productivity. For the banks which have not yet investigated the self-service technology or the technology-based training, it is significant to emphasize the technology-based trainings to its employees, especially to those ones who are serving the customers at the front line to streamline the human resource administrative operations. The study also recommends that by implementing the technology-based training and acquiring the inputs from the top level management and the internal customers using this input and information for the organizational strategies and goal, can further the market shares and the profitability.

افسوس ہے کہ گزشتہ مہینہ ڈاکٹر خلیفہ عبدالحکیم کاحرکت قلب کے بند ہو جانے سے انتقال ہوگیا۔موصوف اردواورانگریزی دونوں زبانوں کے نامور مصنف، ادیب اورایک بلندپایہ فلسفی تھے۔ عرصہ تک جامعہ عثمانیہ حیدرآباد میں شعبۂ فلسفہ کے صدر رہے۔ اُن کے فکر ونظر کاخاص موضوع فلسفۂ اقبال تھا۔ چنانچہ اس موضوع پرمتعدد وقیع اورمعلومات آفریں مقالات کے علاوہ انھوں نے ’’فکر اقبال‘‘کے نام سے ایک نہایت بلندپایہ اور سلجھی ہوئی کتاب پچھلے چند برسوں میں لکھی تھی جو اقبالیات کے وسیع لٹریچر میں شاہکار کی حیثیت رکھتی تھی۔ اقبال کے علاوہ مولانا جلال الدین رومیؔ کے کلام پر بھی اُن کی نگاہ بڑی گہری اور ٹھوس تھی۔اس سلسلہ میں اُن کی کتاب’’حکمت رومی‘‘ بڑی وقیع اورخاص چیز ہے۔ علاوہ بریں اُن کی انگریزی کتاب’’اسلامک اڈیالوجی‘‘بھی مجموعی اعتبار سے بڑی لایق قدرہے۔گذشتہ چند برسوں سے وہ ادارۂ ثقافت اسلامیہ لاہور کے ڈائرکٹر اورادارہ کے ماہنامہ’’ثقافت‘‘کے ایڈیٹر تھے۔ اُن کی تحریر شگفتہ اورمتوازن و معتدل ہوتی تھی۔مزاج مرنج ومرنجان پایا تھا۔اُن کی وفات علم وادب کے لیے ایک بڑاسانحہ ہے۔ اﷲ تعالیٰ مرحوم کومغفرت وبخشش کی نعمتوں سے سرفرازفرمائے۔ [فروری ۱۹۵۹ء]

This study aims at Analysis of Sales Predictions from the Point of View of the Increase in Daily Newspaper Sales. The methods of this research is gather evidence through a variety of approaches, including library analysis and field research. This paper makes use of both qualitative and quantitative evidence. Primary data sources, namely data collected from respondents or direct interviews with business executives, specifically about marketing strategies, especially those relating to promotion. Secondary evidence.  Promotional operations are carried out optimally, which is facilitated by sufficient costs, especially in potential areas. Apart from repeat buyers, the organization offers its goods in store, which enables the company to monitor its output figures accurately and seamlessly.

Challenges of Human Resource Development to Pace with Globalization

Purpose of this investigation is to study the Challenges of Human Resource Development to pace with globalization. A study of this kind would highlight the dimensions, which can be manipulated to upgrade the human resource development in teacher educators working in institutes of teacher education to pace with global threats. This may also help in planning the resources to be tapped and utilized in its optimum level. The present study aimed at identifying certain variables related to human resource development in teacher educators' working in institutes of teacher’s education. Study determines the effect of human resource development climate, performance appraisal, induction in-service education and training needs of teacher educator with impact of gender, experience, age-wise difference, organizational difference, working in unisex or co-education, service stature difference. Population of the study was teacher educators working in the eleven institutes of teacher education in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Two hundred twenty three, male and female teacher educators responded to the researcher's questionnaire. Instrument used for data collection was HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs assessment, questionnaire adapted through Nooljahe.n N, Ganihar. Researcher used it after getting the formal permission. The demographic portion of the instrument was developed by the researcher to sort out the demographic information. In total thirty one hypotheses were developed. To explore difference between the means of two group’s t-test was applied. One way ANOVA and post hoc LSD were used for exploring the difference among more than two groups. Major findings of the study revealed, that gender wise, experience wise, age-wise difference, organizational difference, working in unisex or co-education, service stature difference have a significant impact on the variables HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs. Furthermore a significant relation among the variables HRDC, PERAP, INS and training needs was determined.
