In this thesis, we study the T-transitive family of cardinality-based fuzzy similarity and inclusion measures and obtain the necessary and su cient parametric conditions to characterize the T-transitive members of the parametric family of the cardinality based similarity measure. Firstly, In crisp logic every object is similar to itself with degree of reflexivity 1, while the degree of reflexivity in fuzzy logic can be any value in the unit interval, (0; 1]. This behaviour of a fuzzy set is used to enlighten the concept of similarity and inclusion measures and discovering the relations between the parameters of the transitive members of a family of cardinality-based fuzzy measure. We present meta-theorems stating general conditions ensuring that certain inequalities for cardinalities of ordinary sets are preserved under fuzzification, when adopting a scalar approach to fuzzy set cardinality. The conditions pertain to the commutative conjunctor used for modelling fuzzy set intersection. In particular, this conjunctor should fulfil a number of Bell-type inequalities. The advantage of these meta-theorems is that repetitious calculations can be avoided. This is illustrated in the demonstration of the Łukasiewicz transitivity of fuzzified versions of the simple matching coe cient and the Jaccard coe cient, or equivalently, the triangle inequality of the corresponding dissimilarity measures. Finally, a new class of rational cardinality-based similarity measure using multiplication of cardinalities is introduced and discussed the monotonicity, boundary conditions and transitivity.

Islam is a holistic and comprehensive system of life because the Creator of universe has given the instructions that are eternal and are perfect guide for humanity in all ages and circumstances. Islamic teachings are consistent with the comprehensive nature. Those instructions that human being has given for all walks of life in that the elements of morality is distinct and dominant and prohibited every act that is harmful to others. This fact is quite clear that the moral aspect of Islam is so important to consider the ethics of Islam has taken into consideration and there is no command to be out of the realm of ethics and particularly matters of life which is part of religion and are important aspect of society. Islamic teachings are so clear that there is no example of it in any economic system the world. Today we have different economic systems in the world which essentially teach us that the purpose of human life is to make money and collect goods even if affects the lives of others. But in Islamic economic world it is emphasized that this world is not the original house and satisfactory zone of human being and his purpose is not to collect wealth but the worship of Almighty. Human being is gifted fair system of order in every aspect of which there is clearly ethics thus human is strictly prohibited to collect money through unfair means and in cruel manners. In this article we will discuss the ethical consideration of Islamic economical system. So it is quite clear that the guarantor of peace, love and harmony in the world is Islamic system.

Learning to Lead People With Emotional Intelligence in an Educational Context

This Participatory Action Research (PAR) was an attempt to facilitate educational leaders in developmental Emotional Intelligence (EI) and practicing it in their context by facilitating and enhancing the dynamics of their emotional energy. Four departmental heads (Managers) in an educational organization in Karachi, Pakistan, were engaged as participants in this action research. Research consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection as a cyclic process. This research has given me a deeper and richer understanding of how adults feel and a fresh appreciation for them. It has helped me, as a leader, educator, facilitator and researcher, to be more empathetic, self-aware, and self-motivated, and a socially-skilled well being, and to be in change of my emotions. There were some facilitating factors which helped me and research participants (RPs) in EI enhancement in the duration of this participatory action research. First of all, emotional literacy, EI awareness and knowledge from literature are crucial to increase emotional energy. Relevant reading materials, presentations and discussions with real examples were helping factors for developing emotional intelligence. Overall achievements in the post-self evaluation designate a heartening message to the research participants and research facilitator, as their scores on various sub-components of EI moved up considerably. Secondly, self-evaluation checklists were representing the participants' real self actual (as triangulated through other data sources). This research study revealed that EI can be learnt gradually through regular practicing and reflecting on daily experiences, giving and receiving feedback frankly, self-talk, reading other's faces and empathy, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of oneself and of others, and creating a positive emotional environment. Moreover, EI is more than IQ for life success, and it helps in becoming effective leaders. It can be developed through different ways and strategies, for instance, by enhancing real self-awareness, managing emotions in an appropriate way, increasing social skills and motivation.
