The first purpose of this study was to investigate whether workplace bullying and its dimensions of work-related bullying, person-related bullying, physical intimidation bullying, and cyber-bullying positively predicted three employee level outcomes of job insecurity, turnover intentions, and counterproductive work behaviour in targets of bullying. The second purpose of this study was to examine two positive psychology constructs, i.e. psychological capital along with its existing four dimensions of confidence, hope, resilience, optimism and additional four dimensions of wisdom, courage, gratitude, and forgiveness, and work engagement as possible moderators of relationships between workplace bullying and the three employee level outcomes. Employing snowball sampling through appointing a primary referral for each organisation, data were obtained from 162, (telecommunication sector) 102, (health sector) and 98 (higher education sector) employees. Linear regression was employed test direct effects and hierarchical regression was used to test moderation effects. Results revealed that full support was found for hypotheses pertaining to direct effects of workplace bullying on employee outcomes, while partial support was found for most hypotheses that had predicted direct effects of workplace bullying dimensions on employee outcomes. Full support was also found for hypotheses suggesting a moderating role of psychological capital on workplace bullying and employee outcomes relationships, while most hypotheses that had suggested a moderating role of psychological capital dimensions on workplace bullying and employee outcomes relationships found partial support. Most hypotheses that had predicted a moderating role of work engagement on workplace bullying and employee outcomes found partial support. Overall, of the 45 postulated hypotheses, 16 found full support, 24 found partial support, while five found no support. This study mainly found that adverse employee outcomes of job insecurity, turnover intentions, and counterproductive work behaviour are triggered in targets of bullying. Moreover, psychological capital and work engagement were proven as important moderators of workplace bullying and employee outcomes relationships.A notable theoretical implication of this study is broadening of the positive psychology literature: positive psychology variables of psychological capital and work engagement are suggested as significant employee strengths that may be employed as preventive measures to offset bullying effects in targets of bullying within bullying prone environments. Based on study findings, it is suggested that human resource managers, planners, and practitioners may design training and interventions focused on psychological capital and work engagement, and may integrate elements of psychological capital and work engagement in aspects such as job analysis, recruitment and selection, and work design. In addition, strengths, limitations, as well as theoretical, managerial, and organisational implications of the study are offered at the end of the study.

PASTEL Analysis of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises After Covid-19 in India

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are major sector in Indian economy in relation with GDP (Gross Domestic Product), Export and Employment generation for the country. According to Ministry of Statistic and Programme Implementation (MOSPI), the share of MSME for Gross Value Added (GVA) in total GVA during the year 2016-17 was 31.8% which is considered as significant contribution to economy. As per Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics (DGCIS) the portion of MSME related products in total export from India during 2018-19 was 48.10% with this it is indicated most important sector for economy but after declaration of lockdown due to Covid-19 that lead to major impact on MSME sector. In this study researcher try to identify the PESTEL Environment after Covid-19 and ATMA-NIRBHAR BHARAT Abhiyan initiated by Indian Government on 12th May 2020. The major finding of the study indicated major decision are taken by government of India and Atma-Nirbhar Bharta Abhiyan give boost to MSMEs in future and widely increases number of MSMEs. In India movement also started Vocal for Local that lead to strengthen MSMEs in future.

Mza Lab [Modish Zealous Abode]: A Framework to Attune Smart Technology for Home Automation in Pakistani Enivironment

Ubiquitous computing technologies automatically identify and respond to the context of user actions in new, undisruptive, user-friendly ways.An active application area of the ubiquitous computing research is the "Smart Home" technology and HCI researchers are increasingly getting interested in developing ubiquitous yet smart home environments. Today, the ubiquitous smart home technology is at a phase just next to early adoption phase and still much far from the mass-market adoption stage.Pakistan is a boomer country when it comes to adoption of new technologies and the latest proof is spread of mobile and internet communication. In order to gain customers'' trust, researchers need to prove that the technology is ''really'' useful and that the smart homes are ''ubiquitously'' calm ''enough'' both in terms of use and maintenance.Same is the motive of this research. This research proposes a framework which will serve as a guide to how we, in Pakistan, may attune smart home automation technology to our environment.MZALAB framework proposes a method to connect heterogeneous smart devices into a wireless sensor network in an almost plug and play style using open source resources.Same is being researched at facilities worldwide but very few take on an Asian perspective and none so far has tried it in Pakistan.MZALab houses a heterogeneous network of sensors and actuators, Wi-Fi switches, GSM modem, IP cameras and interactive user interface screens. This smart space is managed through software from within the home as well as from outside via trusted smartphone application. As a proof of concept, a "Live-In-Lab" strategy is deployed for testing whether it will work for an average home in Pakistan''s backdrop.MZALAB is a ''live-in'' studio-apartment-scale research laboratory, first of its kind in Pakistan. This lab naturalistically imitates a typical Pakistani home environment, to research about how well or otherwise we can adapt ubiquitous smart computing and networking capabilities, into a Pakistani human abode. This setup has successfully lent an insight into how well or otherwise the smart home automation technology may work in Pakistan.
