Lasuirus scindicus Henard and Cymbopogon jwarancusa are members of Poaceae family. They are both drought tolerant and C4 grasses. They are perennial grasses. Lasuirus scindicus Henard is a major source of fodder and live stock in Cholistan and Thal desert. These species can survive in arid and harsh environments. Cymbopogon jwarancusa is also famous for its aroma and medicinal importance as its leaf, and stem, extract are used in many herbal medicine. Essential oils are also obtained from Cymbopogon jawarancusa. An experiment was performed in the net-house of Old Botanical Garden, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, in plastic pots containing soil mixture to assess different morphological, physiological and anatomical adaptations under drought stress. Completely randomized design (CRD) was applied for statistical analysis. Four drought stress levels were maintained for this experiment, i.e., 100%FC (control), 80%FC, 60%FC, and 40%FC. Data was recorded for various, morphological, physiological, and anatomical attributes then it was subjected to statistical analysis for comparison of different drought levels. Most of the morphological attributes were found decreased with subsequent increase in drought level. While physiological attributes shown variation in their response such as concentration of cations found increased both in root and shoot ionic content with the subsequent increase in drought stress level. However chlorophyll contents were found decreased with increase in drought stress level. Proline and Glycine Betaine amount was increased against drought stress. In anatomical parameters metaxylem area was reduced and epidermal, bulliform cell area and sclerenchyma thickness was found increased in response to severe drought stress

وہ دہشت گرد بن جاتے ہیں جن کے گھر نہیں رہتے
دہشت گردی کا لفظ گذشتہ چند سالوں سے ہمارے معاشرے میں اتنا استعمال ہونے لگا ہے کہ اس سے خوف و ہر اس کی کیفیت پیدا ہوگئی ہے۔ کیونکہ جس لفظ کے ساتھ اس کا لاحقہ اشتراک کرتا ہے وہ زیادہ نقصان دہ ہو جاتا ہے اگر یہ لفظ وکیل کے ساتھ استعمال ہوتو قانونی دہشت گردی، محلے کے ساتھ استعمال ہوتو محلاتی دہشت گردی ، لفظ دہشت گردی خوف و ہراس کی علامت بن چکا ہے۔ دہشت گردی ایک المیّہ ہے وہ معاشرہ، وہ قوم،وہ ملک جو پسماندگی کی کیفیت سے دو چار ہو اور کئی المیے جس کے حسن کو گہنا رہے ہوں ، اس کے استحکام کو متزلزل کر رہے ہوں۔ اس کی فلک بوس عمارتوں کو مسمار کر رہے ہوں تو وہ قابلِ رحم ملک ہے۔ ہمارے ہاں المیوں کا جم غفیر ہے جو ہمارے مسلم معاشرے کو بیخ و بن سے اکھاڑنے کے درپے ہیں۔ ہمارے ہاں عصبیت ایک المیہ ہے، اقربا پروری ایک المیہ ہے، کرپشن ایک المیہ ہے،رشوت ایک المیہ ہے۔ منافقت ایک المیہ ہے، بے جا مخالفت ایک المیہ ہے اور اس وقت جس نے ہماری کمرتوڑ کر رکھ دی ہے وہ مہنگائی کا المیہ ہے۔ ان سب المیوں سے زیادہ خطر ناک ، زیادہ ہیبت ناک ، زیادہ خوفناک ، زیادہ اندوہناک المیہ دہشتگردی کا ہے۔ یہ ایک ایسا المیہ ہے جس نے عوام الناس کا آرام و سکون برباد کر رکھا ہے۔ کوئی جان کسی حال میں بھی محفوظ نہیں ہے۔ گھر ، بازار مسجد ،مزار کوئی جگہ بھی محفوظ نہیں ہے۔

IMPLEMENTASI METODE TAMI OTAKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN HAFALAN AL-QURAN DI TK PINTAR KOTA BANDUNG

The purpose of this research is to see the implementation, evaluation, and advantages and disadvantages of the Tami Otaka Method. The Tami Otaka Method is a method of memorizing by using the ability of the right brain by means of the students memorizing the Qur’an while moving their hands from the verse they are reading. The type of research taken is field research using a qualitative approach. The object of this research is TK PINTAR Bandung, which includes the principal, tahfidz teacher, curriculum, and students. To obtain research data, researcher used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis, so that the results of this study are manifested in the form of words both orally and verbally. The results obtained are as follows: first, to achieve purpose of the learning, TK PINTAR Bandung uses the Tami Otaka method with the help of audio, visual, audio-visual and body movements of a teacher. Second, the curriculum used is a synthesis of the National Curriculum and the Typical Curriculum of TK PINTAR Bandung. Third, learning is carried out in groups. Fourth, the evaluation is given continuously everyday and there is also an evaluation every semester.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, penerapan, evaluasi serta kelebihan dan kekurangan dari Metode Tami Otaka. Metode Tami Otaka adalah Metode menghafal menggunakan kemampuan otak kanan dengan cara siswa menghafal Al-Qur’an sambil menggerakkan tangan dari arti ayat yang dibaca. Jenis penelitian yang diambil adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah lembaga TK PINTAR Bandung yang di dalamnya ada kepala sekolah, guru tahfidz, kurikulum, dan siswa. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif, sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk kata-kata baik tulisan maupun lisan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: pertama, untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, TK PINTAR Bandung menggunakan metode Tami Otaka dengan dibantu media auido, visual, audio-visual dan gerakan tubuh dari seorang guru. Kedua, kurikulum yang digunakan sintesis dari kurikulum Nasional dan kurikulum khas TK PINTAR Bandung. Ketiga, pembelajaran dilakukan secara berkelompok. Keempat, evaluasi diberikan terus menerus setiap harinya dan ada juga evaluasi tiap semester.  

Shadow Encoding Scheme

In digital transmission data is encoded into electrical signal before sending over network and received signal is decoded by the receiver by using different decoding techniques. Both sender and receiver should encode and decode data by using specific rules which implemented in digitizing schemes. The line coding schemes dominate each other with their pros and cons. First phase of digitizing scheme is unipolar which is based on single polarity. Single polarity mean either 0?s or 1?s should jump from zero level to positive level. Unipolar digitizing scheme has many issues due to its simplicity. Second phase is polar digitizing scheme that further divided into Not Return to Zero (NRZ), Return to Zero (RZ) and Biphase. The problem with NRZ-Level with long bit of 0?s and 1?s while the receiver is receiving voltages of signals. Receiver cannot understand how much bits are relying on the clock. It can be an issue while synchronizing voltages to bit stream of 0?s and 1?s. NRZ-Invert provided good solution against NRZ-L due to toggle signal from negative voltage to positive level in case of 1?s stream. But the issue still exists in case of 0?s stream. The signal remains constant at level in current Tb, when there is signal of 0s bits either the signal is in positive level or negative level. RZ is second type of polar digitizing scheme which use double bandwidth with tight clock of receiver and sender. Third phase of polar is Biphase which is further divided into two parts Manchester and Differential Manchester, these provide good solution against DC component and synchronization but bandwidth consumption is high in this case. Bandwidth is an ultimate resource of network which should use properly. Third and last phase of line coding scheme is Bipolar which is further divided into three main parts but Alternative Mark Inversion (AMI) digitizing scheme is providing satisfactory solution. The problem with this scheme is 0?s stream of bit. Signal remains zero level when there is 0?s in bit of stream. In this research work, a new digital encoding scheme is proposed with name of ?Shadow Encoding Scheme? (SES). SES technique can transmit bit of 0?s and 1?s over the network without tolerating synchronization, scarifying bandwidth and justifying 0?s or 1?s long bit.Our new SES works with three level of digitizing scheme. It is surely bases on positive, negative and zero level to toggle state either it is a sequence of 1?s, 0?s or changing in every bit.
