Reviewing the previous theories and models developed for dislocation/dislocations interactions, the relation for the creep rate is modified for low temperatures suggesting that the behaviour of stress relaxation rate is logarithmic in nature. A self-consistent stress relaxation model is discovered for the accurate measurement of activation energy in relaxation rate processes. A single barrier stochastic model of low temperature creep is developed defining dynamic recovery processes; shape of the dislocation is obtained by force balance equation, then using computer model the average dislocation velocity is cal¬ culated showing that it never becomes zero. A new force balance equation is used. The dislocations move by forming bulge, and unzipping tendency increases as the strength of the barrier increases contradict Foreman and Makin model (68); the average velocity of dislocations increases with the increase in the size of the array, but for small size the average velocity for each array will be different except where it is constant. Also the dislocations after covering a short distance reach a steady state velocity due to coupling effect between strong and weak barriers. Similarly the dislocation jump approaches an average or steady state velocity after travelling two or three times the insert distances. The deformation on slip plane is contro¬ lled by the rate of motion of the pileup nearly equal to velocity of sound.

Quranic verses, Ahadith of Holy Prophet PBUH, Traditions of his companions, Ijma’ of thirteen centuries, and present-day religious institutions fatwas declares clearly that the construction of new temples in Islamic countries are prohibited. On the other hand, in modern National states and prevailing Western politics, there is not only permission but also a clear assurance of religious equality. In the Pakistani Constitution, as in other countries, Article 20 guarantees to non-Muslims that they will not be discriminated against on the basis of religion. What is the appropriate solution to this situation in Pakistani law and what are the views of the country's laws and court decisions? Below are the legal details on this.

Haar Wavelet Approach for Numerical Solution of Ordinary, Partial and Fractional Differential Equations With Delay

In this thesis, the main emphasis is on collocation technique using Haar wavelet. A new method based on Haar wavelet collocation is being formu- lated for numerical solution of delay differential equations, delay differential systems, delay partial differential equations and fractional delay differential equations. The numerical method is applied to both linear and nonlinear time invariant delay differential equations, time-varying delay differential equa- tions and system of these equations. For delay partial differential equations two methods are considered: the first one is a hybrid method of finite differ- ence scheme and one-dimensional Haar wavelet collocation method while in the second method two-dimensional Haar wavelet collocation method is ap- plied, and a comparative study is performed between the two methods. We also extend the method developed for delay differential equations to solve nu- merically fractional delay differential equations using Caputo derivatives and Haar wavelet. Here we consider fractional derivatives in the Caputo sense. Also we designed algorithms for all the new developed methods. The imple- mentations and testing of all methods are performed in MATLAB software. Several numerical experiments are conducted to verify the accuracy, ef- ficiency and convergence of the proposed method. The proposed method is also compared with some of the existing numerical methods in the literature and is applied to a number of benchmark test problems. The numerical re- sults are also compared with the exact solutions and the performance of the method is demonstrated by calculating the maximum absolute errors, mean square root errors and experimental rates of convergence for different number of collocation points. The numerical results show that the method is simply applicable, accurate, efficient and robust
