Biodiversity and Faunistic Studies of Scarabaeinae Beetles Coleoptera: Searabacidae: Scarabaeinae from Pakistan and Azad Khashmir With Reference to Their Cladistic Analysis
Taxonomic and biodiversitical studies of the dung beetles subfamily Scarabeinae is attempted from various localities of Pakistan, Northern areas and Azad Kashmir with reference to their external morphological and characters of the male and female genital complex. Seven tribes, twelve genera, four sub-genera and forty eight species are studied and also keys for their identification. All these taxon are compared to their closest allies. The distributional ranges of the including species with reference to their diversity is also studied. The cladistic analysis of the genera and species is attempted separately by using their autapomorphies and synapomorphies.
