یہ اقبال کے پندرہ سو خطوط پر مشتمل ہے۔ اس کی چار ضخیم جلدیں ہیں جسے سید مظفر حسین برنی نے مرتب کیا ہے۔ اقبال اتنی مصروفیت کے باوجود اردو میں سب سے زیادہ خط لکھنے والے شاعر ہیں۔ بہت سے مرتبین نے خطوط کے کئی مجموعے مرتب کیے ہیں مگر مظفر حسین برنی نے سب کو یکجا کر دیا ہے۔ اقبال نے جو خطوط لکھے وہ عقیدت مند سنبھال کر رکھتے تھے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ خطوط کا اتنا بڑا ذخیرہ دستیاب ہو سکا ۔ شاید اور بھی کئی خطوط وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ سامنے آتے رہیں اور فکر اقبال کے نئے گوشے کھلتے رہیں۔
Islam is a complete code of life for the humanity. It provides guidance in all aspects of human activity. It guides human being in its economic system, social life, in all worships, in family life and in political set up. State is an institution like others which is a tool for mankind to serve its needs in the best possible ways. Islam does not consider a state designed by Allah and in fact leaves the system open to human intellect, to form a mechanism according to the teachings of the scriptures and needs of the time. The guiding principles of Islam stress on proper utilizations of state machinery and authority to the satisfaction of people and to fulfill dictates of Allah’s directions. Islam forbids utilization of public offices for personal benefits. Islamic traditions instructed that the state officials must learn from the principle of Islam as exemplified in the state at the city of Medina; it additionaly shaped its characters as well. The present article is an attempt to highlight the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that he gave from time to time and ensured its applications letter and spirit.
The most common types for heredity changes are called as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).This has an important impact in the heredity different organisms to produce physical appearance changes and are claimed to be heredity changes lead for various mankind problems. About 70% of diabetes is caused by HNF1A gene. Our study will evaluate the deleterious effect of 40 nsSNP in the HNF1A gene using computational methods. We will use SIFT, PolyPhen-2, 1-Mutant Suite, and Conserve server for analyzing effect of the selected SNPs on arrangement, working and efficacy of the HNF1A gene. Apart from this, we will use SIFT, PolyPhen-2 and 1-Mutant Suite for analyzing effect of the selected SNPs on arrangement, working and efficacy of the HNF1Agene. Apart from this, impact of the selected SNPs for transcription and translation by HNF1A gene will also be analyzed through molecular dynamics simulation and structure analysis.
