In the present study, Alishewanella sp. CBL-2 was characterized on the basis of biochemical and 16S rRNA sequencing. The bacterium was found to decolorize 83% Sumifex Tourqi blue within a period of 6 days at 37C and pH 7. The predominant form of the enzyme was found to be extracellular (78%) as compared to intracellular (16%). The breakdown of azo bond was confirmed through thin layer chromatography (TLC) analysis as new bands and peaks were observed in chromatograms of extracted metabolites of decolorized samples. Growth of beneficial microbial fauna in the presence of bacterial decolorized wastewater indicates that this wastewater is safe for the survival of microorganisms. High bioremediation potential makes Alishewanella sp. CBL-2 an impending foundation for green chemistry to remove azo dyes from industrial wastewater.In the present study, Alishewanella sp. افسوس ہے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ شب جمعہ کو بوقتِ نماز عشاء مولانا اصغر حسین نبولوی سابق پرنسپل مدرسہ شمس الہدی پٹنہ نے داعی اجل کو لبیک کہا، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ مرحوم محلہ نبولیہ بہار شریف کے رہنے والے اور صوبہ بہار کے طبقہ علیا کے فضلاء میں سے تھے معقولات کے ساتھ منقولات میں بھی یدطولی رکھتے تھے، حدیث و سنن سے خاص شغف تھا۔
طالب علمی میں عسرت کی زندگی بسر کی، آپ کی تعلیم کے ابتدائی مراحل مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار شریف میں طے ہوئے امیر شریعت حضرت مولانا سجاد صاحب مرحوم و مغفور سے شرف تلمذ تھا، دارالعلوم دیوبند میں تکمیل کی تھی اور حضرت شیخ الہند مولانا محمود الحسنؒ کے مشکوۃ علم و عمل سے اقتباس نور کیا تھا، فراغت کے بعد مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار میں درس و تدریس کی مسند پر جلوہ فرما ہوئے یہیں سے مدرسہ شمس الہدیٰ پٹنہ گئے اور مولانا حاجی معین الدین ندوی مرحوم کے بعد اس کے پرنسپل ہوئے، تقریباً دو برس ہوئے اس سے ریٹائر ہوئے اور اپنے وطن میں تبلیغ دین و تصنیف و تالیف میں مصروف تھے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ کو سفر آخرت کیا، کُل نفس ذائقہ الموت [العنکبوت: ۵۷] موصوف کی یادگار صرف لڑکیاں ہیں اور اولاد ذکور میں کوئی نہیں۔

The authors approach towards the text of some narrators is neither absolute acceptance nor absolute refusal to their texts regardless of whether they are authentic or unauthentic. Hence, it should be noted that even the authentic narrator’s text can be rejected on the basis of the context in which the text is narrated. Likewise, the unauthentic narrator’s text should not be rejected in context where the narrator is assumed to be authentic. The narrator might have been of weak memorisation, but his text may be accepted because of his long companionship to that particular Sheikh whereby he acquires strength. This research is limited to the unauthentic narrators whose text about a particular Bukhari, Muslim and Nisei. The objective is to extract these unauthentic narrators out of the men of Bukhari, Muslim and Nisei depending on the judgments of the critics that are related to the documentation of the unauthentic narrator and the acceptance of his text reported about a particular Sheikh, through the reviewing of reliable references. The study also aims to the extraction of the narrations of those narrators in Bukhari, Muslim and Nisei and its study in terms of text in order to know how the classifier quotes those narrators.

Acoustic Scattering from Different Geometries Eigenfunction Mode Matching Technique

In this thesis we solve and compare two tri and penta furcated waveguide problems having rigid and soft lining by using mode matching technique. We also study the phenomenon of extraordinary acoustic transmission (EAT) in Helmholtz resonator. It is shown that combination of a single propagating mode and symmetry orthogonal to direction of propagation leads to EAT. This is accomplished by decomposing the problem using symmetry, the Blaschke product and the properties of functions of a single complex variable which have modulus one on the real axis. A detailed numerical study has been presented to analyze reflection and transmission behaviour to probe the acoustic radiated energy. These results can be used in noise reduction devices and theory of acoustics.
