Dynamic Models of Non-Reactive and Reactive Liquid Chromatography: Derivation of Analytical and Numerical Solutions Chromatography is an effective technique used in the analytical chemistry for separation, identification and quantification of mixture components. Reactive chromatography is an integrated process which combines chemical or biochemical reactions with the chromatographic separation. These techniques have gained wide recognition in petrochemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, bio-technical and food industries. This work is focused on the the analysis of linear models of non-reactive and reactive liquid chromatography incorporating both fully porous and the core-shell particles. The model equations incorporate axial dispersion, external and intra particle pore diffusions, interfacial mass transfer, and irreversible and reversible first order heterogeneous reactions. In most of the liquid chromatographic operations, the sample volume is very small (i.e. in microliters) and diluted. Thus, the current linear assumptions are valid. Semi-analytical solutions of the model equations are derived by successively applying the Laplace transformation and eigen-decomposition technique. To gain further confidence on the analytical results, a high resolution finite volume scheme (HR-FVS) is implemented to numerically investigate the same model equations. Analytical and numerical temporal moments of the elution profiles are presented. These moments can be used to further analyze the solute transport behavior. Moreover, relationships are derived among the essential kinetic parameters of different models considering core-shell particles. Such particles are helpful for rapid and better separation of complex mixtures with a reasonably low back pressure. Extensive case studies of practical interest are carried out to measure the effects of different kinetics and reaction parameters on the conversion and separation of sample components. The results obtained can be utilized to optimize the process and to estimate model parameters from the experimental results.

Over the course of time and with the rapid increase in human population need for mutual relations become crucial. Resultantly on behalf of this closeness, separation, anti-standpoints and comparisons also emerged. As the time passed by hatred and hypocrisy and other social vices spread on large scale. Thus human society was waiting for such liberator who may lead and work for the betterment of this society. With the dawn of Islamic civilization all such issues were not only resolved but also provided with a model for containing the difference of opinion and multiple traditions under its unique worldview. Islamic History presents itself as a model where the minorities were provided with the opportunities of participating in political, social, educational and collective affairs. Thus in a society where tyranny, injustice, un-forbearance, religious intensity, terrorism and the activities of violating the human rights were very common, were substituted by the Islamic ideal  of forbearance. It is argued here that the solution of all these issues was only in religion contrary to what is being claimed about an idea of social harmony where religion is not given its due position. Today its our dire need to develop a sense of harmony, modesty, affection and peacefulness among the masses of various religions of Pakistani society. It is further argued that for this very noble cause all the religious scholars and their followers can come forward playing their pertinent role.

Qualitative Analysis of Some Higher Order Rational Difference Equations

The study of Qualitative Analysis of rational difference equation is very important. However, in Physics, Economics and Biological sciences difference equations are extensively used. Qualitative behavior includes global attractivity, bounded character and periodicity. The motivation is to study the Dynamics of some higher order rational difference equations. In this thesis we have studied the behavior of solutions of some higher order rational difference equations. To confirm the proved results we have used mathematical program Matlab to give graphical examples by assigning different numerical values to initial values. The first chapter presents brief introduction to the problem of study, its objectives and methodology used to achieve the goal. In the second chapter we have presented a comprehensive form of literature review related to the problem understudy. The current literature is discussed in detail and results are summarized to draw conclusions and further directions. The third chapter is preliminaries, showing notions and basic definitions which are associated with this study. In chapter four, we have presented our main results with their proofs for rational difference equation of order twenty 2 9 19 9 19 , 0,1,2,...nnn nn z z z n zz - +- -- b =a + = g +d With initial conditions 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 , , , , , , , z z z z z z z - - - - - - - 12 11,, zz -- 10,z - 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 , , , , , , , , , z z z z z z z z z z R+ - - - - - - - - - Î and the coefficients , , , a b g d are constants. We obtained some special cases of this equation. The numerical verification and comparison of each graph is also included in this chapter. In chapter five, we have studied the global stability of the positive solutions and periodic character of the difference equation 0 1 2 3 1 0 1 2 4 5 6 7 n t n l n m n p n n n k n s n t n l n m n p b z b z b z b z z z z z b z b z b z b z - - - - + - - - - - - + + + =a +a +a + + + + x With non-negative initial conditions 1 1 0 , ,..., , z z z z -m -m+ - where { } max , , , , , k s t l m pm= and the coefficients 0 1 2 0 1 , , , , , bba a a 2 3 4 , , , b b b 5 6 7 ,, b b b R+ Î . Numerical examples are also given to confirm the obtained results.
