98. Al-Bayyinah/The Clear Evidence
I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah
The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.
98:01
a. Those who disbelieve from among the Followers of the Former Scriptures and the idol- worshipers,
b. will not give up their disbelief until a Clear Evidence was presented to them,
98:02
a. through a Messenger from Allah, reciting purified scripts, and
98:03
a. containing clear instructions for them.
98:04
a. Yet those who were given the former Scriptures did not challenge and become divided into factions until after this kind of Clear Evidence came to them.
98:05
a. Even though all they were commanded to:
- submit to Allah alone in awe, reverence, and worship,
- sincerely devote religion exclusively to HIM, being Haneef, and
- establish the Salat/Prayers and
- pay out Zakat/annual charity
b. for that is/are the parameters of a Religion – Right and Straight.
98:06
a. Indeed, those who continue to disbelieve – even after Clear Evidence has come to them
- from Followers of the Former Scriptures and the idol-worshipers will be in the Fire of Hell - there to remain - never to leave, never to die.
b. Those - they will be the worst of created beings.
98:07
a. However, those who believe and practice righteousness,
b. those - they will be the best of created beings.
Surah 98 * Al-Bayyinah 749
98:08
a. Their reward is going to be with their Rabb - The Lord:
b. Gardens of Perpetual Bliss - through which rivers/streams flow - to live therein forever,
never to leave, never...
According to traditional-religious-culture the early age marriages are very common custom especially in rural areas. The act of marring girls in early ages is considered to be a good practice in these constituencies; in contrast, the holy Quran has provided some logical guidelines to reject this idea. In the holy Quran “men” are instructed to marry as per their choice, which reveals, it is necessary for a “man” to be adult (Baligh) for marriage. Considering this fact, how it is possible that a man can be permitted to have a non-adult (Nabaligh) life partner? In this regard, marriages between Adult and Non-adult, Non-adult and Non-adult are not permitted because it is against the right of equality. Further, the holy Quran instructs the guardians of the orphans to return them their valuables when reach to the age of Nikah; which reveals that there is a particular standard of age set for Nikah, if it is not so, why the holy Quran has made this bounding for the guardians of the orphans? As per the guidance of the holy Quran, it is clear that Nikah requires both man and women not only to be physically adult/mature but also mentally adult/mature. In this connection, it has been highlighted that Nikah which is a physical contract requires a particular age for man and woman which however cannot be an age of Non-adult.
Uniformly Convex and Bazilevic Functions This work is in the field of Geometric Function Theory in which we study geometric properties of analytic functions. It was originated around the turn of 20th century and has many applications in the field of applied sciences such as engineering, physics, electronics, medicines. In this dissertation, we define and discuss some new subclasses of normalized analytic functions by using some integral operators such as the operator Q a given by Q a f(z) z a ( )za 1 ta 0 2 log z t 1 f (t)dt, where G denotes gamma function, f(z) is analytic in open unit disc, a>0 and 0. We also study generalized Bazilevič functions. The functions in these classes generalize the idea of Bazilevič functions, k-uniformly convexity and bounded boundary and bounded radius rotations. The subordination and convolution tools are used to investigate the geometric properties of the functions in these classes and several inclusion results with some interesting consequences have been proved. We have investigated the univalency condition and coefficient bounds, arc length problem, integral preserving properties and rate of growth of Hankel determinant for these functions. The most of our results are sharp and they have been connected with previously known results.
